**What do you like best about Eploy?**

The systems itself is one of the most intuative and easy to manage with great options for personalisation. The reporting capabilities are second to none. I have worked on many ATS's and can genuinly say that I would gladly impliment Eploy again. The success team are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always super quick at responding to queries whilst also educating you on how to do stuff differently in the future. They are always looking at ways to better the system with regular updates to enhance all user experiences.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Nothing - Genuinly nothing. I dont think there is anything that could be different or better in my opinion...

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple streamlined compliant processess. By utilising automation and integration with other Apps (HRIS and Experian RTW) we can drive compliance and make recrutiment as simple as possible. Our workstreams are tailored to our business which allows for us to automate. The fixed processes allow for us to instill best practice and force hiring managers down the right path. Introduction of the self serve protal for hiring managers also allowed us to move away from email activity (CVs etc) thus driving GDPR compliance.

Eploy is a higly agile ATS, that has usabilty at the core of its offering.  Not obly that, the team make what is a painful activity a pleasure to complete.

5 clear pahses walk you through the process, with highly talented config managers that take the sting out of a complex system change.

Eploy offers a simple UI that is Hiring Manager friendly and can be configured to your own workflows and processes. It enables efficient data capture, task completion, data privacy compliance and great candidate experience from hire to onboarding.

Whilst the dashboards are great at providing a realtime view, the wider reporting and extracting data can be complex and seems less efficient

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Whole system is brilliant, reporting is fabulous. System is so easy to use for our field based teams. Implementation was great, the team were extremely helpful. Customer support is always on point.

Extra modules costing more money to use/implement

It completely revolutionised our recruitment process, we went from taking a minimum of 48 hours to recruit/onboard new starters to being able to complete this in 10 minutes.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

We've used Eploy for about five years now and can't imagine moving to another ATS. It's a really user friendly interface for the recruitment team and hiring managers and the candidate portal and application process is second to none. 

It gives us so much ability to customise the system ourselves which we love and definitely take advantage of. And any time we've had ideas for improvements or suggestions for future development Eploy have been really receptive to these.

The support desk are brilliant for solving any general queries, really friendly and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Although it's really easy to use once you get to use it, the core portal is quite complicated looking for new starters and there seem to be ten different ways to do the same thing whch makes it a bit more complicated than necessary.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us one system with all our recruitment in one place, from vacancy approval right through to integrating with our payroll system, which makes reporting and workload monitoring so much simpler.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

I've been using Eploy every day for just over three years and can say that it's one of the best applicant tracking systems I've used. There's a lot that the system can do, which is very condusive to our internal processes, and its customisable nature makes it very good when it comes to candidate experience. 
I can't speak to its "from-scratch" implementation, as I joined the organisation after this had been completed, but can say that with every development that I've been a part of since then, the Eploy team have been very helpful, organised, efficient, and capable. 
Whenever I've contacted their Success team for general support and queries, they're always very quick to respond with solutions that are appropriate and well explained. 
Personally, I really enjoy working with the Eploy system and making configuration changes in the back end. Very easy to learn, use, and understand.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Despite all its capabilities, there are some bits that the system can't do. With these, we've had to create workarounds in our internal processes and schedule to review these at a later date (as system functionality increases). However, the Eploy team regularly release updates with new features and other improvements, and always take away suggestions for the development team where we have identified a shortcoming.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy is providing us with a Careers Site for candidates to apply for roles. It also provides a system for the general recruitment process (i,.e. interviews, etc.) and onboarding process (i.e. pre-employment checks). Without Eploy these would still be manually completed and more time-consuming. 
Additionally, Eploy provides helpful reporting tools which would not be possible with the manual process.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

I love how flexible Eploy is and that it's easy to customise to our changing demands (changes to process, addition or removal of fields, flexiblity to edit emails/contracts/templates/company structure) which we can mostly do ourselves.

The dashboards are really useful to prompt action (invite candidates to interview, issue an offer etc.) and display our data in a meaningful way. 

The customer support is amazing and incredibly responsive - they're always available to support and guide on the best way to do something within the system. On the rare occasion something goes wrong it's resolved really quickly.

A lot of the items on our wish list have been developed which is incredible and shows that they've really listened to the customer feedback that we (and others) have provided over the years.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Sometimes the navigation can be a bit 'click heavy' between screens until you're used to it. 

