Zellis responded very well to the Covid pandemic and introduced a really useful solution for our payroll team to calculate furlough amounts. Seems to be a lot of emphasis on trying to make things more user friendly and easy to use. **What do you dislike about ResourceLink?** Lots of issues around data. The navigation was not easy to use from an HR admin perspective. The reporting lines took ages to update.
