"Great product and an even better team"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Adaptive Security has been excellent from day one. The product is intuitive, effective, and clearly built around real-world security needs rather than unnecessary complexity. What has stood out just as much is the team — easily one of the best sales and customer support experiences we’ve had with any software vendor. They are responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure we get value from the platform. Overall, we’ve been extremely happy with both the product and the company behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

NothingNothing significant so far. Our experience has been very positive across both the product and the team. If anything, I’d just like to see the platform continue expanding its capabilities as the threat landscape evolves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent onboarding, strong simulation depth, and an API growing quickly"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The smoothest vendor onboarding I have run in a while. Okta SCIM, SAML for both the admin and employee apps, Slack notifications, HRIS postback, and the Gmail phish alert button all went in without drama, and the help-centre docs were accurate enough to configure from directly.

The simulation data is a clear step up on our previous platform: per-user opened, clicked, credentials entered, reported, QR scanned, and deepfake played. Phish Triage auto-remediation is fast and reversible, which cut manual review load substantially, and the training library is broad, multi-language, and mapped to the frameworks we get audited on.

Creating content is very easy and customizable and the UI is very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

Honestly not much, and our one friction point says more about us than them. We are a fairly fringe case, a company that builds integration software wanting to drive its training platform from it, and the API is still early, so configuration stays in the portal and integrations poll rather than subscribe. It is expanding quickly, so I read that as sequencing more than a shortcoming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deepfake scenarios and easy custom content, no SCORM pain"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The AI focused content is what changed things for us. Training is genuinely engaging rather than a click-through tick box exercise, and being able to generate our own deepfakes makes the threat feel real. Building custom content grounded in our own resources and branding is finally easy, with no SCORM imports to wrestle with, which our previous provider made practically impossible. Our users actually volunteer positive feedback about the training, which almost never happens with security awareness content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

Very little. The main thing on my wishlist is broader API coverage. The current endpoints work, but more would let us integrate Adaptive properly into our own tooling and reporting rather than treating it as a separate system. I understand this is on the roadmap, so it feels more like waiting than a real complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, startup-friendly security learning with AI-assisted course creation"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Adaptive makes course creation easy with AI, and the training content is current and modern, especially around AI and security. The platform is intuitive to use, and the phishing triage capabilities for email threats add practical value. It is especially helpful for startups because it simplifies course creation and management. The seamless Rippling and Drata integrations also make onboarding and compliance workflows easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I have not encountered any major issues so far. Additional reporting customization, more granular reporting filters, and further minor navigation refinements would be helpful as our program grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Modern UI with Engaging Training Content, & Powerful Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The platform is easy to use and has a modern user interface, and the support articles are genuinely helpful. Right out of the box, you get a substantial catalog of polished, ready-made training content that covers everything from phishing fundamentals to newer AI-powered social engineering threats. The production quality is engaging—the kind of content employees actually finish, rather than just clicking through. Great integrations capabilities offered. Development team takes feedback requests and actually implements them or considers. Amazing built-in AI Persona feature for modern attack and threat creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

Navigation can be a little confusing and wish there was a "Help & Support" tab instead of the Help chat bot box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Clear Step Up: Engaging Training and Strong Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Moving to Adaptive from our previous vendor was a clear step up in platform quality and ease of use. The training content is modern and actually engaging. It covers AI powered threats like deepfakes and voice scams, not just the same phishing modules everyone has seen a dozen times. The reporting also gives me the visibility I need into where we stand without digging for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

Not much to complain about so far. I would like to see more options for benchmarking our results against industry peers so I can put our numbers in context. That would be a nice addition but it has not slowed us down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern UI, Innovative AI Features, and Fantastic Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

It has a modern UI and is easy to use. It also includes a lot of genuinely innovative features that I haven’t seen in other products. The whole team at Adaptive is cutting-edge when it comes to trying new things and rolling out training for new attack vectors, like deepfakes. Their use of AI to make the platform more effective and automated is something I haven’t seen in any other product before.

Also, their support has been fantastic since we signed with them almost a year and a half ago. You can always get someone to talk to. We get insights into new products, training on new products, and they regularly ask for feedback on how we like the products. Most importantly, our feedback is heard and integrated into the product.

Additionally, the level of integrations, at least for our use case, has no gaps. We can integrate all our HR systems, our identity providers, and supplement the system with information to tailor specifically fishing simulations and make them more targeted.

We haven't seen any performance issues with the platform as we scaled across our workforce. We are a medium-sized company, so I can't talk about large companies, but I wouldn't expect any issues there. Pricing is extremely good value for money, considering how much you pay per user and what you are getting in return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

While the platform is excellent, there are a couple of areas where we would like to see further development:

Deeper SIEM/SOAR Integration: To better streamline our incident response and security workflows, we would appreciate deeper, more native integration capabilities with existing SIEM and SOAR tools.

Granular Admin Access Controls: The administrative panel could be improved by introducing more granular, role-based access controls (RBAC). Having more precise control over admin permissions would make it easier to co-manage the platform across different internal teams safely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered, Customizable Training with Easy Setup and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Adaptive with AI assistance is very interesting and useful. The training modules and phishing simulations are customizable, which helps tailor the experience to our needs. The user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. It’s also easy to integrate and set up with other security platforms, and the overall functionality feels responsive. The pricing is acceptable, and the support team responds very well, making onboarding straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

It needs updates to a few functions. It doesn’t have the ability to provide a certificate after completing the training, and some features still need to be developed in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attentive Partner in Security Training"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I really like how Adaptive Security quickly develops and is attentive to our needs. The ability to rapidly put together campaigns using the latest threat intelligence and then create training content on top of that is a big plus for me. Their feature that allows me to export training content into a SCORM package for our learning management solution is super handy, enabling me to train employees really quickly. The setup was impressively quick, just two one-hour meetings. I also appreciate how fast they fix things, like when I provided feedback on a report, and they improved it within a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I once had a request for a report and it was in the platform within a week. I’ve never found something I disliked that they haven’t solved for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Intuitive Platform That Makes Phishing and Training Easy to Manage"
5/5
Describe the project or task Adaptive Security helped with:

N/A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

To be honest, I wasn’t looking to rip and replace our human risk tool, but I was unhappy enough with our old one that I took a cold call from Adaptive. It turned out to be a good move. I handled the contract and still manage the platform day to day, and I’ve been really pleased with how modern and intuitive the interface feels. The scenario catalog is constantly updated, and the sheer size of the vendor catalog makes it easy to tailor our phishing and training campaigns to what we actually need. Administering the system is a breeze. Whether I’m scheduling a one-time test or setting up recurring training, it’s straightforward to manage and it genuinely keeps employees engaged. Overall, I finally feel like I have a solid read on our internal human risk posture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
