I admire their YouTube 1 hour tutorials which were really helpful when I was starting out. Also the integrations hub had some cool integrations such as the http client integration. Also customizing the webchat is buggy; some changes apply only on the preview on Botpress studio, while not applied to the deployed chat bubble. Also there is out of the box mechanism for rate limiting user messages and for collecting user feedback. Too much bugs that is not taken serious by developers. Happy hobbyists. Result is that you do not know if it is you or Bugpress that is at fault. You can lose hours this way. What do you dislike about Botpress? - when I present the user with a mutiple choice, I want to be able to disable the normal input. - It feels like the ai task is not directly sent to openai, but instead botpress adds something to the prompt.
