**What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

I really appreciate how MaxIQ makes everything happen under one roof, which simplifies my workflow. They consistently release new features, which keeps things fresh and exciting. The AI meeting feature is fantastic; the bot joins sales calls, summarizes everything, and provides excellent insights. I love how it generates action items and notes, which really helps with next steps. The additional features like the playbook, where I can list down questions beforehand, make my calls more efficient and productive. Their internal team made the initial setup smooth with one-on-one experiences and tutorials, which was helpful.

**What do you dislike about MaxIQ?**

I'm not sure what could be improved, but I guess the overall setting and administrator configurable flows are kind of tricky to understand, especially for non-salespeople. Maybe if they can improve in that direction where admin config settings are easy to understand and manage the overall workspace.

I use MaxIQ to consolidate my fragmented workflow into a single platform, reducing manual efforts and bringing tracking, forecasting, and sales call management together.

**What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

MaxIQ is hands-down the best platform I’ve used in my sales career. It actually makes my job easier instead of adding more work. I can update my pipeline, forecast, and MEDDPICC details in one place without bouncing between tools or decks. Everything is in context, and it’s super intuitive.

MaxIQ gives me time back in my day and helps me focus on what matters: closing deals and growing accounts. If you’re a rep tired of clunky systems and disconnected tools, this is the platform you’ve been waiting for.

There is nothing that I can align to this question.

Limited self-service custom reporting and dashboarding capabilities currently, but we are excited for what is to come here!

MaxIQ provides a single source of truth across our entire pipeline. Frontline reps, managers, and leadership now have one shared view of opportunity health, progress, and risk factors, which has made pipeline reviews more effective and transparent.  Further, with MaxIQ, we can quickly identify stalled deals and prioritize the right next steps. The platform gives our teams actionable signals to advance opportunities faster, helping us close deals with more confidence and speed.

**What problems is MaxIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to MaxIQ, forecasting would take significantly longer to get less meaningful coaching from the leadership team. By implementing MaxIQ, my leadership team is able to see gaps in our sales process, stalled opportunities, gain insight all prior to the forecast call. With MaxIQ, it allows to spend our forecast calls coaching and talking through strategies to unlock next steps.

MaxIQ doesn’t just stop at the closed-won stage—it gives full visibility across the entire customer lifecycle. From pipeline to post-sale, I can see how deals are progressing, where they might stall, and what’s needed to keep momentum. **What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

MaxIQ dramatically simplified our sales and customer success workflows. The onboarding experience was quick, and the platform’s navigation is intuitive. I especially appreciated the unified dashboard, which gave our teams a real-time, 360° view of every customer account. The AI-powered forecasting has resulted in more accurate pipeline and revenue predictions, and the collaborative workspace tools let us align effortlessly across sales and customer success.

Some customization options required a bit of configuration and we would love to see even more third-party integrations in the future. It took our team a few weeks to fully realize the depth of insights that MaxIQ provides because the reporting features are rich.

MaxIQ consolidated our disparate tools and gave every team—from Sales to RevOps—a single source of truth for deal inspection, opportunity health, customer onboarding, and renewals. **What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

MaxIQ simplifies deal profiling, customer management and RevOps for myself and my team!  
User interface is easy to interact with once you get the formatting and expectations on roll-ups, etc.
I am in the MaxIQ every day, multiple times per day.
Support and Sales team have been awesome to work with.  They jump on calls almost instantly and either walk through user errors events or gain a full understanding of the ask and take to PM and Engineering.

**What do you dislike about MaxIQ?**

For territories with many deals - it can be a bit cumbersome at times to navigate a rollup and forecast.
Mobile app would be fantastic for road warriors.

Navigating and forecasting 100's of deals per quarter and easily identifying gaps or missing next steps on deals or territories.

**What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

Having a clean interface where I can not only run my business at a high level, but have the ability to drill down easily to inspect specific areas.  Additionally, the real-time editing features have unlocked massive productivity gains for our sales organization.  Lastly, the customer support we receive is top notch ... issues are resolved in minutes/hours, not days.

At this point no real dislikes, other than we want to continue to run fast and do more !

It is solving a massive for problem where we were running our business across multiple tools/systems/etc ... it now allows us a single cockpit to drive our business.  Additionally, the speed (or lack thereof) we had in prior tools when navigating the business has been solved.

MaxIQ is the first solution we've seen that doesn’t stop at forecasting new business. It gives us a unified, AI-driven view across the entire customer journey — from initial deal health all the way through onboarding, product adoption, and expansion. The deal workspaces are a game changer for our team: they pull in context from Salesforce, emails, notes, and even product usage data so our reps and CSMs are all on the same page.

**What do you dislike about MaxIQ?**

It’s a robust platform so it took a few weeks for our team to fully ramp. But their team did hands-on enablement sessions that really helped.

**What problems is MaxIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally brought in MaxIQ to improve forecast accuracy and move away from spreadsheet chaos. But it's quickly become much more than that — it's now how we run our entire revenue process. We’re using it to proactively identify risks in renewals and expansions by tracking adoption trends and customer sentiment. It’s also helped us drive consistent sales methodology adoption (we use a variant of MEDDICC) because deal inspections are now spotless and take half the time.

**What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

My favorite thing about MaxIQ is it actually tracks the whole customer journey instead of just stopping at "congrats, deal closed!" It kills the nightmare of switching between 14 different tools by putting everything in one place so you, CS, and RevOps can actually see what's happening with your accounts. My employer picked it over a bunch of other vendors and we're running way tighter forecast calls with less BS data hunting. Honestly, if you're sick of forecasting tools that pretend 80% of your revenue doesn't exist after the handoff, this one actually gets it.