The integration with job boards could be smoother - particularly with NHS Jobs although an NHS Jobs integration wasn't a requirement when we procured Eploy. It's something they've developed since which is useful, but if you're implementing Eploy (or probably any other ATS) just be sure to set your vacancy template up in a way which is aligned with the job boards you want to use so that you get the most out of it.

Eploy allows us the flexiblity that we need and supports us to effectively recruit to our roles in a timely way

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Eploy is a great ATS that can be deisgned and developed as the business eveolves.  There have been very little changes that haven't been able to be implemented but was happy to know that these were currently with thier innovartion team.  The system is easy to use and the Knowledge Base and the support of the Success team is invaluable and make using and developing the system smooth.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Editing and updating the candidate portal is difficult and is a build.  You can update alerts and automatic emails and forms but hte layout of the page and moving through the candidate expereince is more work.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating with the job boards through the ATS system makes job posting and the adverts getting reach so uch more beneficial.  Activating the Indeed flow has made job posting much easier.

The advertising to onboarding experience is great from a candidate experience and the implementation process is also very thorough.

Part of the back end of the system are not very intuitive and it's not always clear how to navigate the system settings.

When we first implemented it, it vastly reduced our onboarding issues and the frustration everyone shared with our old system.

I like that the system is user friendly and straight forward, can customise the dashboards to suit. Although I haven't personally needed to get assistance from the Eploy team, but aware that they are very responsive and sort issues within a quick time frame.

Implementation is bespoke to the business so we can easily tailor our messaging and workflows to enable a really efficient, candidate experience. 

ePloy has a whole range of insights that we can build into easy to use dashboards and then export reports to give us clear and dynamic insights. 

On the occasion we do need support, the customer success team is very quick to respond and stay with you until your satisfied that the support query has been resolved. 

ePloy also integrates with many of the leading jobboards and as such job postings can be advertised to many places automatically.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

ePloy has so many things that you can report on and because of that sometimes it can be difficult to build and edit widgets to show the MI data that you might be looking for. In this case we simply reach out to the customer success team who always resolve our questions quickly.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ePloy helps us to be gdpr compliant by holding all candidate data in one place. It allows candidates to opt out and anonymise data automatically.

Implementation was quick and the team at Eploy supported us through the process. The customiseable workflows make for a truly personalised candidate experience. Eploy has made our recruitment processes so much more efficient and it is very user friendly. It is very simple to create reports and analyse data through visually appealing dashboards. The team are friendly and professional and support tickets are quickly answered.

There is limited ability to mass edit fields/records.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated responses makes responding to candidates quicker and this saves time in the recruitment process. Data processing is straightforward ensuring information is stored securely. Training recruiters is quick as the system is user friendly. We are able to cut down our candidate response times.

Easily accessible and it has a variety of tools to make use of. I love how easy all the different aspectd of Eploy are to use and all its amazing features. All the amazing widgets and graphs.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

The system can be adapted to suit your business needs from as simple or complex as you require. The Eploy team are very supportive to assist you and there are lots of great developments with the system over the years we have been a user.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

None really, it is as complex as you want to make it.  I am sure there are parts of the system I could use better.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to recruit and onboard in a timely manner.  We are able to have different work flows for different areas of the business. It automatically administrates records for data protection requirements. We use it for reporting / statistical analysis.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Whilst we looked at the functionality in our tender process, it is really the support from project start to post go live that really makes Eploy stand out. Throughout the build and implementation we were kept to time in a supportive way and things were explained to us every step of the way with the Project lead from Eploy able to really think about our business and what would work for us. Post go live the support team are quick to come back, and not just to fix things, but to explain to help us to become more independent.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

I think just like any system there are aspects that could be developed or where it isnt currently possible to update en masse but I do feel that Eploy are constantly looking at the system and what they can improve.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we used spreadsheet so data accuracy is a big one for us and the ability to break our information down now to look at so many more things particularly around diversity and which recruitment channels work best for which roles. Our Hiring Managers also now have everything in one place, not on lots of separate emails and we can keep track of governance through our sign off process. It also reduces issues around agency ownership and where fees might be due and to whom. We are also able to build up our own talent bank which we will be making further use of next year to reduce our agency spend and increase our audience of warm candidates.  One of the other key things is how easy it is for any member of the team to check details on any role/candidate etc and be able to help or pick up work when we have team absence.

