"Efficient Event Management with Reliable Performance"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoom Events and Webinars?

What I like most about Zoom Events and Webinars is how easy they make it to manage large virtual events while still creating a professional experience for attendees. Registration, reminders, live engagement tools like Q&A and chat, and post-event follow-up are all built into one platform, which saves a significant amount of time. The reliability is also a major advantage. Presentations run smoothly, attendee management is simple, and the platform helps us confidently host training sessions, continuing education programs, and large member events without needing multiple systems to support the process. What do you dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars?

Back end navigation and setup process for larger events could be improved. While the platform is powerful, some of the event creation steps, registration, settings, and customization options can feel a bit layered and take extra time to configure, especially for more complex events. It would also be helpful to have more flexibility with branding, attendee reporting, and post event analytics, and a simpler format. Functionality is strong, but making those areas more intuitive and streamlined in an all-in-one report would make the overall experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
