User friendly, saves time, good visibility, easy to navigate, great shortcuts. Knowledge base is excellent for refreshers and learning. What do you like best about Eploy?

I find the Eploy account management team and customer success team one of the best things about working with Eploy. They are very responsive and very quick to sort out any issues we might have - even if it is something simple - they will talk you through how to complete the task at hand. What do you like best about Eploy?

The systems itself is one of the most intuative and easy to manage with great options for personalisation. The reporting capabilities are second to none. I have worked on many ATS's and can genuinly say that I would gladly impliment Eploy again. The success team are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always super quick at responding to queries whilst also educating you on how to do stuff differently in the future. Eploy is a higly agile ATS, that has usabilty at the core of its offering. Not obly that, the team make what is a painful activity a pleasure to complete.

What do you like best about Eploy?

We've used Eploy for about five years now and can't imagine moving to another ATS. It's a really user friendly interface for the recruitment team and hiring managers and the candidate portal and application process is second to none.

It gives us so much ability to customise the system ourselves which we love and definitely take advantage of. And any time we've had ideas for improvements or suggestions for future development Eploy have been really receptive to these.

The support desk are brilliant for solving any general queries, really friendly and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Although it's really easy to use once you get to use it, the core portal is quite complicated looking for new starters and there seem to be ten different ways to do the same thing whch makes it a bit more complicated than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
