I think the biggest benefit of MirrorProfiles is the amazing customer service. Everything is handled within the shortest amount of time, and the quality is really thought through. The initial setup was super easy; I just sent out the request, booked the profiles, and they were directly integrated into my tools and software without me lifting a finger. There's not much to dislike, if I had to say anything I guess it would be to improve the naming and photos to be more relevant for business use in the USA. I was able to edit the photos (just not the faces) and adjust the names slightly. Perhaps a future enhancement would be to offer a portal where the profile images can be adjusted to wear attire thats customizable to the specific use case...but again this was easy to do with AI. SUPPORT

Their support is QUICK. It really is. When I email them for an issue, I usually get an answer in the next few hours, if not in the next 30 minutes. Sometimes I even get an answer in 5 minutes. I have to say this is impressive, especially in this industry when you need to fix problems fast otherwise you're losing money, focus and time.

PROFESSIONALS

Another thing is that they are profesionals. Again, in this industry, I have tried other suppliers and most of them are a joke (not reliable, not reactive, broken promises etc..). With MP, i know they are reliable and accountable. They get stuffs done, it's as simple as that. It gets rare nowadays.

SEAMLESS PROCESSES

They have a robust structure: everything is organized via their portal. They have this simple and straightforward dashboard where you can process your requests. It's simple and efficient, I particularly appreciate this because, the needs are straightforward and nobody needs back and forth for basic stuffs (no more "hey what happened, i need this, i need that, can you send me XYZ"). You click buttons and things are taken care of. No more whatsapps / emails nonsense and waiting around to get what you paid for. They take care of connecting profiles and it's implemented in your automation stack easily.

QUALITY OF ACCOUNTS

Sounds like common sense, but you'd be surprise the poor quality profile handed by some other suppliers. MP hands you professional picture with relevantly built profiles. Some other providers you're like "how the heck am I going to use this?!". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is dislike is also one of their strenghts. These are AI avatars. That makes your outreach safer and easily scalable, but if there is a strike, there is not recovering the account, you lose all the onoging connections and past connections. MirrorProfiles makes LinkedIn account provisioning incredibly smooth and efficient. The quality of the accounts is consistently high, and the setup process is fast and well-documented. We were looking for 500-connection LinkedIn accounts. The ones we bought from other sellers were closing immediately after our long efforts. After meeting with Fred from Mirror Profiles, we realized that our problem was solved. He was talking about different methods that we had not heard before. It was obvious that he and his team provided a systematized, professional service. Mirror Profiles is a little more expensive than other sellers, but they had the experience we wanted, and they delivered the 500-connection accounts to us quickly. Since everything was systematized, it was very easy to log in to the accounts. Since the accounts were warm-up, we started using them immediately without wasting time. Most of the accounts were not closed. They quickly replaced the closed ones. When I had a problem with the profiles, they quickly supported me and solved it. The sales navs of the profiles are canceled and reloaded every month. It takes a few days to reload. This means I can't do lead gen for a few days. And since the sales nav is canceled, the messages in the message inbox are deleted. MirrorProfiles has streamlined our outbound lead generation by allowing us to scale LinkedIn outreach across multiple warm, human-like profiles. The automation mimics natural behavior while keeping deliverability high, and the inbox rotation system is brilliant – no need to worry about bans or throttling. The main downside is the limited reporting and analytics compared to some CRMs. I’d love to see more granular data around messaging performance, response segmentation, and per-profile stats without needing to export or integrate elsewhere. They have a nice dashboard, but the product is severely lacking and illegal - they are breaking a lot of big legal issues - fake identities (misrepresentation) ,fake impersonation and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their products are very unethical, shady and not useful for any business that cares about their reputation. They also have got people's LinkedIn company pages banned and warnings from LinkedIn. Currently all their accounts are blocking that you buy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
