**What do you like best about BigMarker?**

High levels of customization for the attendee experience, with end-to-end tools for promoting and running events, plus analyzing attendee data. The scene builder is powerful for visual production - plenty of ways to add polish so webinars don't just look like a video call.

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

From recordings, only a single master file is available. Having separate audio and video tracks per presenter or source would make editing much more flexible.

**What problems is BigMarker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide webinar hosting and promotion solutions to a large number of clients, so having a platform that’s both reliable and robust, as well as flexible and customizable, is essential. BigMarker has been a great partner for us.

**What do you like best about BigMarker?**

Our team has been using BigMarker to manage events, and it’s been a game-changer. The platform makes it easy to handle registrations, communications, and scheduling in one place, which has saved us a lot of time and reduced manual work.

What we love most:

User-friendly interface – simple for both staff and attendees.

Robust reporting tools & Integration to Salesforce – help us track registrations, engagement, and ROI.

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

I wish there was a better option for presenters to share their slides. With bigger decks, it is hard to upload and share which requires them to have a second screen. Other than that, it really has been a wonderful platform.

Tracking data and metrics by integration with SalesForce. It has completely helped us show the value of education through the metrics we are able to pull from BigMarker into Salesforce.

**What do you like best about BigMarker?**

The best thing about using BigMarker is how reliable and easy it is to use for hosting webinars and virtual events. The platform is stable, the interface is intuitive, and it doesn’t require much technical setup, which makes running live sessions stress-free.

Many users also appreciate the strong customisation options for branding, the quality of the video and audio, and the seamless attendee experience. Features like automated webinars, detailed analytics, and email reminders make it easy to manage the entire event process from one place.

The design interface can also feel a bit dated at times compared to newer webinar tools.

It's a one-stop shop for webinar marketing. I find it convenient that I can set up our landing pages, send automated emails, and host webinars in one place. It's tedious but once you get the hang of it, it's a very helpful website.

The email capacity at 10,000 emails per day, which is understandable.

Not having to switch to other websites for promoting the webinar that is being hosted in BigMarker, it saves a ton of time, money, and effort!

I really appreciate how user-friendly it is, especially for Project Managers like myself. Managing numerous clients means I need to regularly check the status of their webinars, and I’m grateful that this platform makes the process so straightforward. Customer Support is very fast to answer which is a plus point!

At times, the platform experiences glitches and offers limited customization options, which can be a drawback for clients, particularly those representing luxury brands who often seek more tailored solutions. I hope BM addresses these issues in the future to attract a broader range of clients.

BigMarker Makes Webinars Effortless!

BigMarker has been one of the best platforms we've used for webinars. It's intuitive for both attendees and producers, and the team is responsive to feedback and constantly improving the experience. Special shoutout to Aaron Noah—he’s always available and quick to troubleshoot. We meet regularly and he truly takes the time to make sure we understand what has changed and how that will impact us. BigMarker has truly made my job easier!

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

No issues or dislikes! We haven't had any major issues and when something does come up the BigMarker team is always there to support!

**What problems is BigMarker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BigMarker hosts our live webinars. It is always user friendly for both the consumer and producer. We love the data reports we are able to pull as well making my life easier when showing ROI on projects.

**What do you like best about BigMarker?**

I like that we can track everything our customers are doing within the webinar. It is nice there is a tool to auto mute everyone. I like that once we create the webinar if we have it setup properly our team can run the webinars and we don't have to be there. It does automate a lot of stuff with us like the emails, handouts, etc. I dont have to do as much on the producer side of things like i did when we were on another platform. Once it is setup it is pretty simple to use! We use the product every single month.. some months maybe only 3 webinars and others there are a lot more. Our Customer Success Manager, Aaron is always so quick to respond and help us!! He has been awesome throughout our entire time with Big Marker!! I can email Aaron and he gets back to me so quickly! We love fast service as well as a main person to talk to at a company and not a service team to have to reach out to. The integration was fairly easy... i mean it was a lot of work but once you do it and understand it, it is now way easier for us!

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

I think the hardest part is all of the settings. Obviously their team will walk you through it all but it's hard to know what you might want and don't know it's there or don't know to ask for it. I think the hardest part is we want the webinars to work a specific way and they don't. So we have work arounds that enable us to still use it. I think we are an odd business case as how we need the webinars to happen...... for example I wish I could go into our series and say add a webinar every Friday from this day to this day at 10am and then i just enter in the titles. However, i have to go in and create each webinar separately. Not a big deal but i can make it work :)

it is helping us get to more customers than we have ever been able to reach!!

