What do you like best about Eploy?

Local Admins have a great deal of freedom to customise fields etc so that Eploy can be adapted to suit your needs. When you need a little something more than local admin role allows, the Eploy Success team are on hand and rapidly respond to requests, providing an excellent customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Hmm this one is the heavy one. Maybe the thing that support provides all the instruction for the desired changes but you are the one doing them - not them. What do you like best about Eploy?

I've been using Eploy for 2 years and have found the system highly configurable and user friendly. The support I receive is second to none and the 'success' team is actually just that; a team that is invested in helping you get the most from the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Reporting is still clunky. Dashboards and widgets are great, but trying to extract that data into a report is not straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

Very easy to navigate and intuitive. An array of additional features available that makes assessing candidates incredibly easy as everything is in one screen. Very little that cant be changed to bespoke how you use it. Implementation manager Nic was absolutely fantastic and really supportive, she is a credit to Eploy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Training feels like it was mandatory and for a small organisation like ourselves, ineffective as we were already familiar with the system through config and testing phases. Training should be bespoke for each customer and what they want from the sessions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

We chose Eploy due to its functionality, ability to be moulded to our business structure and model both now and in the future, ease of use for the recruitment team, hiring managers, candidates and agencies, and allowed us to create bespoke recruitment processes for our various candidate markets. Since implementation we have introduced the Employee Referral Portal module, and we are now exploring further enhancments with integrations and the potential of the API key. As a hiring manager you can type when searching for a location, which is great! However, as an admin you need to scroll through the list to find the location which can be time consuming so it would be great to have the option to type into the search bar the same way you can as a hiring manager. What do you like best about Eploy?

I find EPloy to be clear and very simple to use. It's highly customizable and efficient and the customer support provided from EPloy is excellent. I like the fact that it has easy searching functions, it is user friendly, you can move things and change things ( As a Super Admin)

It has excellent functions to provide and create reporting channels through easy to set up "widgets" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a recruiter there are some issues with the integration to various job boards we use so the need to keep changing what is published so can be time consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a huge range of options when wanting to look/report on data & metrics to help improve your recruitment efforts.
