I really like using HubSpot Data Hub for analytics; the reporting tools are great. I'm excited about the ability to access data quickly and efficiently, and I can create dashboards and reports with very little experience needed. Even our reps and directors can retrieve data swiftly. Additionally, the ability to create customized datasets is really effective for us because we work in a niche industry and need various custom data calculations. I think HubSpot Data Hub could improve by allowing more custom calculations in the datasets and report builder. Right now, there are limits, like only being able to use 25 custom columns in datasets and just five custom fields in the report builder. Having an unlimited or higher number of custom calculations would be a big plus. Also, adding more functions for better calculations would really help enhance the data hub experience.
