A small issue I found problematic with Bizzabo is the scheduling of email campaigns. The "Send Later" button can sound counterintuitive for those who want to schedule sending, as the term suggests that the action will be postponed, not preparing the campaign for immediate sending even when scheduled. In some events, new users did not understand that it was necessary to click "Send Later" after saving the campaign, thinking that the sending was already configured.
