Sequel has been easy to implement into our company and user friendly enough to learn it without extensive training. However the best part is the customer service. They have been extremely helpful and quick to respond through the chat functionality. The integration with our wordpress website has alot been very easy to set up. The AI intelligence has been super helpful to create derivative content like blogs and short videos from our webinar recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had a few technical issues with the performance of the regsitration forms however as I mentioned, the sequel team was quick to jump in and help resolve this. Pricing wise, I dislike the fact that you need to pay additional to be able to create custom landing pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
