**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Eploy is extremely configurable and flexible, which suits our varied needs as an organisation. The system is also very user-friendly for both our administrators and our hiring managers.

There are many additional features we haven’t yet utilised, so there’s still more for us to explore.

The Customer Support team is very quick to respond to queries and consistently helpful.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

The backend of the system can sometimes be quite complicated to use and often requires more of a systems/IT expert. It also takes a little time to find where things are.

Also, I’d like to know more about what Eploy is planning or introducing from an AI perspective.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy is reducing our time to hire, increasing our ability to attract high quality talent and, ensuring our processes are streamlined. 
Also, we have more data on all aspects of the recruitment process, than ever before.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

I appreciate our ability to customise Eploy to suit our various needs and different workflows, providing us with autonomy. The customer service team is excellent, always responsive, quick to explain and help, and eager to empower us to manage the system. It's pretty user-friendly and the initial setup was great, with the team being helpful and responsive to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

There are some minor tweaks but I think this is more about how we use it than the system itself.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy provides visibility across the recruiting process, reduces the need for approval forms, and smooths the process for managers and candidates.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Our stakeholders are fully on board with this system due to its user-friendly and intuitive design. As a recruiter, I greatly appreciate its functionality, with all the necessary information easily accessible at our fingertips.
I find the customer service to be prompt and helpful and never have to wait too long to hear back from the Eploy team in times of need.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

It doesn't completely fit our ways or working across the business and we have had to make some compromises but this may be something we can work in via the roadmap.

One stop shop for all recruitment across our business, able to track live and filled vacancies and also build a talentpool for us to tap into.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

We find Eploy very user friendly and easily adaptable with changes in the business. It's great that it's operator-led, allowing our hiring managers full autonomy to track and process their hires. The team at Eploy listens to the needs of their clients and uses feedback to ensure new developments are regularly launched. I also appreciate that with Eploy, we can onboard and e-sign contracts for salaried staff, talent pool candidates, and handle volume recruitment effectively. The initial setup was really easy, with regular meetings during the build phase, hands-on testing, and the availability of hypercare for post setup and for any big changes we have made since. The Support team is fantastic for us to be able to make realtime changes and be able to do that in house rather than having to wait or pay for small changes to the system

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

We don't have any real issues with Eploy itself. Our main problem at present is more about integrating with our current HR SAP system, which would be a game changer, but that's more due to the system we use rather than Eploy.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We find Eploy allows us to recruit effectively for all roles - including self employed and volume recruitment of pub teams. It gives hiring managers autonomy to process candidates and their recruitment process, streamlines onboarding with e-signatures with our salaried positions, and allows us to use talent pools to find suitable candidates for roles.

We are very impressed with the number of features and ease of use, together with the ability to customise the system ourselves, which is relatively straightforward.
The implementation process was very thorough and at a pace where we could carry on with our day jobs.
Customer support is very good, providing very clear step by step resolutions.

Nothing so far!  It is early days but we are very happy with the system so far.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For several months, we managed our recruitment process manually because we did not have an ATS in place. Now that we are using Eploy, we have much greater capacity to handle our wider recruitment needs.  The ability to configure the application process on a vacancy by vacancy basis enables us to identify and shortlist the most suitable applicants without delay.  Also the ability to send a text message alongside emails is helping to ensure that our messages are seen and not lost in junk mail folders.

Multiple vacancies hiring at the same time, it is difficult to manage RAFs as the system prefers you to have every RAF advertised on the website which isn't the best way to manage large volume recruitment for us.

When evaluating the overall cost, you need to factor in how you’ll use e-signatures, as well as memory limits, core users, and posting credits.

It provides the ability to be a great ATS and CRM system if fully utilised.

For me the best feature of Eploy is how highly customisable it is - we have quite a unique business model and our great concern with identifying an ATS platform was if we could get something that allows us to be flexible to suit our varying needs as a business - Eploy ticks all of those boxes. The team are supportive and friendly and the implementation process was very professional and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

My only drawback so far is that the back-end of the system could be a bit more user-friendly.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Eploy we were reliant on job boards and a lot of our recruitment processes were very admin-heavy, Eploy has solved that problem by creating a candidate-led experience that will drastically cut down on the man hours taken internally to process candidates. 

Eploy have modernised our careers website and brought us up to speed in the rapidly evolving field of recruitment.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Eploy is highly customizable, even after implementation. We’ve been able to adapt it continually to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. Whenever we’ve encountered a challenge, raising a ticket with the support team has resulted in a prompt, detailed, and genuinely helpful response. I cannot speak highly enough of the Eploy team, their commitment to doing a great job, investigating thoroughly, and delivering the right solution is outstanding.

I’ve worked with several ATS platforms, and while many share the same core functionality, Eploy truly stands out because of its exceptional support and its built-in reporting and dashboards, which are far superior to others I’ve used.

I’ve also trained a wide range of users on the system core users, hiring managers, and vendors and it’s always been straightforward to get them up to speed. The platform is intuitive, which means users quickly gain confidence and require very little ongoing support from me or my team.

