What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Revenue Grid has consistently provided exceptional support. Whenever we submit a support ticket, the team responds quickly and takes immediate action. As a large company, we often submit multiple tickets, sometimes several in a single day. Despite this high volume and the added complexity of working across different time zones, the support team always replies promptly and efficiently.

The product itself is also excellent. It has significantly increased our employees' productivity and automated tasks like sending follow-up messages through Sequences and scheduling meetings with Book Me and Time Slots. This automation enables our team to focus more on revenue-generating activities.

While Sequences and Book Me/Time Slots are user-friendly, they do require some training for our users.

Implementation was very smooth, especially during our system migration. The team, and Kirill in particular, supported us throughout the process, guiding me step by step as we integrated Revenue Grid products into our new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

There is honestly nothing I dislike about Revenue Grid. Since I also work in a technical field, I can appreciate the challenges and limitations they face in enhancing their product, and I understand that not every feature can be implemented right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Outlook & Salesforce Integration—A Must-Have for Email Management"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

The best thing about revenue grid is how easily it integrates with Outlook and Salesforce. Honestly, we looked at a few similar third party tools and RG took the cake! It makes it so much easier to save emails to Salesforce and creating new records from people who email you is a sinch. I would definitely recommend this product for any company looking to do similar. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

Something I wish revenue grid could do that I would love an upgrade for is for situations where you delete an email that you previously saved, I wish the Salesforce tag in Outlook would be removed, like I wish it was intuitive in that way that the system could tell that you deleted the email, so it wouldn't look like you still saved that email, when seeing the email in Outlook. What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Mass emailing without the feel of automation.

The AI chat!!!!! It pulled every bit of information I was looking for regarding a single account around growth and interractions. It then went on to build the tables for me show I can represent the data in a chart! It also builds my recipient lists for me for my sequences based on my requests.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Extremely easy to use UI. If you are missing any information or formats to start any sequence then you are prompted. The templates and previewing elements to the tool are really useful as you can see exactly.

If ever i had any questions around sequences or mailers being sent, and i had to raise a case with support, they were very quick to engage and reply and provide comprehensive support, rather than being just pushed to the Q&A area which other companies do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

I appreciate that it streamlines the process of adding contacts into Salesforce. I have a number of meetings and use it often to add contacts in. It's also easy to use and implement/integrate with my inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main drawback for me was that I couldn't use it with Spark, the mail app I previously relied on. However, my organization has now switched to Superhuman, which does integrate with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to use and administer. Game changer for automatic recording of everything outlook to Salesforce. Love the calendar invite functionality as well. Updates tend to change settings which can lead to disruption. Not knowing what my original background settings are doesn't allow me to make corrections on my own.
