Adobe Analytics is really strong when you need deeper behavioral analysis than basic website analytics tools usually provide. You can get very specific with user journeys, traffic sources, conversion behavior, and campaign performance. Attribution analysis is also much more serious compared to lighter analytics tools.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Steep learning curve, easily the biggest downside. It’s powerful, but definitely not something you become productive with immediately.
Implementation quality matters a lot too. The interface is capable, but sometimes feels built for analysts rather than casual users. Pricing also clearly targets enterprise teams.

It solves the “we need deeper customer behavior insights” problem. Instead of basic pageview reporting, you can analyze journeys, funnels, campaign attribution and segments much more seriously.

I like the many different visualizations in Adobe Analytics that help tell the story we're looking for. Building custom metrics to filter and dice KPIs in various ways is great too. It makes it easy to find issues or anomalies, and the interface is easy to use. Depending on the use case, we use a fallout for general funnel understanding, or Freeform to get a deeper understanding. The flow visualization is interesting to see how members are getting places and where they are going. I also like the breakthrough at fallout or fall through. It's also easy to add new tags and eVars to build upon what we have.

There are some missing pieces like it mostly being for online data. Seems like there’s a push to acquire CJA in addition to analytics.

I use Adobe Analytics to explore friction points and understand member engagement. It offers different visualizations for storytelling, and the custom metrics feature allows us to filter and analyze KPIs in various ways. It simplifies finding issues, and the interface is user-friendly.

I like the dark mode background because it's easier on the eyes. I appreciate that I can set reports without having to recreate them every time, and I also like that I can share reports easily. The report sharing feature is particularly useful as it allows me to export reports to Excel and dive deeper with an AI agent.

We need an AI agent in it, not just with AEM. The AI agents embedded in the tool were teased last year at the summit and it's not here. It should have the same updated functionality with AI that the other tools have. I know CX is coming, but it should be a part of the base package. I want to integrate more with Marketo, but it can't

I really find Adobe Analytics easy and friendly to use. I have enjoyed using the combo chart visualizations to see how two metrics are related in a specific product. Setting up these charts is easy, and they help me create visuals that are easily digestible. I can monitor funnels and customer engagement with the website effectively. It's invaluable to have visibility into performance, seeing in real-time with a slight delay how the website is performing. I also appreciate being able to set up alerts to make sure nothing is down. Overall, the initial setup was very easy.

Downtimes or outages result in red bars at the top of the report, which is a pain point. It would be helpful to have messaging within the platform that an issue is known and a solution is available for everyone to see.

I love how intuitive and functional Adobe Analytics is. It helps to have tools for success right at my fingertips. The UI is easy to understand, especially with my web analytics background, making it a valuable tool for analyzing digital interactions with our business. The initial setup was very easy, and the integrations, like Bing and Meta, enhance its capability. The enterprise factor and performance were reasons for switching from Google Analytics, and I'd rate my likelihood of recommending Adobe Analytics a 10!

I think it’s more about the transition to Web SDK and CJA that present limitations with analytics. Just the transition between the tools, metrics drop off, report migration these are the pain points and I think if they had some tools to make that transition easier it’d be helpful.

The 'Undo' Button is a lifesaver, letting me correct any mistakes I make in my reports. I find the Segment IQ feature incredibly useful as it instantly compares two user groups and highlights key differences, such as identifying that high-spenders are more likely to use the app than the mobile site. The no sampling aspect is also a big win for me, as I can look at 100% of my data without worrying if the figures are just guesses. Adobe Analytics fixes fragmented journeys by stitching a user's identity across devices, providing a complete picture. It helps identify the 'why' behind traffic changes with AI, which is time-saving. I appreciate its ability to show which ads create interest, not just the ones clicked last, and that it offers 100% accurate data, removing any distrust. Additionally, I value how it's a 'team player,' designed to be the foundation of the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Adobe Analytics is a beast, but it’s a high-maintenance one. If you don't have a dedicated analyst or the budget for a long implementation, you'll end up paying for a Ferrari that you only know how to drive in first gear. If Adobe wants to stay ahead of the competition, they need to bridge the gap between their legacy admin menus and their modern workspace. Making the tool easier to set up for non-enterprise users and speeding up report load times would turn this from a 'specialist-only' tool into something the whole marketing department can actually use. Honestly? The initial setup was brutal.

I like that you are able to customize your reporting and I also love the Ai analysis/summary it provides. It is really important for people in marketing to be able to control which data they deep dive into as the importance of things change with each campaign.

I think there is an initial learning curve on the software when you start to use it and I think better resources could be provided to help with this. The cost is quite steep as well for what you get.

Adobe Analytics is helping seeing all of our metrics in one place while being able to deep dive into the data while nothing is siloed. Data also appears live.
