This is easily one of the worst content management systems an enterprise can buy. Any user from the domain can open Highspot without having a license assigned and this creates an account for them in the system. The process to add users is ridiculous. The process to remove users is similarly poor - a user would get an automatic email that their account is removed even if they had an account that they should not have (see my 2nd sentence above). RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE EVALUATING A CMS!

HighSpot is a software platform built for companies to store and share content both internally and externally. One of its best features is the ability to track opens, clicks, and time prospects spent viewing each piece of content.