-It is user friendly to hirning managers and vendors 
- Customer support does their best to respond quickly
- You can customise it to the business needs
- You can post jobs to job boards through eploy
- Once you have had a bit of training, it is easy to navigate and use

- Reporting is confusing/difficult
- Filters on widgets are difficult to set up (customer support is happy to assist though to set up what you need)
- If you have lots of widgets with filters, they sometimes overide each other. (You need to clear filters or refresh dashboard before going back in to fix this)

- All applications for all roles are in one 
- Auidit trail is visable to all admins
- Keep track of all onboarded employees and documents

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

eploy is a versatile system that allows a great deal of automation throughout the recruitment process including assessing candidate suitability and automated comms. It also provides a platform to advertise vacancies built in but also allows for integration with third party job boards. The automation is my favourite bit by a long shot. Basically its a great one stop shop for recruiting talent. The Success Team and Account Managers are also super helpful and I'm always impressed by the speed of response from the Success Team. I never had an issue they couldn't help me with. its also great for high frequency use with several different ways you can interact with candidates throughout your application process. Once you're familiar with the system it is easy to implement but does require careful attention.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

It can be a bit rigid. You have to adapt your practises to its operational model which is not hard but can come up with a few compatibility issues that you need to manage along the way. The Success Team has always been able to help with this though. If you really want to deviate from the base process eploy has always been able to offer development but its quite pricey.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recruit for roles with a relatively high level of churn requiring a constant flow of new candidates to mitigate the churn. eploy helps us with this as the system is smart and versatile enough for us to operate country wide and produce data that helps us measure success and trends.

Eploy is a user friendly recruitment platform.Eploy offers a huge number of features that can be tailored to your internal processes. We use the platform for Apprenticeship recruitment which can be a long and complex process but the automation that Eploy offers enables us to manage an efficient and effective recruitment process. 

We have been live on the system for 15 months now and it has revolutionised the way we recruit. In initial implementation was complex but with the support of the Eploy team, regular reviews and quick responses to our queries, it made the implementation run smoothly.

It is difficult to think of many downsides to using Eploy!

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Eploy has been the most interative and innovative ATS system I have used (over my 12 years working in recruitment). The customer service delivered by the teams is outstanding and I know I will get a response the same day if I have an issue or a query.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

A lot of what we want to do on Eploy can be deemed as 'technical' meaning we have to have an understanding of the back end of the system in order to create things. An example being setting up of forms - this feels complex and I have always had the supplier make these for me prior, rather than having to build everything myself.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Throughtout our organisation, due to it's complexities of being a higher education insitute, as well as a charity, it has been difficult to gain the involvement of hiring managers to stay 'online'. Due to previous systems used, they had a lot of spreadhseets to track applications and spreadsheets. However, since implimenting eploy we have been able to keep these processes online which in turn creates a better candidate  experience.

the workflow of recruitment for live jobs and online timesheets function.  workflows re super easy to navigate and gives true snapshot of the recruitment cycle stage by stage.  timesheets integrate seamlessly with other recruitment back office functions. finally, there is always someone on hand to offer support when needed.

when there are updates, it tends to disrupt our standard functionality in one way or another.  this is fine and to be expected but we rarely know about it before hand, its something we find out by accident when we try to do something we usally do and it doesnt work.

keeping a track of the recruitment cycle in an effective and user friendly way.  allowing us to send generic response emails when shortlisting candidates to provide a closing of the loop to thsoe who have applied to jobs. online timesheet submission making the process easy and quick for candidates and us.  crm for our client contacts making it easy to search for and market to them.

Not only was the technology user friendly and ideal for what we needed but the people are great. They understood our requirements and weren't just interested in making as big a sale as possible.

Throughout the process of building and implementation the communication was excellent and our aftercare has been first class.

If ever we have any issues the team are quick to come back and let us know they are looking into the problem/solved the problem/tell us the fix for the problem. 
They also will arrange MS Teams call's with us if we need more assistance and these are usually arranged very quickly.

The updated can sometimes be an issue.
Sometimes things are changed and we haven't been made aware, which then causes a few issues down the line.

I wouldn't be able to comment on this too much as this would be more for management however I do think Eploy does help our recruitment process run smoother and with all these additional things we can now add its making us much more compliant and helping us prevent issues!

The staff have been so helpful right from the very beginning when we were first configuring the system. Since then we've added some integrations with other systems we use and revamped our recruitment processes and they've always been very quick to respond to our queries with insightful and helpful solutions or advice. They also continue to look for ways to improve what the system can do and make it easier to use, taking onboard feedback along the way with several recent updates significantly improving how we use it.