We now use Eploy daily to run a much-improved recruitment process. Having everything in one place enables our function to operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Nothing not to like. There are only a few areas we are unable to alter but once this is explained its makes a lot of sense and if the changes are small the team will take care of it only adding a cost if its a large change.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking costs and CV's into the business with 3500 staff we had a lot of recruitment in the business but no central place to track candidate ownership or cost to the business.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

I really like Eploy's easy functionality, which works well for all users, both internally for our team and externally for our candidates. The onboarding module is particularly effective, providing a smooth experience for candidates. I also find the interview scheduling feature very helpful for our hiring managers, as it provides a clear and easy experience, whether it's for one interview or for fifty during an open day. The initial setup was very easy, and the team was very helpful in assisting us.

Some of the reporting can be clunky and we aren't always able to pull data we could use.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy helps report and give insights on talent acquisition, closes backdoor hiring routes, and offers easy functionality for both users and candidates.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

The system is easily customisable. Our managers, TA and HR Team find it intuitive and easy to navigate. Nothing is too much for the team at Eploy and I have thrown a lot at them! Implementation was easy, even doing it alongside my day job. Customer support is absolutely on point. Even when I am not really sure on what I need. I use the system every day, and am constantly looking at ways to improve for candidates, colleagues and hiring managers.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Only thing I would change is building application forms - my own fault for having so many different types, but takes me sometime to update them all when I need to. This is very minor though.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a regulated business, so by having fully customisable system, we are able to condition our applications and onboarding depending on the area of the business. Building in AI connectivity is fantastic. And we are able to start working on a new careers and information site, allowing candidates to read about the areas of the business they wish to work in, and seeing vacancies in this area, rather than just a page of vacancies across all workstreams.

E-ploy has addressed many of the challenges we encountered with our previous system. It is user-friendly and helps us in our efforts to build a more diverse workforce.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

We don't have any particular dislikes when it comes to eploy. It delivers exactly what we require and helps us save valuable time with our daily recruitment activities.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy has significantly reduced the amount of manual work involved in our recruitment process. In the past, our hiring managers were unable to access ATS systems because of IT challenges, but e-ploy has resolved this issue. As a result, much of the administrative burden has been lifted from our internal team, enabling them to concentrate on more value-added recruitment activities.

From the initial call, through setup, launch and into live use, the Eploy team have been wonderful.
The system is completely customisable to your needs - and our were unusual and vast. At every turn the team approached the project with a 'can do' attitude, working tirelessly to bring our vision to reality.

The implementation was thorough, with continued support through to launch and beyond. As we transitioned to a live system and continue to use Eploy, the Customer Success Team constantly go above and beyond the basic idea of Support. 

In the first 100 days of use we have employed over 100 people end-to-end in a process which is automated, slick and easy to use.
As a daily user the features allow me to juggle tens of sources, manage thousands of applicants across multiple roles and 8 sites all on my own. Agency applicants, job boards, social media and search engines are all taken care of inside Eploy with each applicant perfectly placed into the correct application flow. Onboarding and integration to our existing systems extend usability.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

There is really and truly nothing to dislike.

The system can initially 'look complicated' but when setting it up you can make it as simple or as complex as you wish.

Other systems we looked at didn't even come close. With other systems 'Can we do this?' was often met with a 'No' or 'It's on the roadmap' - but with Eploy it was always 'Oh a challenge - great - let us get our heads together and we will come up with a solution' - and they did. Repeatedly. Not one thing had to be abandoned - and it was a two way street - they challenged our ways of working to help improve our process as we went.

Even the finished product is not set in stone. I have personally (and with the help of Success when needed) made multiple changes in the last 3 months to the systems and workflows to further tweak and enhance our process.

If you want a fully customisable product backed up by world class service - you can't go wrong with Eploy.

Before using eploy we were juggling a tired ATS, with no onboarding; hundreds of emails and spreadsheets.

They were on hand all the way through the implementation process and the resources and weekly meetings  were fantastic. Post implemetnation regular meetings with the Account Manager are great for catching up on upcoming changes and to talk through ways we can make improvements to our current system.

Local Admins have a great deal of freedom to customise fields etc so that Eploy can be adapted to suit your needs. When you need a little something more than local admin role allows, the Eploy Success team are on hand and rapidly respond to requests, providing an excellent customer service

In six years of using it, the very few things I have disliked have all been addressed by the company as part of their continuous improvements.