I really appreciate how responsive the customer support team is, especially with customizing our webinar registration pages. They apply changes quickly and always make the process seamless.

There’s limited flexibility in customizing page templates on our own, which can slow things down when we’re fine-tuning webinar branding. But I understand it understand this limitation is part of the subscription setup.

The support is exceptional - you get a response quickly and they help you with your query until it is resolved. We host webinars on a weekly basis so it's a great platform to set webinars up quickly.

I have to admit I preferred the old look of the dashboard with the thumbnails of each webinar next to their titles. And I am hoping that there will be an integration with Freshsales CRM sometime soon.

Webinar set up is easy for our team, and we utilize their API functionality to help customize to our needs.

The platform is built for engagement—features like live chat, polling, handouts, and Q&A upvoting make it easy to create interactive experiences.

The reporting tools provide deep insights, helping us optimize future webinars. And, we have a dedicated support team who is always easily accessible and responsive, which is a huge plus.

There is nothing I dislike about BigMarker. Would be great to see adoption of AI in the reporting and analytics for aggregated insights across multiple webinars / timeframes.

Syncing with Saleforce sometimes is a problem. Also, when I send out an email through bigmarker, a lot of my customers don't get the emails so it goes through spam.

**What do you like best about BigMarker?**

Having used a number of platforms over the years, I like that Bigmarker is web based and feels easy for all my guests to become acquainted with and log in without issues. It is nuanced, but I like that you can have handouts, making it easier to put important and useful resources in a single place for the audience to reference and use. I also really like the ability to add banners, offers, etc, to enhance the experience for our sponsors. It just feels solid, easy to use, and focused on the webinar experience. Lastly, I really like that their support team is always available to give quick guidance and support when needed.

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

Dislike is a strong word here, but I would like to see a little more AI / Transcript integration, but there are workarounds to this that are not overly complicated to incorporate.

**What problems is BigMarker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer weekly Webinars and Bigmarker has provided a consistent quality experience for the admins, hosts, and guests. It has made it so that all I have to worry about is the actual Webinar.

BigMarker has been with us for years, starting in 2019. It's always been essential to the development of our webinars, of which we've already hosted around 6,600.

It's always functional and effective in resolving issues and providing alternatives so we can fully utilize the platform.

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

I don't have any major complaints.

On rare occasions, we have difficulty providing service at different times due to time zones.c

**What problems is BigMarker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I downgraded my plan, and mistakenly chose an annual plan, which was converted to our currency, which was substantial. They promptly helped us with a refund, change to a monthly plan, and even adapting it for our smooth operation and ensuring our loyalty since 2019.

The features, they're very useful for the way we use the platform for our webinars. It's very host-friendly and having a dedicated support team that's very responsive and helps us on the get go which adds further into the ease of use.

There are occasional glitches that we can only wish would get avoided coz they tend to happen at the most crucial period - during live. There are also few instances when we encounter issues in the recording of our live webinars. However, the upside to such issues is that there's a team that helps us navigate or provide a workaround.

Being an online publishing platform, sometimes the human element  has this tendency of fading and getting lost into the words. With this platform, it gives us the avenue to go live and provide interactive education to our users/viewers.

I love their entire suite of functionality. At Search Engine Journal, we strive to keep our readers and viewers engaged in all aspects of their reader journey.

We run webinars literally every week!

BigMarker makes it mega easy to appeal, capture, and market to webinar viewers! We integrate it into Google Sheets, Hubspot, and Wordpress! In fact, we even leverage a custom-built theme, and BigMarker easily implements into it, no problem!

I actually have nothing bad to say about BigMarker.

The platform is so well laid-out, and everything is easy to find and easy to implement. The capabilities are vast but it never feels overwhelming. Their support team is also very responsive and helpful.

User-Friendly Interface: Easy to navigate, even for non-tech-savvy users. Minimal onboarding or training is required to get set up. 
Interactive Features: Includes polls, Q&A, chat functions, pop-ups and breakout rooms to enhance audience engagement.
Customisation opportunities: from emails to landing pages, there are tonnes of options to choose from
Robust Analytics: Provides detailed post-webinar reports to help understand audience behaviour and improve future webinars.
Excellent Customer Support: Prompt, professional, and helpful account management team. The technical support was also good; we needed help desperately at some point before a high-profile event, and they could provide it quickly.

