**What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

I like that with Cvent Attendee Hub, we can manage our onsite attendee experience more effectively by sending alerts and notifications to remind attendees about important times and changes. It allows attendees to keep their agendas handy and connect with fellow attendees. I appreciate that Cvent Attendee Hub eliminates the need for printed agendas since everyone has easy access to them. We can make agenda changes as needed, with attendees automatically updated. I like that we are able to customize the Attendee Hub to meet our brand customization requirements, allowing the app and website to align with the rest of our company's sites.

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

We would love for there to be more possible game actions within the game to allow more of a challenge. Currently there are just actions within the Attendee Hub and QR codes scavenger hunt. These current actions come down to just who can complete the challenges first and they are the winner, meaning everyone can end up with the same amount of points. It would be nice if there were some other types of challenges within the game so that there is more of a challenge to win.

**What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

I use Cvent Attendee Hub for most of our company's events, whether they're in person, virtual, trade shows, or ball scene events. It has a really robust feature set that includes in-depth reporting capabilities giving insights on ROI, and customizable registration forms which are very helpful. I find it works well for all sizes of events, from mid to large scale events and even our small events. It's a great one-stop shop that saves time, as I can manage any of my events there. Despite a bit higher cost, it's well worth it, and after a few years of using it, I've become really confident with the tool. Plus, if I ever have questions, I appreciate the reliable support available anytime I need it.

I found it to have a hard learning curve. I felt a little overwhelmed as a new user and it required training.

Cvent Attendee Hub strikes a strong balance between ease of use and robust engagement capabilities. The backend flexibility could be stronger. While the attendee experience is smooth, customization—especially around branding, layouts, and more advanced workflows—can feel somewhat limited. Setting up more complex or highly tailored events can also be time-consuming and may require support or workarounds, which can slow down execution.

For our team, the biggest advantages are operational efficiency and clearer insight. Attendee Hub is easy to setup and manage as a planner. We use it to integrate with SocialPoint for gamifying on-site experience as well as creating custom pages for attendees to use it as digital handbook to know everything they need to about the event, sell it sponsorship opportunity for our sponsors to promote their logos in it and send push notifications.

There should be more customizable options. For example, I should be able to design the size and shape of homepage cards.

I like that Cvent Attendee Hub is easy to integrate event information from Cvent Registration into the platform, which saves time and eliminates room for error since it's on the same platform. It's easy to use for attendees. The platform has lots of options, like sharing agendas, live polling, etc., and it's customizable per event, which fits many client needs. Using apps is preferred for sharing information, making it more eco-friendly compared to using paper.

High cost. Limited customization, decent learning curve at first, hard to initially start using but gets easier as used.

I like the simple design and ability to customize the look for each event with Cvent Attendee Hub. The simple layout is a plus, as it allows us to align the app with each of our events' unique branding colors, providing a tailored feel for each Summit. The initial setup was quite streamlined, even if sometimes it was difficult to determine which features are relevant for our events.

The ability to customize all text on the app would be helpful, specifically within the agenda and my schedule feature. Also, during the initial setup, it can be difficult to determine which features are relevant to use for our events.

Additionally, I would appreciate more flexibility in the appearance of the attendee hub, specifically to better match our branding. The limitation of being bound by templates and cards restricts our ability to include elements we deem important.

Cvent Attendee Hub is a comprehensive mobile destination for our event attendees - providing all conference materials and information at the tip of their fingers.

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

We still have attendees who have other phone types outside of Apple and Android which can cause confusion when they are trying to download the app, but I know there is an Attendee Hub website they can use as well.

**What problems is Cvent Attendee Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has created cost savings and efficiency for our organization as we no longer print paper materials in the app; instead we link to them for attendees to view and download. It's also helping to connect our attendees as they can easily locate the attendee list and network through the app.

CVENT enables you to engage attendees around the world in your live, in-person event for a hybrid experience. 

You can send live or pre-recorded video with video Conferencing to support your team sessions, virtual appointments, and virtual meetings rooms.

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

CVENT is very functional. The downside is that it does not integrate effectively with software outside of Cvent, and while it is aesthetically very customizable, it is difficult to customize the more functional elements to meet our needs.

Low Engagement: Attendees can feel disconnected, especially in virtual settings. The CVENT Hub boosts interaction through live chats, polling, Q&A, and group discussions.

It's an amazing even app with the practically every capability you may  wish for. From community engagement to exhibitor support and lead collection. Also, has the flexibility to turn off the features you may not want.

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

How long it takes to learn ALL of the capabilities. Sometimes it will update with no previous warning and throw our attendees and ourselves for a loop. Also, I miss the subsessions I had available in CrowdCompass.

Allowing out attendees to have all the information they need in one place.

I love that attendees can access their travel details easily and check schedule to make sure they don't miss anything. Also, I like that the main page is completely customizable, the attendees can chat freely and that it was easy to learn!

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

Sometimes I wish that the "more" page was showed differently. It is not 100% intuitive to have to go at the last tab to read everything.

**What problems is Cvent Attendee Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making it easier for attendees to contact the event planner. Before this app, we had to have a hospitality desk and someone available almost 12 hours a day to make sure that attendees had the support they needed. Now, they can reach out in the app directly. Such a time saver!

