**What do you like best about Eploy?**

It helps me to co-ordinate my campaigns. Keep all candidates in secure space.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

It's clunky and overly complex. But may be down to my lack of training.

Supporting the applicant tracking process

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

The team has been crutial to my onabording into my new role. I have never used Eploy before and so it has been really great having such a supportive team. First via Amy Nibbs and secondly through my awesome account manager - Chad.

It really is refreshing to have Chad on board. It feels like a genuine conversation every time we meet - he cares and understands needs very well and takes time to listen and take action quickly.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

I am only one person in my team, and without being part of the implementation phase it has been tough to get up to speed with the system. The backend knowledge you have to have is quite intense.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have never had an ATS before and so it's providing some structure and governance for our recruitment processes.

**What do you like best about Eploy?**

The simplisity of how the system works - its easy to navigate around.

**What do you dislike about Eploy?**

There can be some fine tuning - every update we get there seems to be problem that impacts us. Sometimes the week commecing day changes and this can affect us from booking visa students in.

**What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

not sure on what they are solving currently - but it would be great if the week commencing day could be permanently at Monday instead of Sunday.