We could benefit from SEO features in the future; currently, our main channel does't turn up in a simple Google search.

We introduced BigMarker to our channel mix at the height of the COVID pandemic and have since developed it as a mature marketing channel for product launches, workshops, or educational sessions for our B2B customers.

BigMarker’s webinar platform was a game-changer for us. It is seamless, interactive and is very user friendly. The user experience for both presenters and attendees is excellent. 

Navigation is easy and there is a large variety of interactive features to keep the audience engaged. Including live polls, Q&A, pop-ups, breakout rooms, and more. 

Besides a great platform the BigMarker customer service team is excellent to work with. They are responsive and will support you every step of the way. 

Upgrading to BigMarker for us, was like trading in our clunker for a Ferrari. We absolutely love it.

We have used BigMarker for three years in a row for a large virtual conference.   We plan to use it again this year.  We have had great success with our 250+ person conferences.  It is easy to use and navigate, and we enjoy the reporting capabilities.

It takes a little bit of 'playing' with it to understand the navigation, but once set up it is intuitive and easy.

The features that we like best that BigMarker offers include the instant updates from the admin back-end directly to the app, home screen widgets, background image, “My Favorites” schedule, onsite check-in process with custom question, attendee QR code scanning for networking/leads, AI matchmaking based on industry product categories and region, pre-scheduled push notifications, and post-conference analytics.

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

The downsides of using BigMarker include the additional cost of the exhibitor booths to look like an actual company listing versus using a PDF for their profile, there is no ability for attendees to upload photos to a gallery, there is no ability to integrate a Twitter/X social media feed based on hashtag, and there is no downloads area for speaker’s presentations or handouts as one has to use a link to a website file.

**What problems is BigMarker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our association was not getting what we needed out of our former mobile conference app vendor, so it was time for an upgrade. We went through the RFP process and demos with four vendors in November 2022. The BigMarker demo was done professionally, they answered all our questions, and showed us exactly how our “must haves” would work. Unlike some of the other demos, BigMarker showed this to us from an actual mobile device rather than desktop only. BigMarker was selected and approved by our technology committee, then we had a quick three months for implementation, QA testing, and launch before our next in-person conference.

**What do you like best about BigMarker?**

The best part about BigMarker is their incredible and dedicated customer care team. Truly, I have never experienced this level of care with a vendor before. Not only do they create events when I'm unable to or strapped for time, but they emphasize education as much as they can. So when I'm in the process of building an event and I can't do something or figure something out, they always provide me with the option of doing it myself by pointing me in the right direction or offering to do it on my behalf. I prefer to handle things myself in-platform because the knowledge acquired helps me be that much quicker when creating our next event, and that's helpful because sometimes our events are created last minute, or are urgent events that we need to share out immediately, so it's ideal for me to understand the platform in its entirety and be prepared for a quick turnaround. Their team knows this, so they're really great at giving me that education as well as being the anchor I need to help QA something to ensure it's done correctly, or to just do it for me if I'm too busy. I also really appreciate their willingness to do post-event recap calls where they'll note which aspects went well, which didn't, and assess how they can make things even better for my next event based on my feedback. They really do take that seriously and I can't express how much I appreciate it. 

In addition, the platform itself is very easy to use and quite intuitive -- it's definitely not just the education that's helpful, the platform was designed well to ensure a good user experience. On the back end, I'm able to duplicate events easily and replace branding and other information that coincides with that new event, and that has helped save so much time for me and my team. I also feel the external user experience is great -- there have never been any hiccups on the attendee side, and joining an event is very simple. The flow overall is great both on the back and front end of the platform, which I really apprecaite.

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

I really don't have much to say on this side, truly! There are some platform enhancements that I've mentioned to the team, particularly one that my team is curious about having implemented, but it's quite minor and won't derail us much in terms of creating future events. Regardless, the BigMarker team always seems adamant about noting certain features I'm interested in implementing, so I appreciate that it's something they frequently ask about when we do our event recap calls.

