They will listen to your needs and respond appropriately. They have not disappeared after the sale, but have stayed fully engaged as we work out the kinks.

Adaptive is new and innovative and that means we've experienced more bugs than you would get in a more mature system. If you can be tolerant of that, they'll fix things incredibly quickly for you.
