I really like Bizzabo's flexible registration website builder with its drag-and-drop editor, allowing us to quickly create custom event landing pages without IT expertise. The real-time registration analytics on the main dashboard impress me by clearly displaying ticket sales velocity, revenue metrics, and registration conversion rates in real time, which helps us make immediate decisions. I also find that Bizzabo simplifies our workflow by combining several necessary tools into one central place, making data management much easier and reducing manual effort. The setup was simple with the cloud platform, and building our first event page took only a few days, supported by very helpful onboarding calls from their support team. We have an issue with the restricted custom email formatting because the built-in email templates builder has rigid formatting options. Making complex layout changes or adding custom HTML buttons requires extra effort. It would really be helpful if they could make it easier for us. I also think they should provide more than one resource for email formatting, so we can easily integrate it, like with Gmail.
