Software is easy to learn and easy to navigate which is extremely important for both internal and external users of a system (especially onboarding new collgeaues)
Implementation and integration with our current payroll was painless and easy, and the team were a great help.
Customer service has been second to none - probably the best I have worked with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our business needs are met where possible and usually without the need to find hidden cost and charges.

There arent really any major downsides. There are a couple of minor improvements i would request (i.e. mass deletetion of drop down list info), but there is a robust ideas platform for the software, so they are always looking into ways to listen and meet customer needs.
