**What do you like best about Kontentino?**

I manage growth and content visibility for a SaaS company, so social posting is one of those things that interrupts the day if their is no plan and setup. What I like most about Kontentino is that I can see all the planned content across multiple accounts, in one place, without bouncing between the accounts. I also appreciate the support team. Whenever I had questions, the replies were fast, detailed and practical instead of generic copy-paste answers.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

One limitation for us is LinkedIn publishing from personal profiles. You can’t tag other personal profiles directly inside the post setup. After speaking with support, I understand this comes from LinkedIn’s API limitations rather than Kontentino itself, but it’s still something we occasionally miss in daily work.

**What problems is Kontentino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Kontentino, social planning felt fragmented. Part of the work lived in sheets, part in Slack, part directly inside social platforms. Now the process is much more visible internally and effective.

**What do you like best about Kontentino?**

We manage multiple clients at the same time, and before Kontentino, approvals took an unreasonable amount of time. It felt like a constant loop: sending posts, waiting for feedback, chasing approvals, and resending updated versions. The process never really felt organized or truly finished.

With Kontentino, everything is much more structured. I can send content for approval, see exactly where each post sits in the workflow, and keep everything in one place instead of digging through endless email threads or scattered messages. It’s also much easier to stay on top of multiple clients without losing control of the process.

The content calendar and clear scheduling overview make a big difference as well. I can plan campaigns ahead, keep everything visually organized, and ensure clients always know what’s coming next. The preview feature is especially helpful—what clients approve is exactly what gets published, so there are no misunderstandings or last-minute surprises.

Overall, Kontentino has made collaboration smoother, reduced back-and-forth communication, and saved a significant amount of time. That means we can spend more time on actual creative work instead of managing approvals.

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that Kontentino can feel a bit heavy if you’re only managing a single profile. It’s clearly built with teams and agencies in mind, so features like approvals, multi-step workflows, and collaboration tools feel more valuable in that environment.

When you’re working solo, some of that structure can feel like more than you actually need. You still benefit from the scheduling and content planning, but parts of the workflow can feel slightly overbuilt for simple one-person use.

That said, it’s not really a flaw — it’s more that the platform is optimized for agencies and team collaboration, so solo users may not use the full depth of what’s available.

I like being able to do everything on a single platform with Kontentino. I find it useful that once the posts are entered, everything can be modified directly from there. Once the post is approved, I can easily schedule all the posts with a single click. I appreciate that Kontentino is really intuitive, making the initial setup very easy. The ability to easily share my posts with the client and receive approvals/comments in real-time is a great advantage, and it gives me a complete picture that I wouldn't have with a Google Sheet. I absolutely give it an 8 on how likely I am to recommend it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

Every now and then Kontentino crashes and the interface becomes slow, especially when there are calendars crowded with posts. Occasionally, synchronization bugs with previews appear, so what I see on Kontentino is not always identical to how the post will appear. It is also limiting from a graphic editing perspective.

Kontentino has halved both the scheduling and approval times with the client. With Kontentino, I can easily share editorial plans and receive approvals/comments in real-time. Our brand sells fun sock designs in many countries, so we communicate in around 15 different languages and run several regional accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Having everything in one place makes it significantly easier to plan and coordinate content. The calendar view helps our team keep track of what’s scheduled for each market, and it’s simple to duplicate or adapt posts for different regions when needed. This saves us a lot of time compared to managing everything natively on each platform.

Another big benefit is collaboration. Different team members can review content, leave comments, and approve posts before they go live. That’s especially useful when we’re working with multiple languages and need someone local to quickly check copy before publishing.

Another feature I like is the option to add a link to an image when publishing posts. That’s a real added value.

Rescheduling multiple posts at once is more work than it should be, you end up going post by post. The mobile app is fine for a quick check but not for building content.

Before, feedback lived in emails, WhatsApp threads, random doc comments and by the time something got approved you were never fully sure which version was the final one. What I started using more recently is the AI side of things. The Brandvoice feature is actually useful if you manage content for multiple brands, it picks up the tone from existing content so you are not starting from scratch every time. The translation feature also came in handy for pushing the same campaign across a couple of markets without having to rewrite everything manually. Not magic but it speeds things up in a real way.

Before, I didn’t really have a system — just ideas, notes, and occasional posts when I found the time. It wasn’t very structured and I often felt like I was falling behind.

Now I have a simple plan I can rely on. I know what’s coming up, what’s already prepared, and what still needs attention. It’s not perfect, but I feel much more in control of my social media without it taking over my day.

**What do you like best about Kontentino?**

I still end up checking what’s happening on our social channels. Before, I’d have to ask someone or scroll through different drafts to understand what’s planned. Now I just open the calendar and it’s all there.
It’s very clear.
I can quickly see what’s scheduled, what’s waiting, and what still needs attention without digging into details. I don’t need to be involved in every step, but I still feel in control of what’s being published.

**What do you dislike about Kontentino?**

The notification settings could be better. It’s a bit hard to tune them so I only get what actually matters without turning them off completely.

**What problems is Kontentino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, visibility was the issue. I wasn’t sure what was going out, when, or if it had already been approved. I had to rely on updates from the team or ask for clarification, which slowed things down.
Now I can check things myself in a few seconds and move on. It feels much more predictable, and I don’t have to second-guess what’s happening in the background.

As a social media manager and business owner, I used to second-guess every post before it went out. Now I don’t.

I can prepare content ahead of time and actually see how it will look before publishing, which helps me feel confident about what we’re putting out. It’s much easier to keep things consistent without overthinking every detail.
