## Adobe Analytics Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Custom Reporting and AI Insights, but a Steep Learning Curve and Price

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allyson R. | Ecosystem Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I like that you are able to customize your reporting and I also love the Ai analysis/summary it provides. It is really important for people in marketing to be able to control which data they deep dive into as the importance of things change with each campaign.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I think there is an initial learning curve on the software when you start to use it and I think better resources could be provided to help with this. The cost is quite steep as well for what you get.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Analytics is helping seeing all of our metrics in one place while being able to deep dive into the data while nothing is siloed. Data also appears live.

  ### 2. Powerful Custom Metrics and AI Help, But a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

The software is extremely powerful and allows for very refined and custom metrics based off the data it is provided. It also has a strong Ai integrated into the software which helps with task loads. Overall it is a strong performing system which helps me integrate my data into my standard workflow

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

There is a very steep learning curve with the software. Additionally it is expensive to purchase, has limited support functionality and requires very careful implementation to gain the full advantages the software offers

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe analytics is allowing me to gain a greater understanding of users based on the data they provide from marketing campaigns

  ### 3. Great Insights, Needs Real-Time Data Enhancement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish K.

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I find Adobe Analytics incredibly valuable for its ability to provide deep customer insights and analytics on digital platforms. This tool effectively reduces the effort required by analysts to organize data and information into a usable format. It streamlines the analytics process by minimizing the need for complex coding languages like DAX or SQL, enhancing efficiency considerably. Additionally, the web version of Adobe Analytics is very user-friendly, making it as simple as 'bread and butter' to use. These aspects contribute significantly to its usability and effectiveness in my digital analytics tasks.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I find the reporting and dashboard feature lacking because it should utilize live customer data as input for making proper recommendations. This requires a live feed and model training, which is particularly beneficial in business segments like the grocery market.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Adobe Analytics is extremely sophisticated and customizable. You can configure a wealth of custom events to track user interaction on your website.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

With the platform's sophistication comes complications. To get real value out of the tool, you need to properly configure custom events, which requires development and QA skills. But, it requires business context to determine which events should be tracked on the website. Most companies don't have strong communication between the resources that have business context (marketing team) and the developers (IT team).

If the tracking events aren't properly setup, documented, and maintained, the data collected from Adobe Analytics stops being useful. This maintenance comes with a high level of investment in human capital and process.

Tracking website traffic by source, on-site interactions, and pathing are useful to understand how customers are using the website as well as the effectiveness of marketing campaigns designed to drive traffic to the website.

When starting out on the site, It can be overwhelming. Can be hard to navigate to the inexperienced. In my experience, it took me a long time to figure out simple things like which custom metrics to apply to a reports. Finding help can be tough and the customer service is limited.

The technical assistance and learning should improve much more, the introduction, user guide and tutorial videos are useful but I feel dissatisfied since I had to go in search of technical help in other websites and forums to complement the knowledge and learn to use the tool correctly and take advantage of the available options without losing time in errors.

The world of design will begin to need the use and analysis of data, surely very soon in their workspaces they will need software for this task and very possibly they can implement Adobe Analytics to begin to know the potentialities of this software.

There are many things included in adobe like workbench, report builder, worksapace, adhoch analysis and so on, best things which I like is workspace and adhoch analysis, because of this two, deep diving became easier, get insight at very granular level, worspace is comparitievly fast.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

If you get stuck and confused then you have to rely on trainining material, community is not so vast, and very less people know about this product, go getting help is very difficult, and also to get trained on this by adobe is very expensive.

  ### 27. Reliable analytics for enterprise, well suited for mid level as well as large organizations.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

The Workspace features are helpful to save common reports.
Report Builder helps to build custom dashboards for each editor and their segments.
Easy switching between trended view and ranked view.
Ability to pull historical data.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

It takes time to learn and the training they offer can get expensive. It’s not very intuitive and props vs. evars is complicated for lay people.
You can't use "Time on Site" and conversion metrics in the same report makes life difficult (for time on site you must use the prop version of the variable and for conversion metrics, you must use the evar). This is a huge problem for editorial websites where 'time on site' IS a conversion metric. This is a major advantage of GoogleAnalytics over Adobe Analytics for publishers.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Steep learning curve.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our newspaper. It enables our Editorial department to understand what stories are popular and where the traffic is coming from. It also provides us with data about our traffic trend and the behavior of the audience. We can tailor our editorial articles to readership responds to.