There's not much to dislike to be perfectly honest. Most things that we've raised as potential issues have inevitably then been fixed or resolved in a subsequent system update.

It has automated our process, taking away many of the manual admin tasks we previously had to do, and made tracking our candidates and keeping tabs on where our vacancies are at in the process super easy. It also allows us to empower our hiring managers more whilst knowing candidates will hit all the key stages and checks along the recruitment journey with approvals triggered whenever they are necessary.

The system is so easy to use, as a standard user and as a hiring manager. You have the ability to utilise a number of features yourself, such as dashboards and creating your own custom fields, but you can always go to the customer support team for additional help. Whenever there is an internal need for a new project, you can rely on the Accounts and Implementation teams to help get you over the line.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

We don't have any dislikes. There are always things that we want as a customer that aren't immediately available to implement but that is largely down to the technical work/time needed behind adding new functions.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy's reporting and dashboard features allow us to track the sources and number of applications for our business areas. We are able to pull surface level figures and information from the dashboard widgets, as well as doing deep-dives into applicant data that helps us to understand who we are attracting vs who we're struggling to attract.

With Eploy, we have also managed to implement a digital right to work solution which is helping us move towards a digitalised, data friendly process for checking right to work.

Always willing to listen and share solutions 

Flexible and can be scaleable for a new start up company  - but as long as you have build capabilities in-house

Our Customer Rep is always available, facilitating the right internal connections which is appreciated

Wigits can be complex to build - not as intuitive to work around 

DIY experience  -  everything starts with manual user guides (and we don't have capability to build and configure)

No CRM functionality leveraged 

Could improve the customer support offered with regards to regular health checks to ensure that we are making most use of the tool to support our hiring.

We are on G-suite and unfortunately Eploy doesn't integrate at all with this.

We have turned on Self ID as part of candidate application - and established a workflow for data visibility. This will help us to continue to focus on measuring diversity data and aligning our Talent attraction strategy accordingly. 

We've used share link when leveraging sourcing which has been create, especially to support leadership hiring without need to post.  Can therefore work confidential workflows

Using Eploy has allowed our organisation to provide flexible and easily customisable workflows to cover all brands and their uniquie requirements. Using Eploy has helped to reduce manual transactional activities via slick integrations with suppliers and internal HRIS.

Whilst the system offers a trememndous amount of functionality it can at times be a touch dificult to draw all of the required data from the system. Whilst every aspect is reportable having pre-set dashboards and metrics would be useful. The team have been excellent in supporting us to build out our reporting suite but a little more ability to self serve quickly would be great.

The support but also the ability to make the system fit into your business requirements with multiple workflows across different countries

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

The careers website that is offered within their package is relatively basic compared to our desires for a careers site. Nothing wrong functionally just want more flexibility to make it stand out

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has moved the majority of our recruitment/onboarding into an electronic flow meaning we have saved time and money streamlining processes. This has also reduced errors and delays. 
Second issue solved is to give hiring managers the autonomy to manage their recruitment from end to end getting them more engaged with the process and improving hires

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

Right from our initial contact I have been impressed with Eploy, both as business and a recruitment platform.   The service from everyone we have met has been excellent.  Super friendly and very knowledgable.   Our brand proposition is fairly complex with 9 brands under 3 divisions under 1 group and we were looking for a recruitment system that could support this.   We found eploy to be on the of the few and together with rich functionality, strong user experience, competitive price point and great service we have no regrets and would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

We haven't found anything major to dislike.   There always some small parts of the system functionality we would like to streamline but nothing major.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to automate some of our hiring processes, providing a good quality and consistent candidate user experience and structuring and providing hiring data

Visually it is in my experience, the best ATS out there. It has helped make things really intuative for our hiring managers from advertising all the way through to onboarding.

The platform used to create e-signature docuements is a bit blocky and doesnt format very well.

Eploy allows you to create different recruitment processes for different roles, this is invaluable to Alzheimer’s Society as we use Eploy to recruit both employees and volunteers.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

Whilst the microsite looks good you are currently unable to update the site yourself, Eploy are great at processing changes but it would be much better for us to be able to do this ourselves.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eploy has automated and streamlined all of our recruitment processes for both employees and volunteers. We have had the ability to create different workflows for the different roles that we have alongisde incorporating all of our onboarding into one system. This has dramatically reduced our time to hire and gives our candidates the very best experience.

The system is efficient, quick and easy to use and supports volume recruitment.
