What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Begin by Zoho CRM has been an excellent solution for managing our leads and customer interactions. The interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to use, making it simple for our team to get started. We especially appreciate the customizable pipelines, task management, and seamless integrations, which have helped us stay organized and improve our follow-up process. It has saved us a lot of time and made our sales workflow much more efficient. Overall, Begin by Zoho CRM offers great value for businesses looking for a reliable and user-friendly CRM. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Overall, we are very satisfied with Bigin by Zoho CRM. If we had to point out a few areas for improvement, we'd like to see more advanced automation options, deeper reporting and analytics, and additional customization for workflows. Expanding native integrations with more third-party applications and offering more flexibility in the mobile app would also make the experience even better. Bigin by Zoho CRM has helped us organize our entire sales process in one place. Before using it, tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions was time-consuming and often led to missed opportunities.