4. Profits as well as loss.

  ### 29. adobe analytics pro

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

The interface was easy to understand despite me not having prior training towards using it. I would say this is a highly intuitive platform that doesn't require much training or education to use

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

the cost can be a little high to implement the whole platform of the Adobe product family in a small company like where I work. The thing is, when you are looking to grow a business, you need tools that will help you get there without costing an arm and a leg to implement. That is my only beef.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Try it out and see for yourself, it is worth it for sure!

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am of course using adobe analytics to help me with data management. When everything is organized and there are tools that help to make sense of the independent and dependent variables in my work, it makes my time at work much more efficient as im not just staring at numbers to make sense of them!

  ### 30. Lot's of options but lacking individual customization options

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex G. | Associate Analyst, Performance & Analytics, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I use Ad Hoc regularly pull automated data as well as look deeper into points of interest. It's easy to set up workbooks reflecting a specific date range that can easily be updated to generate new data. I also like the ability to cut data in various granularities and build segments to capture specific users. An underrated feature is the simple trended chart at the top of the workbook in ad hoc. It's nice to have a high-level visual that updates as you change your data.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I do not like that there are not options for me to customize my experience in Ad Hoc. For example, there are approximately 250 report suites that I have access to, however, I use 10-20 ib a regular basis. I'd like the option to "favorite" these so that I don't waste time scrolling through the list looking for the one that I need. It is frustrating, especially when you factor in how long it takes for a new report suite to load. I also dont' like that I can't hide segments without deleting them. Whether it's segments for completely different projects or ones that have been shared with me, I would like more options to be able to organize my segments.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Train your employees on what you want them to use this for. There are many tools within Adobe Analytics and specifying which they will be using and providing adequate training will lead to good results. I also recommend that someone who is skilled in the tool create a training deck that includes an overview of the tool in addition to tips and tricks. There are a lot of features and it can be overwhelming if you don't focus on what you are using it for.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adobe Analytics to better understand the consumer journey on the web. Adobe has helped me to uncover the pain points that the consumer has while on the site which I've then provided recommendations for revamping the experience. Adobe offers the opportunity to look at the experience by device type, language and marketing channel (among many others) which help to ensure my recommendations are specific and consistent.

  ### 31. somewhat useful

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

this reporting tool is widely used with our vendors too

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

it's hard to get access and team members have to re-gain access every 6-12 months

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we used it to get data from our video player streaming activity so we can make proper business decisions.

  ### 32. Insightful but not intuitive

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

The information is very accurate and once the data is extracted it is straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

The metrics are a little tricky to understand if you were not the one to set them up. It is also hard to customize a lot of the tables.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

It is important to play around with the platform when first getting adjusted. There are a lot of KPIs and different parts of the software to understand before trying to pull data.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site wide visits, conversions, etc. These numbers are crucial in understanding site performance and are not easily found on other platforms.

  ### 33. Adobe analytics for web data

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

It’s easy to use and provides valuable web data. Dashboards are sophisticated but don’t require coding.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Slow loading time and hard to create unique parameters.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analyzing and reporting web analytics.

  ### 34. It works, no complaints

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

The interface is very easy to use, graphically looks good, and typically gets me where I need to be.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I find that Adobe is late on the uptake with new technologies, integrations (like with MailChimp, newer CRMs like Kustomer, Chatbots), etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Do price comparisons. And try to find current users to hear how the platform is working and updating to stay current with trends and new capabilities.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm understanding the impact of my media placements. It has helped me to fine tune my strategy/see what's working or not working.

  ### 35. Easy user interface and easy leaning curve!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

Reports are easy to share, organizes your data, easily implemented for standard web metrics, interface is easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can get a lot of data from this product, which is very helpful in tracking performance and making business decisions.

