Clari makes it easy to review the forecast but also to inspect deals and their progression. The dashboards make it simple to get a quick but detailed summary of the business.

I would like the ability to further customize the columns.

Clari helps keep track of my daily sales operations. I use it to get an overview of my opportunities and follow trends. Good AI tool as well, that keeps track of probabilities, activities and slips.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

It is difficult to create new custom dashboards.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari helps me in my day to day sales operations by creating an overview and allowing me direct access to SalesForce, if I need to drill down. Also dashboards are usefull for forecasting and trend following.

Using Groove has helped me be more streamlined in the sales process in regards to prospecting and seeing all correspondance with clients in one place. I also really like that it logs any activity into Salesforce for me

There are times when I am not sure if the email has been sent. There are also times when there is a delay in sending the emails and it can be sent more than one time

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Good UI and easy to navigate,however, many other tools out there with similar set up.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Support is extremely poor. Takes 3 to 4 days to respond to urgent issues (this is after following up). They can't resolve simple issues and don't know how to troubleshoot. We are not entirely sure their emails are actually being delivered. It was a really good tool before Clari acquired it, post acquisition, it has been really bad. Can't wait for our contract to end and move to a new tool.

It does the basics of what an outreach tool should do.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Groove is just a basic interface that connects to salesforce and a dialer, Aircall. The workflow is clunky and confusing. The platform is missing a ton of features and functionality that I've had with other tools like Outreach.io, Salesloft, Hubspot, etc.

Groove is solving the problem of outreaching to customers via calls and emails.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari has provided an intuitive and user friendly interface to quickly understand the health of our team's funnel. The easy ability to filter, create views and ultimately connect with SFDC as the front end has allowed my team to seamlessly integrate it into its daily work. Its the user friendly interface that has made adoption by my team a success, and it would be difficult to imagine going to back to the old days of Opp Views in SFDC.

Sometimes the layout of the analytics views are too busy, leading to confusion on how to interpret the data being presented.

While Clari customer support is generally pretty good the system isn't as fleixble or customizable from an admin standpoint.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Consolidates our sales pipeline into easy to track insights across teams. The main view has increased my reporting speed and the analysis tools allow us to present quick snapshots to executives of changes in funnel movement. Once we got the integration set up, it made updating deals easier for the sales team and many prefer it to working in Salesforce directly.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

There are some limitations on the integration with gated fields that limits the ability to only use clari as a rep. It also requires professional serices work with their team to set up - which was a lovely experience but it would be great to be more out of the box.

-Quick insights into pipeline movement at the opportunity and aggregate level
-Clean interface to track and update a portfolio of deals
-Quick insights (close date change, sum of pipeline in X category, etc)

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari is integared with your SFDC, and provides a perfect sales forecast view with useful features. One of the best thing is that revenue operations don't need to use an excel spreadsheet any longer. Any one can understand the tool easily and no installation is required.  It is effective to add new functions and any company can implement it without too much effort. The Clari cusotmer support team is also very responsive. To be honest, I start my day with Clari.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I don't see much value on the current traffice light indication next to the opportunity name. I wonder if other users think about it.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clair effectively provides the week to week  or month to month change in terms of sales pipeline generation and progression which is very benefitional.

I love Copilot summaries and forecast capabilities with the Quick Submit feature. Groove is also easy to use with templates and Salesforce integration.

Ease of use, ability to customize dashboard so its easy to update information.  I can also do from my phone if I wanted.  I just use the computer as its easiest for me.

Nothing at the moment is a draw back.  I think some might just not put the time and effort into learning all the capabilities.

Cuts down on the amount of time to put in comments and make changes that would normally be done in SF.   The product was easy to implement correctly and has several features that are slowly being rolled out in our organization.  I have found that Clari makes it easy enough that I am using it daily to provide updates.  It is easily integrated with our SF version.  It is a very solid tool.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I have no reason not to provide the updates and keep deals clean and on target.

Clari is helping to keep deals on track and moving forward.  Also keeps executives informed and knowledgeable about deals.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

The convenience of it is the best part, being able to send thousands of emails with one button has been game changing. Although there were some kinks in the begining, the support team has been great and has always left a great impression.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Although the dialer is great, there are still a few kinks that need to be worked out. The note taking part on my end seems to not be working. I use to be able to add notes during a call and it get logged into salesforce with call log, but now it seems like it has been diabled. Another thing is that when pull a contact list and mass add everyone to a flow, it also adds the contracts that are marked "do not email". If the dev team was to figure out how to prevent this, I think it would be a good quality of life change.

