I find Adobe Analytics incredibly valuable for its ability to provide deep customer insights and analytics on digital platforms. This tool effectively reduces the effort required by analysts to organize data and information into a usable format. It streamlines the analytics process by minimizing the need for complex coding languages like DAX or SQL, enhancing efficiency considerably. Additionally, the web version of Adobe Analytics is very user-friendly, making it as simple as 'bread and butter' to use. I find the reporting and dashboard feature lacking because it should utilize live customer data as input for making proper recommendations.
