The platform allows us to manage content delivery in a controlled manner to track completion by external personnel. Specifically, we host safety orientations for visitors or contractors who are coming to our facilities throughout North America, giving them flexibility to complete the orientation prior to arrival, saving our onsite personnel and the visitors' time. We can deliver the invitations/links through several channels, and have integrated the link into our visitor management system for our HQ. The audience user interface is simple and easy to navigate on different platforms. The administrative UI was intimidating when first introduced, but the support provided by On24 made the learning curve short. The system allows for easy cloning of material so we can track completion for each calendar year, and our site administrators are able to quickly confirm visitors and contractors have completed this requirement before they're allowed on site. Accessing the data on attendees should be easier to accomplish - a single-click button would be a time saver. This might be something the integrated AI can accomplish, but I haven't investigated yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
