Having a complete view of what is happening across the sales pipeline is crucial. The Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a central space for customer records, follow-up activities and opportunity information. My favorite feature is the reporting functionality because it provides a way to easily review pipeline activity and give the team a consistent overview of the customer data. While there is no shortage of customization, keeping that customization can be a full-time effort. Creating and editing fields, designing page layouts, and managing permissions takes forethought. I also believe that reports are only as good as the data you enter, so upkeep and standardization of CRM records take some effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