For me, it is making my day to day tasks for efficient.

There are a lot of different views, features and functionalities which are sometimes not relevant for the actual role and users and which makes it hard for onboarding and easy to understand the tool and processes

Clari is our main forecasting tool and provides in-depth numbers on how the business is forecasting its revenue and pipeline; helps to understand how the team is tracking and performing across a specific quarter and how these numbers are tied with the overall performance of the business

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I'm a big fan of Clari and their advanced analytics for sales forecasting is like nothing I've seen before. The user experience is easy as I can navigate through different modules with a click of a button while the integration with existing tools is almost seamless hence the maintenance is unnoticeable. The fact that I have a direct relationship with sales and product teams is really a plus because when there is a sales change or the introduction of a new product everything goes just smooth for our sales and CSM team.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Nevertheless, I come across the filters to be restrictive, especially when it is crucial to view the starred deal total value and the total contract value simultaneously; I believe that these two should be more customizable. The manual relay required to change field parameters, as well, can lead to slowing down the evaluation process and can also affect management visibility.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari not only helped us, but also with keeping track of the fast shifting of sales forecasts and customer engagement.

Layout of the upsell and renewal opportunities my team has set up for CSMs. Its easy to have those two separate but in the same view so you can keep track of your quarterly goals.

I also like how I have access to my progress towards my $ goal.

Also love the dashboards you can build with your accounts, I can filter by close won/lost, open, etc.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

When I go to inspect and see my open opportunities, if I click back,it asks me if I'm sure I'm leaving. and If I do leave the dashboard doesn't save.

The integration with Salesforce is excellent, and makes updating, reporting and forecasting easy.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Its a shame Saleforce doesnt do this out of the box. You have to ensure all contacts are well documented otherwise it doesnt pull through the stats on engagement and the CRM score can be lower than reality.

It makes visualising the pipeline, the close dates, and making updates much cleaner than Salesforce. It also helps with forecasting best case and most likely.

I like how Clari summerizes the meeting and lists out action items for all the individuals on the call. I also like that I only see the meeting I am involved on my home screen.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The screen recording is a little pixelated and this is a blocker sometime when I go back to look at any screen share information on the recording.

Having a place to refer back to when I miss taking notes.

The support team is quick to reply via email, and the company has good communication about updates to the product and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

As an original Groove user prior to the Clari acquisition, I have sometimes been frustrated by the changes to the Groove platform as they have integrated it into the larger Clari system of products. Keeping up with some of the changes has been tricky, but the support team has been quick to help out with any issues or questions.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari/Groove allows us to easily plan, execute and track all outbound communications to our prospects and customers. Having the integration with SFDC and G-suite sync makes it incredibly easy to log all email activity into our CRM.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Broad feature set that allow me to understand what's happening across the teams and easily manipulate the view to quickly identify areas of opportunity. The different portals are helpful across forecasting, understanding pipeline activity, pipe movement, how a quarter is playing out, bottoms up and top down.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

It took some time to really understand what I was looking with some of the reporting and how to use that to drive the business. Some of the views in forecasting aren't ideal.

It's many capabilities in transcripting calls and the ability to refer back to speciifc conversation peices. Easy to use and understand from a beginning user standpoint.

Nothing comes to mind. I really have no complaints with the platform.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

It has helped me stay organized with my accounts and out reach. Not only can I group my accounts into a specific category, but I can also share that "space" with my team, write notes and know when was the last time I reached out to my accounts. This all helps me stay on top of my accounts with outreaches. It has helped me stay in contact with my prospects and know when is the next outreach. It has so many features!

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I dislike that I haven't used it earlier in my sales career! I can't really say anything I don't like, it intergrates with Salesforce perfectly. One thing I would like is if we can make a call directly from Groove, but that's on our companzy's part, out of our control. Company policies prevents that, not Groove's fault, because they do have that option.

Helping me stay on top of my accounts and organized. When you have a big territory it's easy to stay disorganized and feel all over the place, not with groove!

Very small thing - I wish it were easier to filter opportunities, but the workaround are simple.

Groove makes my sales campaigns so easy and effective, with an easy to follow step by step process. The program implements seamlessly into our system and with our CRM so that my clients are always accessible to events or general notifications, that would usually take a fair few hours of my time. I use Groove weekly to ensure I am always on top of my sales puipeline.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Getting the list of clients to send campaigns to can sometimes be tricky with the need for a certain file type and format.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me hours by helping me contact a wide range of my lareg client list, as well as scheduling follow ups for me whcih would sometimes go amiss with a busy schedule.

