What do you like best about MaxIQ?

MaxIQ is hands-down the best platform I’ve used in my sales career. It actually makes my job easier instead of adding more work. I can update my pipeline, forecast, and MEDDPICC details in one place without bouncing between tools or decks. Everything is in context, and it’s super intuitive.

What do you like best about MaxIQ?

MaxIQ simplifies deal profiling, customer management and RevOps for myself and my team!

User interface is easy to interact with once you get the formatting and expectations on roll-ups, etc.

I am in the MaxIQ every day, multiple times per day.

What do you dislike about MaxIQ?

For territories with many deals - it can be a bit cumbersome at times to navigate a rollup and forecast.

Having a clean interface where I can not only run my business at a high level, but have the ability to drill down easily to inspect specific areas. Additionally, the real-time editing features have unlocked massive productivity gains for our sales organization. MaxIQ is the first solution we've seen that doesn’t stop at forecasting new business. It gives us a unified, AI-driven view across the entire customer journey — from initial deal health all the way through onboarding, product adoption, and expansion. The deal workspaces are a game changer for our team: they pull in context from Salesforce, emails, notes, and even product usage data so our reps and CSMs are all on the same page. What do you like best about MaxIQ?

My favorite thing about MaxIQ is it actually tracks the whole customer journey instead of just stopping at "congrats, deal closed!" It kills the nightmare of switching between 14 different tools by putting everything in one place so you, CS, and RevOps can actually see what's happening with your accounts. My employer picked it over a bunch of other vendors and we're running way tighter forecast calls with less BS data hunting. Honestly, if you're sick of forecasting tools that pretend 80% of your revenue doesn't exist after the handoff, this one actually gets it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaxIQ?

What I like about MaxIQ is how it connects the entire customer journey, from deal qualification and forecasting to post-sale adoption and renewals. So - Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps all work from the same data. I also value the deal inspection views that show exactly what changed week-over-week without chasing reps, plus embedded playbooks like MEDDPICC that drive consistent sales execution. It’s the first platform I’ve seen that ties customer sentiment and product usage back to revenue, making it easier to grow accounts predictably.