What I like about MaxIQ is how it connects the entire customer journey, from deal qualification and forecasting to post-sale adoption and renewals. So - Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps all work from the same data. I also value the deal inspection views that show exactly what changed week-over-week without chasing reps, plus embedded playbooks like MEDDPICC that drive consistent sales execution. It’s the first platform I’ve seen that ties customer sentiment and product usage back to revenue, making it easier to grow accounts predictably.

I use it daily and hardly find myself in SFDC anymore.

Additional integrations like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo

MaxIQ is solving the some of the biggest gaps we’ve faced in revenue execution: scattered data, inconsistent sales processes, and a total disconnect between what happens in the sales cycle and what happens after the deal closes. Before MaxIQ, our teams lived in silos—Sales focused on pipeline, Customer Success scrambled to onboard and retain, and forecasting was mostly guesswork. Now, MaxIQ brings it all together. It gives us one place to manage deals, track adoption, and predict expansions or churn.

The platform has been incredibly reliable and user-friendly. We especially value its seamless integration with our Sales team’s calendars and email, which allows us to easily track activity throughout a sales campaign. The ability to quickly roll up forecasting, combined with an intuitive dashboard, strong integrations, real-time collaboration features, and exceptionally responsive customer service, makes MaxIQ a standout tool.

While there was a slight learning curve at the start, the onboarding support team was highly effective and made the transition smooth and efficient.

**What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

MaxIQ takes the guesswork out of forecasting. The AI-driven insights are incredibly helpful — instead of just depending on deal stages, it looks at real buyer signals like activity, momentum, and engagement. This gives us a much clearer picture of what’s real and what’s not.
I also really like how easy it is to drill into the pipeline. With just a few clicks, I can see which opportunities need attention, what’s at risk, and where we’re missing coverage. It has made our forecast reviews faster, more data-driven, and less about opinions.

**What do you dislike about MaxIQ?**

The reporting is strong, but I’d love to see even more flexibility in creating custom dashboards. Right now, most things I need are there, but a little more personalization would make it perfect.

We struggled with inconsistent forecasts and a lot of manual effort in spreadsheets. MaxIQ solves both problems. Our forecasts are now more accurate, and our pipeline reviews are based on live, reliable data instead of outdated snapshots. **What do you like best about MaxIQ?**

One thing I really appreciate about MaxIQ is how streamlined the communication is between AEs and SEs. In the past, I often had to keep my engineer constantly updated. With MaxIQ, every stakeholder clearly understands their role and what’s needed to move the deal forward.

**What do you dislike about MaxIQ?**

In the future I aim to use MaxIQ daily, first thing when I enter the office and last thing when I leave. I feel that MaxIQ is great for leadership forecasting and understanding where everything’s at in the campaign. From an AE perspective, I’d like it a little more personalized moving forward.

As mentioned earlier, By looking at MaxIQ I can clearly understand where we’re at in the campaign and what’s needed to move forward. My engineer has the ability to write notes and we often communicate through the platform.

MaxIQ packs a lot of power, but it does take some time to adjust—especially for teams used to sticking within the bounds of a traditional CRM. It took us a few time to weave it into our daily operations, but once it became second nature, the benefits were undeniable.

MaxIQ makes forecasting and pipeline management way easier than anything I’ve used before. The workflow is super flexible—it adapts to how I work instead of forcing me into some fixed structure. I can easily see what changed from last week, track deal movement, and even compare what my manager adjusted. Plus, everything’s in one place—notes, contacts, tasks. No more clicking around in Salesforce trying to piece things together. It’s fast, clean, and feels like it was built for the modern era B2B enterprise sales rep.

Honestly, not much so far. If I had to nitpick, maybe I’d love even more keyboard shortcuts or a dark mode—small stuff. But functionally, it delivers.

Before MaxIQ, our forecasts were mostly gut feel and best guesses. We lived in Salesforce and Spreadsheets. Now it actually feels like we’re running a real forecasting process. MaxIQ pulls in a ton of signals—deal movement, rep changes, engagement data—and turns it into something I can trust. I don’t have to spend hours prepping for forecast calls anymore. What stands out most about MaxIQ is how it uses AI to give a true read on the pipeline. Instead of relying on manual updates or static stages, it looks at real buyer signals and automatically scores deal health. This has made our forecasts far more dependable and taken a lot of the stress out of month-end calls.

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially for reps who are used to spreadsheets. Once you get used to the workflows, though, it becomes second nature.

MaxIQ has completely transformed how we forecast. Before, we were juggling messy spreadsheets and trying to piece together updates from multiple tools. Now, everything is in one place and updates in real time. I love how it focuses on real signals instead of just static deal stages — it makes our forecast much more accurate and grounded in reality.

The dashboard customization could be a bit more flexible — sometimes I wish I could tweak certain widgets myself instead of relying on the admin settings. It’s a small thing, but it would make the experience even smoother.

Gives our sales team a 360 degree view of their opportunities, incorporating all of the elements needed to ensure a strong sales process is followed, identify gaps early, and enable collaboration.

Early on some of the 3rd party integrations we needed were missing, but has since been addressed.

We lacked visibility into the health of our pipeline and whether our sales qualification process (MEDDPICC) was being followed properly. Now we can see all of the touch points our team is having with the client, identify gaps, view AI meeting notes and call summaries, and get real-time deal health that we can act on quickly. Our forecasting accuracy improved 2X, previously we need 5X pipe coverage to hit our target, and last year we need only 2.5X based on better sales process.

Most helpful piece about MaxIQ is being able to do everything quickly without having to deal with Salesforce which is slow and monotonous. I can get all my updates out quickly and effectively!
