**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Our sellers love the digital sales rooms as well as using LiveDocs to build proposals much more quickly than our past word document templates. 

As an admin, I like that over time I hear more and more "I searched Seismic and found..." It has reduced the burden on our team to locate and point to items for sellers. I also like that we can build playbooks and toolkits (pages) for our products and projects where it's all in a one-stop-shop.

I also leverage the in-app chat with a live person very often when I have challenges or quick questions I don't have time to search throough product documentation or Community for. They're always so helpful and quick to solve or open tickets for me if needed! One of the best recent features.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

I look forward to hopefully seeing the digital sales rooms being able to be shared across sellers so they can duplicate each others' rooms or we can provide templates form Marketing/admins to the sellers to save them time and also better manage our brand.

As a smaller organization, we do not have associates dedicated to solely administering Seismic, so we find it difficult to keep up with all the changes, enhancements in order to train the sellers/users. Perhaps if our CSMs provided us a monthly release slide that summarizes the changes and links to videos or how-to guides that we can share with our sellers in monthly update meetings would be helpful.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic has solved our problem of having marketing materials in one place, sales tools in another place, legal documents in another place, etc. Now we are seeing a cultural shift where all Sales and Marketing associates know that Seismic is their source for everything they need to market or sell.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

The Seismic sales enablement platform has completely transformed how our sales team works with customers. Our team is able to find content easily, personalize and send information to their customers flawlessly. Since launching over two years ago, we've had zero negative feedback--which in this tech-savy world is nearly impossible. Our CSMs and Account Managers have also been so wonderful to work with on a regular basis. They're constantly providing us feedback to help improve the effectiveness of our environment.

I honestly have no negative feedback. The software speaks for itself!

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic makes finding all of our marketing and campaign materials easy to find for our sales team. They're able to send personalized email blasts, created by Marketing, to their customers in a matter of seconds. Our sales team has begun creating Digital Sales Rooms to create hubs of product information for their customers, which has reduced the amount of time they and customer service needs to spend with them. Sales is also able to understand which marketing materials are being utilized by their customers, which provides more information on when and how to engage.

Used to like the search options, but now so many of the folders are showing empty and documents not available.  However, I understand the Seismic is under construction.

Search seems like it is now too specific....will input different key words to search and will have little or no documents produced.  When I start going through the site, occasionally will find a document that I hoped would pop up in the search, and should have based on the words used.

What I like most about seismic is that the information is distributed in a logical, simple way and with a very user-friendly interface. Being able to create subfolders and save my favorite documents as well as the smart sales rooms make it a very useful tool.

Perhaps one of the things that I like least about seismic is the search engine, sometimes it can be quite redundant and you have to take an extra detour to be able to locate the information you are looking for, but once there you just have to bookmark it or save it and everything ready for the next time.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic allows me to have access to relevant information about our products, brochures, price lists, campaigns, sales presentations, etc. It is particularly useful to me when I want to share information directly with our current or potential customers. It standardizes the information that is sent from the company and thus avoids any type of misunderstanding by giving a clear and unified message.

I like Seismic for all of the templates and the information you can find on all of the products.  Additionally, once you find what you are looking for you can create work spaces for future references.

The complexity of of finding the exact information you are looking for.  Sometimes it can feel like a teaspoon trying to spoon out the ocean.

The Search function is the best tool on there. Being able to send information directly to clients and then see how they reference it is also a good tool.

Sometimes it is more difficult to find information that I know is out there, sometimes the tilte has to be just right and I do not always know it. I really do not do my own drill down thru the different areas often as it takes to long. Co-Pilot was clearer in how all of the data was orgainzed, in my opinion.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Access everything in one spot - one source of truth! Seismic solved our content and learning discovery challenge. Before Seismic, it was the wild west since sellers used some out-of-date decks that were not brand-compliant.

Seismic pays attention to consumer feedback and adjusts accordingly. I have found our support team to be incredibly responsive and helpful. Seismic is your answer if you're looking for a real partner. As part of their customer advocacy program, it's apparent to me that they really listen and implement our feedback.

The ability to track the usage of content and learning is great. Our teams can finally measure the impact of their content contributions.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

During rollout, I would have loved to have heard how other customers in our industry were configured and get recommendations for tagging and architecture. I was brought in as a “hired gun” from another Fortune 50 company where I had launched the platform back in March of 2018. Without that experience, and my detailed processes, I know our rollout would have taken longer and we would have had more missteps. 

I believe there is still room for improvement in search functionality. Loading speeds have always been a sticking point and could be improved. I am still disappointed with the limited text formatting options, such as colors and subscripts. Regarding reporting, it should be easier to tag and find the subject matter experts associated with each resource.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Enablement Cloud:**

I wholeheartedly recommend Seismic due to its exceptional software and customer support. I appreciate the ease of use and scalability. The ability to dive in and take a close look at user engagement and resource usage has been invaluable.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, we had real issues with staff sending older resources saved to their computers. Now they are utilizing LiveSend to share links with external contacts, ensuring that they see the latest and greatest. Until recently, it was challenging to house all the current decks in one central location and ensure they were used consistently. With the FreeStyle module, the time to craft a winning PowerPoint deck is vastly reduced and our staff is confident that contacts will receive current information with the correct brand voice.

Partnering and guiding from implementation to continually growing with your company. The platform itself, easily integrates with the every day end-user, simplifying daily content management projects, organization, communication, and overall team accountability.

Over the last 6 years of our partnership with Seismic, there have been a number of updates/shift in operational process. It wasn't as easy to navigate, as it is today. However, with that said, Seismic has made major improvements in their tools and resources to manage the changes.

Digital presence, both internally and with our customers. Seismic allows us to communicate effeciently and holds us accountable with our content.

