I use Adobe Analytics as an established BI tool at my company. It meets the needs of many analysts who have previous experience with the platform. It allows us to measure custom KPIs and collect the data needed to improve CX while offering reporting options. I like that it's relatively easy to experiment with reporting. Although having Adobe compute and handle visits/user sessions is preferable to having to manage that ourselves, we have challenges stitching user data across channels, especially since Adobe does so much black box processing. I also find the user interface to be quite outdated and challenging to work with. Another frustration is that there is data that is only accessible if exported via data warehouses or data feeds. I really like the speed of Adobe Analytics as it returns results quickly even with large datasets. What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics? I find the visualization flexibility and lack of visual choices in Adobe Analytics frustrating. It's not able to stand alone as a visualization tool, which is why I end up using other tools like Excel, Python, and Power BI. The visuals aren't deck-ready, which is a letdown.