  ### 36. Overly complicated - especially when you're used to Google Analytics

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sue L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I like the ability to create graphic representations of the data.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I don't like how you have to manually define each step of the process. For example, if I want to know the sources of traffic, Google already has that set up. With AA, I need to create that "path" from scratch.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AA to track the traffic and conversions across my websites.

  ### 37. Decent product but not for the price point.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

This is a great system when it comes to pathing reports testing specific customer paths to conversion. It’s also great enabling marketers with the ability to analyze real-time campaign information.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

It’s very high price, so if you don't have a strategy in place for analytics it might cost you more to re-implement

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for data comparison. Which the data visualizations is super great.

  ### 38. Good Software

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eaon K. | Managing Director, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

pivacy issues are assuaged as GA shares most data with google, adobe keeps data internal and does not share with other search engines.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

feature list is not as comprehensive as GA, integration with 3rd party bid management platforms are not as good as GA

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

not as good as GA for integration or suite of features but definitely heading in the right direction.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

maintaining first party management of personal internal data with the knowledge that it's not being shared.

  ### 41. Not intuitive and better support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

It can give you a lot of insights however it is not intuitive so you really need guidance.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

It is not straight forward, not user friendly, it needs tutoring or training and support. All processes take long, regarding negotiations with Adobe. It is expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Better customer support, timelines and negotiations team, everything takes really long. Better trainings as well would be amazing. It is also pretty expensive.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data Analytics regarding audiences, DMP services.

  ### 42. My feedback

It is confidential

  ### 43. Powerful and complete, but not intuitive

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

You can generate any report and any metric with reliable results. The presentation and charts are clean and easy to read, once they are created.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

The terminology, interface, tools and everything are not at all user friendly. I find that it's a rough learning curve for any new user. There should be easier pre-developed templates and easier ways to share and duplicated dashboards. It's a powerful suite, but there should be an easier entry-level way to start using it.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track a widely varying set of marketing KPIs across hundreds of pages (everything - engagement, sell-through, campaign attribution, A/B tests, etc). We use this data to optimize content, engagement, revenue and campaigns.

  ### 44. Analytics new

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I like the flexibility and ease of use. Easy process flow.. it was very simple to understand how to work and use this product. No manual guide needed. Easy to figure out and easy to navigate through to do what I need to do.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I don’t like not having the ability to toggle effectively to access applications easily. It seems like it is more troublesome unlike some other programs which seem to be offer flexibilities to all end users.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Yes Seems like a good program

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the business problems like I encounter with my work is trying to understand and figure out the best strategic ways to manage high volume velocity and measure it against quantitative means on what is the best fit for the consumers products that are moving along very fast in current modules.

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

It is easy to digest and look up. User friendly!

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I didn't necessarily dislike it, I was just using two different analytics systems and I didnt need both.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking at the progression of traffic on our site and sales.

  ### 47. Adobe Analytics

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

All the analytics and information that we can get out of this platform. Also I like very much workspace.

The non simplicity. It is too difficult to learn on how to use it.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The performance of the digital campaigns, the visits, the companies that visit our websites.

  ### 48. Great product

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

I like how smooth it runs for the most part

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

I don’t like that it crashes from time to time

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

N/A

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me organize and makes me realize how much I can get done

  ### 49. Good but can be made better

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parveen B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

It gives detailed information and you can access reports in details.
Once you know the software, it is easy to use, track the activity.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Dashboard is not good, should be improved!!
It takes time to learn in the beginning.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

It is good for large organizations. It's useful for small organization as well but cost is an issue, so, may not be cost effective for the small organizations. All in all, a good tool and can fit to multiple scenarios.

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is used across the whole organization. Various departments use it for different purposes

  ### 50. Good solid platform but a little hard to adapt

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eesha M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?**

It's very automated and a little hard to get adapted with the system in a very quick time frame

**What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?**

Many hours spent creating the reports, some definitions that they have vs. what we think.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Analytics:**

Better ways to report out! More data dictionary - (why this means that, eVar explanation etc.)

**What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business in Analytics. Sharing non profit information looking at donations/sponsorships etc.

It's helpful in ways but in other ways, it can complicate things. Adobe Analytics does not translate data too well. (Ex. Visits vs. Occurrences, visits is a better metric than occurrences.