**What do you like best about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

I've used Cvent for a while, so I've seen the evolution of the mobile app and session selection. It is worlds better than it was even a few years ago. I love the flexibility when it comes to what people can see. For non-designers, it's a simple way to build a mobile app.

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

I think for designers, Attendee Hub and mobile app are limiting. I also would love to have more flexibility with how the sessions are presented (especially session groups) to make it easier for our registrants to see the group itself. And I would LOVE for a button that says "I'm done selecting my sessions." So that people aren't confused whether they've selected or not. Make it suuuuuper clear.

It solves for people being able to see the sessions that apply to them and makes it easier for us to get numbers for sessions. It also makes session selection easier, rather than registrants having to log back into their registration.

The attendee experience is smooth—from registration to live session streaming.

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

The backend interface isn’t the most intuitive—its very hard to understand and takes too much time to setup. Customization options for branding and layouts are very limited unless you’re working with Cvent support which isnt a very easy thing to do. Mobile experience could be better optimized.

i tried it for running 2 online events wasn't very happy with performance and thus switched to another software. Its just not worth the cost.

Seamless integration with event build and registration makes the app a true extension of the registration, without the additional steps required from external app solutions. Having it within one interface allows our security team to feel more confident in the storage and management of our attendee data without requiring multiple APIs or integrations that pose additional risk.

Building the app is not intuitive. There are too many options in different places, buried under drop-down lists or sub-menus, which makes it difficult to add content easily. I also dislike the scaling options/limitations for adding photos, logos, etc. It would be so much easier if Cvent automatically cropped an image in the same shape, e.g. not cutting off the top and bottom of a square logo and leaving white space on the sides.

The Attendee Hub is a go to space for sharing information with our attendees both pre & post event. Having a one stop platform to share an attendees agenda, have a list of sponsors and exhibitors, and to be able to share virtual content is extremely useful. On the day of an event, being able to confirgure and schedule notifications and reminders to all attendees also makes life a lot easier when you are busy doing other things. It is very easy to set up and we typically use it for all of our main flagship events

It can be a little clunky when it comes to the finer details of set up. For example, you have to know which sessions will be included and which will be optional etc. There also seems to be a small loophole when it comes to sharing virtual content to specific admission item holders.

I use Attendee Hub everyday, we have multiple clients we build meetings for, some are small easy one page/registration sites, while others are way more complex. No matter how large or small the event, attendee hub provides us the flexiability to build the site our clients are looking for. We can also easily integrate from Cvent to Concur, so our clients can take advantage of setting up Concur meetings to regulate their attendees flights, costs, forms of payment, etc. I also love that I can give my contacts reporting access so they can run their reports 24/7 as needed without having to wait for me to be available to do so.

i can't say there is anything that stands out that I don't like about attendee hub. There is a learning curve as with any software, but once you understand the program and know there is so much customer support to help you through the process, you will love it.

We are able to use attendee hub to relay meeting & event details to our client's attendees, so they understand what the event is about, where it is taking place, and when. We always use the hotel widget when attendees need to stay overnight, this makes rooming list reporting so easy. Finally, we, as the university representatives, can send weekend alerts and notifications.

I like that you can really customize the attendee hub with different colours, images, and icons. I really like the  gamification features as well, it helps  to engage the participant and encourages them to walk around and learn more  about whatever you choose to make the game about! It's also user friendly and easy to use!

The only thing I dislike about the attendee hub is that you can't preview without logging in, but the only way to log in is with your registration information. If you aren't an attendee, which you probably aren't if you're the one building the app/site, then you don't have that login information.

Cvent Attendee Hub was very easy to use both from my side in implementing it and from the attendee/user side. When planning my event Attendee Hub was the easiest and most convenient place to keep all the details about each speaker and exhibitor, as well as have the speakers and exhibitors provide information themselves. That feature alone saved me probably 30+ hours of getting people to respond to me and give me the info and then importing it myself. The customer support is also top notch. They were always quick to answer any questions and were with me every step of the journey from purchase to debrief of the event. We received tons of popsitive feedback about the app from our event attendees and our download rate of Attendee Hub compared to the app we used last year doubled. Attendee Hub is very easy to integrate into things you've already been doing for your event. Overall, it's intuitive, customizable, and did almost everything I needed and wanted it to do.

**What do you dislike about Cvent Attendee Hub?**

There aren't many things on the "con" side of the pro/con list for Cvent Attendee Hub. Some people's spam filters filtered the emails from Attendee Hub into their junk/spam folders, but I don't know that there's really anything to be done about that. I'd love for there to be a way to insert pictures into the body of the custom pages that you can create, but ultimately that's more of a preference and the feature still works for what it needs to be.

Cvent Attendee Hub solved my gneral problem of having a well-functioning event app that people would actually download and use. It also solved a lot of manual information uploading with the ability for speakers and exhibitors to upload their own information via their respective resource centers and by having sessions and attendees be able to be mass-uploaded via spreadsheet. That saved me countless hours. The engagtement features like the game center, polling, and Q&A really benefited our event and the experience.
