Some functionality is a bit clunky.

Not always offering the best price, especially with hotels where many hoteliers offer much best prices when booking direct. A useful feature would be the ability to add to a "Naavn trip" booking references for bookings made elsewhere. This is not to encourage use of other platforms, instead encouraging people to use Navan as the 'single truth' for trip arrangements. At the moment, I use Outlook or a Word document for this purpose.
