What do you like best about Eploy?

Firstly the ease of dashboards and widgets make navigation and quick reviews very easy and accesible. Its a great ATS even within larger organisations such as ours. Eploy Support is always very quick and responsive as are the dedicated account managers who are always on hand to support. What do you dislike about Eploy?

As a core system user it has many layers within the build which isnt always easy to navigate and have to rely heavily upon support for changes to workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

I like how visual it is when a job is in process and how everything can be adapted and changed to cater for a company's individual needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

There isn't a back button where you go back to the job screen from the pipeline view (unless I have missed it). There is an easy workaround though. It would also be handy to have a dated snapshot for KPI's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The whole 360 recruitment cycle is in one place which is excellent. Hiring managers raise positions to be authorised by their senior managers to start the process. it has a very user-friendly interface to add the jobs and job descriptions and use them as templates for the future and for me, the outstanding feature is the visible pipeline. once an offer has been made and accepted it manages all the onboarding paperwork and references. Alongside the ease it handles the recruiting process it also allows you to look back at a role and see the activities performed on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't a 'back' button so when navigating to the pipeline from a vacancy it should be signified by an orange banner. Within the banner it will show the vacancy and you can click on the 'eye' icon. Can we offer some assistance with the widgets and snapshot for KPI's? Our customer success team would be able to help with this.

What do you like best about Eploy?

The team are the best. Genuinely. I've used so many as a TA leader. Its reporting is excellent and the platform is so customisable. It's hard to come across anything that can't be API'd into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

I find the Eploy account management team and customer success team one of the best things about working with Eploy. They are very responsive and very quick to sort out any issues we might have - even if it is something simple - they will talk you through how to complete the task at hand. What do you like best about Eploy?

The systems itself is one of the most intuative and easy to manage with great options for personalisation. The reporting capabilities are second to none. I have worked on many ATS's and can genuinly say that I would gladly impliment Eploy again. The success team are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always super quick at responding to queries whilst also educating you on how to do stuff differently in the future. What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple streamlined compliant processess. By utilising automation and integration with other Apps (HRIS and Experian RTW) we can drive compliance and make recrutiment as simple as possible. Our workstreams are tailored to our business which allows for us to automate. The fixed processes allow for us to instill best practice and force hiring managers down the right path. Introduction of the self serve protal for hiring managers also allowed us to move away from email activity (CVs etc) thus driving GDPR compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
