# How can we improve the accuracy of RingCentral AI meeting summaries?

I've been using RingCentral AI for meeting summaries, and while it's definitely a helpful tool, I believe there's still room for improvement in its accuracy. I've noticed that some crucial discussion points and action items tend to get overlooked, particularly when multiple participants are speaking at once. It would be fantastic if the AI could more consistently capture deadlines and key decisions, which would save teams from having to revisit entire recordings. Overall, I find it to be a useful feature, but I still prefer manually reviewing important summaries to ensure nothing is missed.