Not easy to configure. As admins we mostly need to contact support.

More straight forward then Salesforce, easy to manage pipeline and forecast.
And call intelligence- get the deals tracked, analized and closed faster.

It is purely a sequencing tool - so while you can create templates and save them outside of a flow, you cannot add a number of people to a list and then send them a once-off template, it alwas has to be a flow, which for some follow up situations for instance is not the most efficient

The simple look makes it easy to review opportunities that are in your pipeline. Even though the look is simple there is plenty of information that gives you great insight to what your month, qtr, etc looks like.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Personally, I have a lot of tools that I use that can do the same thing, so it becomes a repeative process. Its not much of a Clari dislike but it would be nice if it cool replace the other tools use like Salesforce and 'similar solutions.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of current opportunities in my sales pipeline and which ones might need more attention. IT allows me to look at forecasting and provides info on what my prior months look like.

I haven't found anything worth liking in Groove.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Lacks basic features around schedule buffers between meetings and scheduling.  The Omnibar is very click intensive to accomplish basic tasks compared to its competitors.  The Omnibar is very slow and lags quite often.  Being able to view emails being tracked is lacking.  I could not recommend this product to any sales rep in any industry.  Groove is not easy to use and the design of the app is questionable.

Currently the app is creating more problems than it is solving.

Easy to put in numbers, but the ability to insert notes is key weekly.

When on the web application sometimes minimizing the window or expanding the window, part of the application disappears.

The mobile application is not helpful and a bit hard to use. I do quite a bit of traveling, so being able to pivot in the mobile app would be nice to have.

While using Groove, I have noticed that completing day to day tasks has become so much easier. From staying consistent with calls and e-mails to creating "spaces" and taking virtual notes with my partners. I will continue to use Groove in my daily routine!

The least helpful thing in my opinion about Groove is that you cannot edit one email in a flow and it stay edited throughout the entire flow.

Groove solves my problem of losing track of who I have called and emailed and when. Groove solves this problem by keeping me consistent with flows.

It's not thought for salespeople but for marketeres. Campaings are very innefficient, the website it's EXTREMELY slow and to send schedule different campaings requires a huge effort. I use it daily and every time I suffer to use it.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari visualizes opportunities and activities in a clean and concise interface that is easy to navigate.  I like how it is bi-directional with Salesforce and can integrate with the Google workspace rather effortlessly to track activities across the sales team.  The account team and customer support teams are great to work with and make an effort to ensure any of our concerns or issues are troubleshooted in a timely manner.  Great self service support options as well.  Rev ops and sales reps use Clari almost daily to update their opportunities, and we use this weekly on the management forecast calls.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I think the platform would be much more powerful if actionable takeaways were suggested or highlighted for managers, especially those who are using Clari for the first time.  The different modules (Waterfall, Flow, etc.) and the data provided is highly valuable, but line-item data cannot be extracted from those views making it difficult to use for adhoc reporting.  It is easy to add users, fields and other updates to the view through self service, however takes a bit long to update in the view itself.

Clari helps reps with their opportunity management and providing their managers insight into their daily activities to lessen the time needed for calls.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

For the most part, Clari is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It's set up neatly into different modules with brief descriptions to help guide you to where you need to go. There are many different ways to view the same data for your org which provides flexibility and options for analysis. I have also had a really good experience working with their customer support portal. I always receive a timely response (usually within 12 hours) and have been able to jump on Zooms with support members to walk through things live if needed.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I have encountered a handful of "limitations" with the products over my years of working with Clari. Certain things are not customizable or flexible. For example, I think their Dashboard feature could use some improvement. The visualizations that you can add to a dashboard are very barebones, and it's not easy to update and save a graph directly in the dashboard itself. I would also love to add customized columns to the opportunity grid. There are simple calculated columns that if given the ability to add, would add a lot of value.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari's biggest benefit is it's ease of forecasting. Our organization utilizes Clari as our main sales forecasting tools, and we run our Sales Forecast meetings out of the tool itself. Many years ago, forecasting was a manual process that required a lot of leg work in supplemental google sheets. Having everything in one place is efficient and clean. We also leverage Clari's analytics modules for various analyses. Clari has a helpful 'snapshot' function working on the backend so that we can compare our current data to the same time in past periods.
