What do you like best about Accelevents?

Accelevents genuinely listens to its customers. We’ve suggested a number of changes to the platform, and they’ve consistently been willing to try to accommodate our requests. Many of those changes were implemented, and some are now available to all of their clients.

The staff are fantastic—courteous, responsive, and easy to work with. No matter who we engage with, making sure our needs are met and that we’re satisfied always seems to be their priority.

The system itself is intuitive and user-friendly. Even though we only recently deployed it, both our staff and our members are already seeing the benefits of moving to a dedicated, modern event platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

We are new to the system and, overall, have been satisfied with the product. When we have hit a roadblock with a specific action, the staff have gone out of their way to address it, make it happen, or suggest a new way to move forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accelevents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our association recently selected a new AMS while also implementing a new event management system. From the beginning, our goal was to seamlessly connect the two platforms to enhance the attendee experience and streamline workflows for our staff.

Over the past several months, we have worked closely with Accelevents, particularly Vince, VP of Solutions, to make that vision a reality. Vince and his team were responsive, innovative, and solution-oriented throughout the process. They developed customized codes and worked directly with our AMS company to ensure the two platforms were integrated successfully and were ready for production. Now, two months into live event registration, our members are experiencing the seamless transition we had hoped to achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