It helped the recruitment teams move away from spreadsheets. It provided an Organisation wide approval process for vacancies and contract extensions. Training feels like it was mandatory and for a small organisation like ourselves, ineffective as we were already familiar with the system through config and testing phases. Training should be bespoke for each customer and what they want from the sessions

As a hiring manager you can type when searching for a location, which is great! However, as an admin you need to scroll through the list to find the location which can be time consuming so it would be great to have the option to type into the search bar the same way you can as a hiring manager.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy keeps all candidates in one pipeline, making it simpler to refer back to pipelines for each vacancy. You can use Eploy for the full recruitment journey from reviewing the candidates application all the way through to creating the placement, it is very helpful and convenient to have this all integrated into one system.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

I like the fact that it has easy searching functions, it is user friendly, you can move things and change things ( As a Super Admin) 

It has excellent functions to provide  and create reporting channels through easy to set up "widgets"

As a recruiter there are some issues with the integration to various job boards we use so the need to keep changing what is published so can be time consuming

It helps me considerably as my Hiring Managers can raise vacancies and get them out to market for advertising very quickly, the applicant tracking and moving candidates through the process is simple and  automated and raising the offers efficient.

The most important is we can do our whole recruitment process in one system

The support and training from Eploy has been amazing, with numerous in depth sessions tailored to what you as a team/company want to get from Eploy. The success Team responses are always detailed and simple to follow as well as being speedy.

Eploy continues to support our growth as a business. It allows the freedom and flexibility to customise fields, forms and candidate journeys. The success team are very quick to responding to requests and if it is not possible noted for future developments. 

We have not long completed a rebrand exercise and having the ability to refresh our careers site and build new features was fantastic. Of course we had the support of our project manager Daisy & Andy incase we needed it.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Eploy has supported our recruitment significantly. In the last 18 months, we've seen a huge improvement in applicant quantity and quality which has really helped in achieving our hiring targets. A real benefit of eploy is that our whole recruitment journey from application to employee is in one place, candidates complete all their onboarding forms through eploy and our integration with our HRIS means conversion is simple. Eploy is very intuitive with our hiring managers also commenting its ease of use. Customer support is fantastic, super responsive and knowledgeable, can't be faulted. 

The best thing about eploy is how customisable it is and how we as the customer can amend things to suit our processes and ongoing improvements without cost or involvement from eploy. This means we can react quickly to ideas on how we can improve our overall recruitment.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

As with every system, there can be improvements. However, Eploy are always open to suggestions, include us as their customer in their plans, and ask for insight and advice from us as the users of the system.

Implementation was more involved than anticipated but was worth it as it meant we could build the system as we wanted and then knew how to fix/amend things in the future if needed.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Constant volume recruitment through Eploy is efficient and simple supporting us in meeting our hiring goals. The fact that most of our journey is in Eploy has also saved a significant number of admin hours, meaning we can be more proactive as a recruitment team.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

The system continues to support our growth. We have managed to build it automated pre interview screening forms, scoring and automated rejections for candidates that dont meet key criteria.

We have also build bespoke applications for various types of role and automated engagment with draft canddiate that is more bespoke.

The system also has the capability to further enhance our recruitment, as an example we are currently recording bespoke onboarding videos from the line manager of various roles and locations.

Furthermore we have launched our new payroll system and have fully automated our integration.

I would fully support exploring this system as with the right training and guidance, like we had from Nicola and Alex the opportunties are incredible.

We have a strong support from the helpdesk when trying to build new functions and capabilites. In addition the sipport from our accoutn manager Emma has been the most supportive manager i have had across various platforms and systems in my career.

It is a great platform for managing a job pipeline, and it is intuitive to navigate. It is easy to progress colleagues/candidates through the onboarding process, and then also to move the colleagues onto new pipelines.

When you first go into the system the home page dash board can be a little daunting but once you understand what is on the screen it is better

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Fantastic once you have set it up, the widgets on the home page provide informative data for the relevant areas you would like it to report on. Also love that the widgets are customisable. From a candidate perspective, the application process is efficient and allows you to consent to receive job alerts which is great and also consent from a GDPR perspective. Ideal that the whole recruitment and onboarding process can be done in one system. 

The onboarding module for candidates to upload relevant compliance documents and references is super user friendly and straight forward and great to receive everything in one place. The reference module is super, quick and easy to use and love the auto reminders that get sent and the reference widgets to see what has been requested, received and expired. 

The hiring manager portal is easy to use, again with customisable widgets and it was implemented smoothly upon role out to the business. Daisy was SO helpful during the build, she went above and beyond and always scheduled additional time if required to understand various areas of the system in more detail to ensure that the new system would be implemented seamlessly with minimal teething problems. The after care team are fab, super quick to come back to you with solutions and more often than not, the query is answered in on response which is amazing!!

Prior to us utilising the full potential of Eploy, I would simply use it for receiving applications for vacancies. Now, I couldn't be without it, I use Eploy every day for all aspects of the recruitment process and love that you learn new things every week. Once you take the time to understand the system, it is easy to use with some fab features to make your live in recruitment SO much easier and more enjoyable. 

The team are great, shout out to Annabel our lovely Account Manager, Jordan who delivered the software training to the team and of course the wonderful Daisy made integration of the new system as easy and smooth as it possibly could have been. Daisy was beyond helpful and we had a great laugh whilst building the modules!

Nothing, they are always brining new ideas to the table with the updates and always listen to feedback and ideas to put forward as well!
