What do you like best about AvidXchange?

the comments section, which helps to document follow up and approval progress. the system is well designed for research, payment history lookup and vendor data analysis. I like the feature of "associated invoices", like big data analysis and it helps to pull out the same vendor all historical bills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

the payment process time currently takes about 3 weeks - we approved and Avidxchange mailed the check to our vendor, which then pass on to USPS. It would be helpful to have a tracking bar or thermometer to see the status like shipping online. that would be very helpful and if vendor can login and track where their checks are, we can save time. What do you like best about AvidXchange?

I admire the features of Strongroom, such as the time-based approval selections, the reports we can pull, the vendor data, and the ability to check the users and notifications they want to receive. You can customize Strongroom to your needs, which is the highlight of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

There are a few quirks here and there, especially with the integration. Whatever changes you make with Strongroom correlate or match with our current system. So, if you void in SR and do an integration, it will not show up in our software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

The time savings for automating our payments through AvidXchange and the ability to track payment status easily. The implementation team was amazing and getting up and running couldn't have been easier. We use AvidPay all the time in coordination with TimberscanGo and Sage 300 Construction. What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

The time it takes to get paper checks to my clients if they choose this option. I also wish we could assist our vendors in switching payment options or that there was an online platform for them. What do you like best about AvidXchange?

We implemented Avid several years ago. It was incredibly valuable during the pandemic and we had remote staff. The paybles process is streamlined so much that it can be done anywhere at any time. What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

I wish there was a direct contact to refer vendors to, We work with a lot of "Mom & Pop" Vendors. They can have a hard time navigating the system if they need to check a payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

The idea of it is great, to be able to index(now capture), process payment and run reports in one spot. Essentially it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

Avid is down or glitching almost daily, and it interferes with workflow. These glitches often interrupt the accuracy and quality of documents, and slow down workflow all around. I am constantly on chat or emailing with their support team, and there is hardly ever a fix. Nine times out of Ten, by the time I get an email back, they try to tell me that it is a user error, and paint a story that is not what happened. The issues are never fixed. Avid pay is consistently an issue as well, and I have to constantly use support to track payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

What is most helpful with the Avidxhange products is AvidInvoice housing our invoice with access to all digital copies along with suppport. Using AvidXchange is cost effective for processing monthly services invoices via AvidInvoice, utility invoices via AvidUtility and processing payments vais AvidPay. What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

What I like least about Avidxchange is not having a dedicated indexer or an Account Manager to handle day to day challenge and descrepancies. We have experince crippling descrepancies that did not allow us to move forward with our regular scheduled checkruns for weeks and did not have an alternative process within AvidInvoice portal. What do you like best about AvidXchange?

I like how easy it is to submit invoices, make comments and reject invoices for specific reasons. Also, customer service is usually quite quick in responding and helping resolve any issues that come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that we are unable to void invoices in our other system once the payment file has been sent to AvidPay. Also, I don't like that my original email comments are not shown on emails about current open cases, nor on closed cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvidXchange?

What I like most is the data is accessible by multiple departments. The property management team, the accounting team, and the executive team have access to review any invoice image, payment details, and comments. What do you like best about AvidXchange?

1. The invoices are scanned for us.

2. The invoices are entered to an extent so that we don’t have to do that.

What do you dislike about AvidXchange?

1. Avid is down and not accessible quite often. At times it’s at month end time and that is a critical time for us.

a. Also, when I make a report that the system is down and try to get an ETA of when it will be back up, there is never an ETA.

2. The system has started shutting down and requires re-sign-in way to often. I know it’s a security thing, but it’s just too often. It even happens sometimes when I’m working to process invoices.
