Hootsuite does not have a free version any more instead they have a 30-day free trial of their Professional and Team package. For their Business and Enterprise package, you have to request a demo.

With free Hootsuite you get a couple of accounts that you can send messages on and some minor scheduling. Basically it saves you a couple of minutes to move between accounts if you are sending posts out on just a couple of them.
