What do you like best about WooCommerce Store Manager?

What I liked best about WooCommerce is that I could simply install plugin with my browser to help me solve complex connections between my online store and other blog mediums I was using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce Store Manager?

The only thing that I didn't like about WooCommerce was that it took a little bit too long to connect with someone in customer service when i had questions. However, it was only a couple of days. I was looking for help right away to finish a project within my time frame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WooCommerce Store Manager:

I would only recommend having more support available for cases requesting immediate resolution. It may help others in a similar situation when trying to get set up. What problems is WooCommerce Store Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to learn this platform for my business reasonably quickly. It was pretty intuitive to set up. WooCommerce is effective and works well for my online store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customization of my "store" isn't my favorite. It's challenging to get my product pages to "do what I want it to". Thankfully the app keeps getting updated, because it is slow and often unresponsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WooCommerce Store Manager?

The software is designed in a very good way possible.

I like it a lot because you dont need to be online all the time.

More than 2-3 people can handle the data entry without slowing down the website.

Very easy to be use.

Fantastic customer service and very very responsive.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce Store Manager?

1- If it could update the entry data automatically it would be good

2- Some of the fields are missing (The advanced one, like author ...), but the good news is they are working on it

3- Phone customer service could be a good feature to be added to this software, someone could help you on the phone
