"One of the Best UK Cloud-based Payroll and HR Application"

What do you like best about ResourceLink?

ResourceLink supports various featuers UK Payorll, P11D, Pension Auto nerolment, Leave Managemnte, self Service. It is easy to use, Quick to implemnetaion and RL HRI support inbound integration with other HR sysetms.

ResourceLink is easy to Implement and support complex UK Payroll requirment with powerful Reporting capibilites including Outbound Integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResourceLink?

Some of the ares of imporment are -

- Improvise on support ticketing syetsm.

- Limited Customer support over Phone.

"great functionality but tricky and painful to use"

What do you like best about ResourceLink?

Large range of functionality. Zellis responded very well to the Covid pandemic and introduced a really useful solution for our payroll team to calculate furlough amounts. Seems to be a lot of emphasis on trying to make things more user friendly and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResourceLink?

Lots of issues around data. The navigation was not easy to use from an HR admin perspective. The reporting lines took ages to update. The reporting functionality was very specialist and could only really be used properly with Business Intelligence and SQL expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
