**What do you like best about OneAdvanced HR?**

I appreciate HR for its easy-to-use online platform with simple tools that allow me to effectively monitor and track the progress of my staff. The ability to set SMART objectives and review progress every six months is a significant advantage. I enjoy the convenience of having emails forwarded to my Outlook inbox as reminders, which helps me stay on track with my management tasks. The simple visuals, status updates, and prompts make the interface user-friendly and engaging. Additionally, the initial setup of HR was very easy, which further enhances my overall experience and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced HR?**

I would like more AI integration and an app available in Android and iOS if this is not yet deployed. AI to suggest ways to manage staff and motivate by analyzing the responses.

**What problems is OneAdvanced HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HR to set SMART objectives and review staff performance every 6 months. It simplifies tracking progress, provides simple visuals and prompts, and integrates with Outlook for reminders, enhancing staff management and engagement.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced HR?**

I really like how intuitive and centralized everything is within Rippling’s HR module. Whether it’s checking my pay stubs, managing benefits, or requesting time off, the platform makes it easy to access everything in one place. The UI is clean and fast, and I especially appreciate how seamless onboarding. It saves a lot of back-and-forth with HR. Customer support is great, I asked for tax related query and they have replied within 1 day (almost within 2-3 hours) with details explanation and guideline.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced HR?**

While the platform is overall very efficient, the notification system could be more intelligent. For example, I continued to receive reminders about submitting my Proof of Investment (POI) even after I had already submitted it. This created unnecessary confusion and made me double-check whether something was actually missing. Smarter tracking of task completion would improve the experience.

It significantly reduces the back-and-forth with HR and makes everyday tasks more self-serve.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced HR?**

Testlify is an outstanding talent assessment platform that streamlines the hiring process with precision and ease. I’m particularly impressed by features such as technical screening with a wide range of candidate tests, seamless integrations with ATS solutions, a dashboard with analytical views for quick report downloads, and an AI-powered tool that assists with interviews and customizes interview questions.
It has significantly improved our hiring efficiency and reduced our time-to-hire—something that was always a challenge for us. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, and whenever we’ve needed quick customizations, the Testlify team has been more than willing to accommodate our needs.
A must-have tool for modern recruitment.

A little more training to help use the system with more ease would be a surplus

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced HR?**

Advanced HR easy to use, as we can access Advanced HR from Desktops, Laptops and Mobile phones as well. With the help of Advanced HR we can handle whole company payroll details which decreases the time efficiency. Advanced HR Provides Multiple portals of customisation to use Advanced HR for multiple teams like Admins, Managers, HR and Employees etc. 
It helps from scratch like from Applications to termination. We can use Advanced HR for company job posting, we can see the applied applicant, we can start the process of onboarding with the help of onboarding dashboard and can handle employees activities like absence or present and handle payroll of him. Advanced HR is also helpful for employees, they can view their records, setup deposit, open enrolment and print their W2 tax terms docs. Advanced HR is also providing huge benefits to admin teams as well they can review employees details enrolment details. Advanced HR is also very helful for managers as well as they can directly the review the whole team performance activity. Advanced HR help us in smart work and reduce time of ours. In my point of view Advanced HR should be use by every types of organisations.

As I am using Advanced HR from a long time, i didnt find anything what i can add in negative points. Advanced HR provide us huge benefits. If i compare Advanced HR with any other applications likr GreyThr, I recommend you all to use Advanced Hr instead of any other applications.

**What problems is OneAdvanced HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advanced HR save our time, as an employee we can check all employment details, our last deposit, enrolment status and we can download tax forms.
As an Manager, Advanced HR provide us to review the team performance activity and other details as well.
As an Admin, Advanced HR provide us to check the employee enrolment status, and all.
As an HR, Advanced Hr is very helpful to hire employees as we can post any job openings in our company review applied profiles and helpful in onboarding.
Advanced HR can handle all company payroll status, employee present and absence and many more

It's one stop solution for different function of the HR domain. It makes the role easy and automated, which saves time and reduces the human error. Also it provides various features for payroll, attendance, documents, etc. which makes it very easy to access the data at one place. It make the full lifecycle of the HR process easier.

Its a little expensive and sometime takes more time.

AdvanceHR is a platform where I can run my full lifecycle of employee at one place, it helps in the selection, documentation, onboarding and all other related aspects. This platform saves a lot of time and money as it ensure the complaince should be according to the law, it has a tool to check that and infform us if its incorrect and guide us through the right process.

HR is not organisation position it's attached with human H means human R mens Resource the HR person when hiring the person you should analyse the how much human having internal Resources to our Requirements and speak with very humanity it's not job HR making good Man to serving organisation goals.

Dislike that's not important for the HR position but my advice the HR person do not make the dislike suitation to Employees and firm but some bad suitation we have to hadnling dislike models outside person thinking very badly but truly we know the suitation so HR Never do the dislike behaviour if you do the dislike behaviour please given the valuable reasons.

Major HR person directly speak with company subordinate and collect the grivency the HR person technology will helping to the employee for example one employee need some financial problems company HR will help to move on Bank loans and help to apply the pension scheme fifteen years ago we don't have any advantage tools but now we have lost of advance technology we have so plsure to serving to the employee's.

For complete human resource management, this software greatly helps in managing employees with proper guidelines and rules. With the help of this platform, employees can be efficiently employed in the workplace through recruitment, management, and training.

After careful examination, we decided to engage them due to the high quality of their offerings, and every human resource management function they promised was perfectly performed. Regarding it, we have no issues.

Compared to other software of the same service, it provides very high service because every option for employee management exists in it. Employees can apply for required leave through a simple mobile application to the HR department, and daily attendance and overtime timing can be done very easily with it.

They help you till the last minute. They are not like any HR, they help and support the employee or job seeker to get the most benefits. They never left the employee or jobseekers in the lurch.

Nothing to dislike about this HR. They help employees and jobseeker , it is very hard to dislike their service. I guess overall, there is no nothing as such dislike for this HR

Employee problem, employees salary problem, they don't left you in lurch..they help employee and jobseekers until the last minute.  I guess there is any problem which they are not going to fix.

Complete Payroll offers an easy to use, Cost Effectuve. Advance HR is a Human resource management software that helps medium to large size business process related to Appraisal , compensation, skill and training.

Difficulty of Analysis. Loss of subjectivity and security is one of the biggest worries.
we can improve  organizational communication, Can use of data. We need to develop effective training program.

though it helps us in many ways, internet dependencies are a bit bummer, customization is also a bit lagging, cannot control all the information and interfaces, and price of the product is also a little bit on the higher side.

Cloud HR is a good service, entry to SaaS is cheap, low TCO, faster TTM, low Risk, more secure and free automatic upgrade, it's one of the good choices you would make

i would recommend cloud HR to all the people as it offers faster and better software that's easier for our business. As well as it is hosted on the server of a system provider so one can access it whenever he/she wants to.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced HR?**

What can be there to dislike as it is filling the communication gaps between management and employees. Moreover it has helped in reducing workload of HR by reducing the documentation/paperwork.

**What problems is OneAdvanced HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alot of issues has been resolved due to Cloud HR . Now i dont have to mail my management to apply mail. All i need to do is go to the HRMS portal and apply leave over there.
