Daily downtime, untrained support that is also incredibly hard to get time with, random data mismatch issues between Salesforce and Gridbuddy Connect without any rhyme or reason which happens sporadically, making it impossible to trust what you're seeing on the grid. I have been using GridBuddy as the Director of Technology for a real estate company and unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. In the past eight months, we have experienced 5 instances of downtime which greatly impacted our business operations.

The support we received from GridBuddy was terrible. They lied to us about having "world class support" and ended up outsourcing it to India, despite promising to hire support in Florida. Our contacts within the company, including the Director of Sales and Sales Manager, were either fired or left their positions.

I would not recommend GridBuddy to anyone in the real estate industry or any other industry that requires consistent and reliable software. The constant downtime and lack of support make it a poor investment for any company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you find yourself constantly asking users to stop tracking data in excel and start using Salesforce, this is the tool for you! Allows users to edit and create records inline and view multiple levels of data in one view. Has greatly supported user adoption and we're always finding new ways to use it. We have experienced a few glitches (related to record types or having to enter in system fields) but the GridBuddy team has always responded quickly and worked with us to resolve these issues, if not immediately in an upcoming release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration with Salesforce. Being able to input data into the Grid and upon saving it automatically updates our fields in Salesforce in real-time.Save a lot of time for data entry.

I also love how responsive the support team at Validity. They are amazing. The quick response they provide in troubleshooting any issues that may occur. They also provide great resources if/should the issue arise again for another user in the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new look of the Grid that's embedded into our web page. It's clunky and takes up more space than the previous Grid Legacy we installed and used before the implementation of Gridbuddy Connect. I also dislike that you have to open another link to see changes made to the Grid filters instead refreshing and your changes reflected. I also experience a huge delay with entering notes into the Grid fields and saving. As I had previous use this tool to take notes in meetings. I was unable to do so with Grid Buddy Connect. With the amount of time it took to save one field I wasn't able to keep up with the meeting and had to switch to an excel document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce initial setup and flow was intended for an audience with larger Projects and few customers. Our business relies on consistent and regular contact with our customers. As such each click of a button in salesforce, and the short nut stacking seconds lost become the difference between serving many more customers each day and getting to them quicker. Grid buddy had allowed us to make more outbound calls to our customers and document that interaction in real time while organizing follow-ups concurrently. and saving and updating in mass. it has simply transformed salesforce from a difficult and tedious user interface (suitable flor other business, but not ours) to one that feels like a viable tool that we simply cannot be without.
