What do you like best about Eploy?

The most helpful thing about Eploy is the response time. When the team get in touch there is never long to wait to get a positive, helpful response.I am quite new to Eploy and both the support desk and success managers have been incredibly helpful in answering my many questions.

What do you like best about Eploy?

The autonomy that can be afforded the in house teams that actually use Eploy day to day.

What do you like best about Eploy?

From the initial call, through setup, launch and into live use, the Eploy team have been wonderful.

The system is completely customisable to your needs - and our were unusual and vast. At every turn the team approached the project with a 'can do' attitude, working tirelessly to bring our vision to reality.

The implementation was thorough, with continued support through to launch and beyond. As we transitioned to a live system and continue to use Eploy, the Customer Success Team constantly go above and beyond the basic idea of Support.

In the first 100 days of use we have employed over 100 people end-to-end in a process which is automated, slick and easy to use.

As a daily user the features allow me to juggle tens of sources, manage thousands of applicants across multiple roles and 8 sites all on my own. Agency applicants, job boards, social media and search engines are all taken care of inside Eploy with each applicant perfectly placed into the correct application flow. Onboarding and integration to our existing systems extend usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

There is really and truly nothing to dislike.

The system can initially 'look complicated' but when setting it up you can make it as simple or as complex as you wish.

Other systems we looked at didn't even come close. With other systems 'Can we do this?' was often met with a 'No' or 'It's on the roadmap' - but with Eploy it was always 'Oh a challenge - great - let us get our heads together and we will come up with a solution' - and they did. Repeatedly. Not one thing had to be abandoned - and it was a two way street - they challenged our ways of working to help improve our process as we went.

Even the finished product is not set in stone. I have personally (and with the help of Success when needed) made multiple changes in the last 3 months to the systems and workflows to further tweak and enhance our process.

What do you like best about Eploy?

Having worked with the Eploy team across numerous Eploy instances for our RPO customers in the last 13+ years there are a number of best things about Eploy - the team, the ATS itself (which is powerful yet user-friendly), the implementation approach and their approach to system development. What do you like best about Eploy?

Since implementing Eploy in February 2024, our experience with the system has been nothing short of excellent. The platform is incredibly adaptable and user-friendly, making it a valuable asset to our recruitment process. The implementation phase was thorough and well-managed, with our Implementation Manager meticulously addressing all our specific requirements and ensuring they were seamlessly integrated into the system.

One of the standout features of Eploy is its flexibility. We have made numerous adjustments to the platform post-launch to further enhance our candidate experience, and the best part is that we could do it all ourselves. This level of autonomy is a significant advantage over other systems.

The support we have received from Eploy to date has been outstanding. Whether our queries were directed to our Account Manager or the support team, we consistently received prompt and effective solutions, often within just two days which has been crucial in maintaining our recruitment efficiency.

Eploy has become an integral part of our daily operations. Over the past 12 months, we have processed over 25,000 applications for more than 900 job openings, demonstrating the system's capability to handle high volumes of data efficiently and increasing our candidate satisfaction. One of the main challenges we've had is with the reporting dashboards. They’re powerful, but not very intuitive. It took a fair bit of trial and error—and support from the Eploy team—to get the reports we needed. Even now, we still find them confusing.I think more 1-2-1 sessions would be helpful. What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy is really intuitive and can easily be configured by ourselves. The team at Eploy are incredibly knowledgable, helpful and responsive. They were on hand all the way through the implementation process and the resources and weekly meetings were fantastic. Post implemetnation regular meetings with the Account Manager are great for catching up on upcoming changes and to talk through ways we can make improvements to our current system.
