The show covers the latest security issues and keeps its content up to date. Most episodes are highly relevant, and I find them both entertaining and funny. The acting is impressive, which helps make the series very engaging. In fact, it achieves about 90% engagement within my company. People do not need to be reminded often to do the training. At times, the episodes focus heavily on the US, which means they don't always relate to my company. Certain topics also aren't relevant for every staff member. Additionally, some of the humor can be difficult for our non-native English speaking employees to understand. The Ninjio platform is an easy to use tool, delivered through an engaging format that educates and challenges our employees with timely security topics that are crucial to their cyber security awareness in and out of the work environment. The timeliness of the topics covered in the monthly trainings is extremely important as it enables our employees to quickly relate the training to topics they have recently read about, and through this they gain greater clarity over the issue how it occured. In all honesty there is nothing I do not like about Ninjio; the platform continues to be content rich, easy to utilize, tailor to our needs, and deploy to our team; the platform has engaged our employees and enabled them to develop better cyber habits. In a world of terrible training, NINJIO is fresh, relevant, and completable in a short time each month. We get excellent feedback from users and results from the training. Over the years, NINJIO still struggles from the platform side. It is incredibly cumbersome and hard to use. I have been through 3 platform releases, and each one gets better and worse at the same time. They desperately need to revamp everything and create a more usable platform. Fortunately, you don't have to be in it that often, so it doesn't overshadow how good it is that much. Also, if I was just rating support, I would give them a 3. NINJIO continues to deliver short, engaging episodes that make security training easy for employees to absorb and apply in both their work and personal lives. The use of real cyber incidents keeps the content relevant and helps our team understand how these scenarios unfold in the real world.

A notable improvement this year is the addition of personal portals. This change has made it easier for users to access released episodes on demand and see which trainings they still need to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One aspect I’m less enthusiastic about is the leaderboard feature. While I understand its purpose in driving engagement, I’ve noticed that the rankings don’t shift very often. Our top participant has held the same spot since we introduced the platform in 2023. As a result, it doesn’t feel as dynamic as it could Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If the purpose of IT security awareness is to ultimately reduce human error in the processes of protecting sensitive data and fostering a strong security culture by educating users about cyber threats and best practices, then NINJIO accomplishes this. Our IT Security Team has noticed a substantial increase in user-reported potential threats. Their overall vigilance has become objectively higher since its implementation. The backend management can be somewhat clunky and non-intuitive. Being asked to confirm nearly every action one takes can get tiresome. The tools used to create, monitor, and report on past/current training and phishing campaigns are overly complicated or again, non-intuitive. Having to send up a support request for simple campaign creation or troubleshooting slows down our ability to interact with the system beyond its most foundational levels. The NINJIO platform is a convenient and cost-effective platform for cybersecurity awareness. The content is both educational and entertaining, which encourages participating and recall. When combined with their phishing simulation platform, it becomes something quite useful for small business who can't afford to create their own content or purchase some of the more advanced cybersecurity awareness platforms. In addition, their customer service and support department is quite responsive and knowledgable. The admin user interface is not very well designed. Often I have to perform multiple clicks to accomplish what should take 1 click. Also, while they have made improvements to the dashboard for users that show the training they need to perform, it still does not show all trainings completed, along with completion dates. What works great for our team is that you can watch at the videos at anytime and if our sales team should have to stop a video or timne out of one to helpo with a customer, I can resend the training videos as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From a user's perspective, the episodes are consistently engaging. Ninjio excels at capturing and maintaining your attention throughout each episode.

As an admin, I find managing users, as well as creating and deploying episodes, to be very straightforward.

From an Admin point of view, I would like to see:

Ability to set up recurring episodes, currently I have to set each month's episodes up manually.

Our organization uses Ninjio training for security and privacy education.

The training is very helpful in educating employees through engaging content.

Their animations and teachable takeaways make learning easy and memorable. At the end of each training, we receive a teachable takeaway summary.

Sometimes, there is also a quiz to reinforce what we learned. And it offers a variety of training videos covering different types of security and privacy topics.
