
Revenue Grid has consistently provided exceptional support. Whenever we submit a support ticket, the team responds quickly and takes immediate action. As a large company, we often submit multiple tickets, sometimes several in a single day. Despite this high volume and the added complexity of working across different time zones, the support team always replies promptly and efficiently.
The product itself is also excellent. It has significantly increased our employees' productivity and automated tasks like sending follow-up messages through Sequences and scheduling meetings with Book Me and Time Slots. This automation enables our team to focus more on revenue-generating activities.
While Sequences and Book Me/Time Slots are user-friendly, they do require some training for our users.