What I like best about Seismic is the analytics.    I love that I send something to a customer and know if and what they have read from the email. It makes planning my sales call visits much more productive.

That it leaves no bread crumbs for others to see what has been sent. Meaning if I am working with another sales rep to close the deal they have no way of knowing what I have sent.

The most helpful thing about Seismic is simply having the client facing information at your fingertips and giving them an easy way to obtain the information directly in email.

When I have a document or resource that I found in Seismic and rely on that, sometimes they change frequently and find it hard to locate the same information that I find useful

Providing client with easy, accessible information. It is extremely helpful to just include a service link to all the information I wish to provide rather than providing multiple attachments to achieve one simple objective: information sharing.

It's a little confusing when their are links to outside platforms (Seismic L&D page push to external LMS page).

Purposes drop down above only allows to select Sales Enablement.
I access Seismic several times a day for hardware/software instruction, internal market focus and branded items (logos, virtual backgrounds, PPT templates, etc.).

Being able to send out emails to a number of people and have each one personalized with a first name is great. I also like being able to quickly locate marketing materials and being able to send them just as quickly. I also like the feature of seeing who has read my emails and how long they spent reading them - makes follow up easy.

I wish that process and procedure forms were also in Seismic, to limit the number of databases we use on a daily basis.

It solves the problem of how to send out one thing to many different people all at once and to know if they have actually taken the time to read it. This helps me when identifying areas to follow up on and where to put more of my focus.

Downloading materials from outside Seismic to use in Engagements is not very user friendly and their is an expiration date on Engagements. I would love a library of landing pages for evergreen marketing to use over and over.

Seismic offers our organization a single source of truth for assets, where we can assert governance and offer sellers confidence that they can find what they need in the latest and greatest version. The robust analytics for both client views and business user engagement help us direct our attention to developing needs and tell the story of how our sellers and clients benefit from our implementation of this tool.  The sales, customer success and management team is fantastic and aligned to our success as well as pushing continuous innovation in the enablement industry.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Some critical components slipped by during the discovery phase in implementation and made for some hectic action planning and reworking needs. Additional members of the Seismic team came to the rescue to review options, share considerations, and provide actionable guidance to help our team move forward. The small hiccups of day-to-day use tend to be known items that are on their roadmap for future development or are otherwise easy to address with our CSM.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic has given our organization an answer to our intranet wiki woes, and the alternative access and organization gets better every day. Our sales and Customer Sucess teams have been asking for something like this for years and have been excited to bring it into their workflows, especially using the Outlook add-in. Between the reliable search functionality and the accessibility of content within other critical business tools, Seismic is equipping our teams with the best content they can get to connect with clients faster and close more deals.

As an admin user, the insights and reporting are probably what I like best about Seismic. Newscenter is also wonderful for posting announcements and newsletters. I also love running training events through Lessonly and capturing attendance. Knowing that unification of both apps is coming soon makes it even better!

I always want more ways to view in each screen, more ways to manipulate or filter a report. For end users, it can be confusing to differentiate between Seismic for content vs. Lessonly for training.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a one-stop-shop for our sellers to complete training/certifications, find content and use it with customers to close deals plus view announcements about upcoming events really eliminate confusion for sellers having to go through multiple apps or platforms to follow along.

Seismic keeps everything organized and allows for quick access to key documents. I also like how the creator, the date, and other key information is displayed when I open and review any document, video file, webinar, guide, graphic, or interactive content. Additionally, users can rate the content which is helpful to creators.

The pop up to log into the system once more to reach content on seismic can be a little frustrating. I would like a single sign on feature or a biometric scan so I don't have to enter a very long password for the third time.

Sales and marketing materials are created, organized, and stored for reference and use in working with external clients. How to guides are also there with embedded links and videos, which is quite handy.

It is difficult to search for scientific research to create a link. Displayed is a few letters of text. All PDF start with "aerogen" so the scientific title is not to be seen. You need to open a second screen to first search easily for the research and then add that title in the search bar so you can add it.

In a fast, timely manner I am able to find answers to my questions by looking up datasheets or be able to provide to customers more detailed information on cornerstone products with the information found in Seismic.

It is more so that there isn't all Cornerstone Products found in Seismic. It would be great if more TalentSpace resources could be found there. Additionally, having marketing resources, and recaps be in there as well would be helpful to elminate the need of searching in my inbox.

Seismic is solving the problem of trying to determine where to find datasheets or mini demos. Before I would have to hunt down this information from other sales folks. Now I can just go into Seismic.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Our sellers love that Seismic lets them access everything in one spot. They no longer have to search multiple places to find essential things, including external-facing marketing materials to share with customers and internal resources that help them do their jobs. They can easily access Seismic from their laptops or their mobile device, even when they don't have WiFi. And when they share marketing materials with customers through Seismic, they get insights into what customers are interested in. The Seismic Gmail extension is a bonus since many sellers like sending emails through that platform.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

It's relatively easy to set up, but if you want sellers to be able to maximize its value, you have to have admins who take ownership and are dedicated to Seismic regularly. There are always new features (which is great!), but you need someone to keep up with those new features and continually train sellers on what's new.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing sellers to gather insights from customers post-meeting so they can understand what customers are most interested in and follow up in a meaningful way. Efficiency in having all materials and resources organized and centralized in one spot for sellers.

Very easy to create, upload data (PDF's/Excel docs) and edit presentations. Love the ability to present in an interactive mode via laptop or iPad (the app includes same functionality). Also love ability to send emails directly out of Seismic and track views (including time spent on each slide)

Seems to be more linear vs the Pitcher presentation app. Would love the ability to combine the plan review and presentation modules. Would also be nice to be able to view uploaded documents during live presentation vs jumping in and out
