Ease of use and variety of analytics available. It was also very easy to implement the program and integrate it with other systems. Would recommend to a friend.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Honestly, the biggest things that bug me about Adobe Analytics are the data delays and the cost. Sometimes, I’m waiting longer than I’d like for the latest data to show up, especially if I’m pulling custom reports or working with big datasets—it just slows everything down when I need quick answers. And then there’s the price tag. It’s a powerful tool, but it’s definitely expensive, especially when you factor in extra features and support. Sometimes I wonder if we’re really getting our money’s worth.

Adobe Analytics is helping me pull together data from different teams and regions so I can actually see our KPIs all in one place. It’s making it way easier to track performance, spot trends, and compare results across the company. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Adobe Analytics is a great way to standardize measurements over multiple websites. A repeatable process with the ability to standardize makes life easier when it comes to measuring success and failures. I also appreciate the different visualizations available out of the box with little to no extra effort needed. Tag Management is also great for creating rules. Gives me multiple options to capture a data point I need and flexibility if our implementation requires me to take another route.
I also love the ability to drag and drop variables to create visualizations, makes the no code ability to democratize our analytics easy and simple.
Also having data feeds for us to port the data over to other systems is incredibly helpful and simple for our engineers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Editing reporting suites SUCKS. Sorry but the page (I think it's called Admin Tools) takes and insanely long time to load and in some cases fails to load. This proves difficult for someone trying to iterate quickly or needed to test something. As someone trying to deliver robust measurements for my org, I need to be able to change these on the fly. Debugger is buggy often times and can be difficult to read. The ability to customize what properties, evars and other variables show on the debugger would be incredibly helpful. Sometimes there is just so much information that it can be difficult to quickly identify what I was looking for. Additionally, the ability to change between reporting suites (prod, stage, dev) without having to manually copy and paste a line of code from the tag property would be quite helpful.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Adobe Analytics we had little to no insight on what our users are doing on our site. Additionally, it helps us standardize tracking across all sites. Lastly, it makes the data available for other parties to use in our organization.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

My favourite part about analytics is the ability to create custom components, such as segments or metrics. This gives you the ability to drive down into your data and get customized insights to fit your needs. There are often limitations to what or how you can track data directly on your website, or there may be limitations on how many components you can have in your report suite, so being able to use segments and metrics to create new component gives you an added flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**
