- The API is terrible and cannot be easily scripted to make life easier for the techically gifted

I like the simple interface and ease of use, I also like the wide variety of options and number of features the tool has for use. I use it daily for tracking time, resource and keeping on top of client invoicing and it is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