The biggest problem BigMarker solves for me is it saves me lots of TIME. Due to their team's dedication in training and willingness to understand what kinds of events we put on, they're able to help navigate me as a user so I know exactly what I need to do every time we host a virtual event. For more complex events, or if I am strapped for time in something, they are always there and willing to help take care of it all for me --- but that's usually not what I want, so I prefer the education route. Once I understand how something is done, I know exactly what I need to do and how much time I need to do it in, so assigning tasks to our create teams or film teams to complete their part of the event is a breeze. I am in full control of the entire process and I know what the timing looks like for every event we host, and that's something that has been a complete life saver with BigMarker.

While I have loved working with the BigMarker platform over the past 4 years, I love working with their team even more. I've never worked with a vendor that is more supportive and proactive in making sure things are running smoothly and jumping in immediately to troubleshoot and solve problems when they do arise. It's pretty rare to have that level of support, and in the live webinar space, it's so nice to have when unexpected questions arise.

I think my only complaint, if you can call it one, is that there are almost TOO many options and settings. If you don't know what you're doing, you want to be careful, or at least spend time learning what things do before you play with them.

At Simpler Trading, we implemented Big Marker to replace our internal video platform for our live webinar promotions. We needed a better marketing platform to not only provide customers with a good webinar experience, but also ways to get them to purchase our products after the webinar is over. Utilizing their interactive features like polls and offers were a massive help in doing this. The added analytics, tracking and data we get from the platform was also an added bonus because previously we had no real metrics on when people joined webinars or how long they were engaged. It allowed us to use this data to make changes to how we structured our presentations!

We initially chose BigMarker mainly because of its impressive customization options for webinars and virtual events. However, their customer service and support truly stood out as we began using it. Regardless of its significance, their team swiftly provided a clear answer whenever a question popped up. What impressed me further was their openness to feedback. We expressed a need for issuing certificates to our webinar attendees, and they're actively developing that feature. One of the biggest wins for us has been the ability to consolidate services. Previously, we worked with five separate vendors, and now, thanks to BigMarker, it's just one. Overall, BigMarker has exceeded our expectations on multiple fronts!

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the customizability of their landing pages. We previously built pages with HubSpot and found them more flexible in design. However, this is a minor drawback when considering the list of benefits and features that BigMarker brings. The trade-off has been worth it for us, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

There is not much to say. Sometimes the API documentation is a little bit late compared to the chnages, but is then always kept up to date.

I think the back end of the customized pages could be simpler to navigate but I understand that our event webistes and registration are extremebely bespoke so that is not an easy feat.

It runs in the cloud, so you don´t need to download and install aditional software to use all the funtions, and the same for attendees. The bespoke service we received from the team -- Basir and Elisabeth. Basir held our hands through every step of the process, kept us on task and on schedule to ensure we have a succesful event. We're a small team and were able to pull off a really nice event. We've used another big name platform and it was night and day.

This isn't a weakness but if you are a team that has a little more technical knowledge, then you will have to slow down and let them guide you to ensure you're doing things correctly.

It's interface is fairly intuitive, it's stable, has bells and whistles galore and provides an excellent experience for our attendees. I like the ability to push offers, pre-recorded content is easy to load and the CC capability is great for our global audiences. The ability to create templates for webinar builds with pre-defined settings is a huge time saver.

I don't think there are really any down sides to using BigMarker - I would say, though, that the number of options and settings to choose from can be a bit overwhelming!

The webinar market is fraught with terrible and buggy programs that try to do a good job but tend not to live up to these expectations. Bigmarker is the exception. They are like the Mac of the webinar world. It just works. Every time.

**What do you dislike about BigMarker?**

The software team does excellent work in that they put up the requests of the user base, but they are particularly detailed at getting it working perfectly before getting updates out until they are near perfect. Not the worst issue, but sometimes I find they are slower than others at putting these things out, but they get them out, and they work great when they do.

I'm able to help teach and grow my audience and focus on that and not the quirks of the software. I'm a bit tired of having buggy software that I have to work around their issues.

When we have multiple speakers, they love how they can each take control of the slides without any extra steps to switch between hosts. When I started using BM over 4 years ago, some first-time attendees had trouble turning on video and audio, but it has been resolved and no complaints from new BM attendees for the past few years.

**What problems is BigMarker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could set up and conduct training with many instructors individually conducting sessions for the trainees, record these training sessions and use them again. BM's MeetingSpace is a great way to hold an instant video meeting with anyone with a single click
