## 15Five Reviews
 ### 1. The 15Five excellent is the best way to get feedback from your employees!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra P. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love that my team uses 15five every week. It allows each team member to see their own "pulse" as well as their workload, creates a list of top priorities, discusses any difficulties they have encountered, and shares personal and professional triumphs. 155 also requires me as an individual to evaluate how I am meeting my professional obligations. As a team player, it provides a place for open discussion about progress and emotions with teammates. Finally, from a management perspective, I can see what subordinates are focusing on so that I can adapt the questions asked to assess performance in crucial areas accurately.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

What I wouldn't say I like about 15Five is that some of the questions are challenging to answer. Additionally, the High Five option can feel unoriginal at times. Last but not least, we have yet to reach the Objectives section, and several staff members are having difficulty understanding this section's format and submission requirements. A real-world case study would be beneficial in these instances

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five I am currently monitoring the progress made toward organizational objectives is feeling overwhelmed by my day-to-day commitments. Continuous Performance Management helps me recall and prioritize my long-term professional and personal goals.

 ### 2. Good for performance review and keeping your employees engaged

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2023

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

It is easy to use
It has clear directions of how to reach for what you are looking
It is easy to incorporate into your organisation

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Lack of customer support. You have to do all f it yourself they have few webinars but nothing on the individual front to get it sorted

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To manage the performance review cycle and keep the data available till the next review. 15five manages both the things

**Official Response from Melina Glackin:**

> Thank you for your response! I appreciate your feedback about the support. We're constantly working on ways to improve our customer experience and ensure our onboarding is clear, so I'll be sure to share this with our product team. In the meantime, please reach out to our support team if you need anything: support@15five.com

 ### 3. Great application!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allan H. | Senior Manager - Customer Service Site Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like how 15Five facilitates communication between companies and workers about work progress. What I like best is that it helps me feel appreciated as an employee because my supervisor makes an effort to communicate with me frequently. Thanks to this application, my supervisor can track my development and provide me with consistent feedback, which employees often complain about the lack of in past workplaces. Although these dialogues may be challenging for managers to traverse, I'm happy with how simple 15Five makes it for all parties involved.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I wouldn't say I like that no one showed me how to use 15Five and that I have not received formal training on maximizing its benefits. The 1to1 field was recently altered, which means my supervisor must take note of my efforts and provide direction for me to continue improving.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five is an excellent tool for resolving corporate difficulties. It allows you to lay out particular tasks and outcomes for the plan. I can discuss issues in front of my supervisor and obtain rapid response and direction.

 ### 4. Great product to manage organizational goals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Pablo A. | Associate Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15 five is a very effective product for tracking personal and organizational objectives in a company. In my personal experience, it has helped me track my personal goals weekly and establish clear objectives aligned with the organizational goals; this last function seems to me quite valuable. It is beneficial in the long term since, at the end of some established period, it is clear what the performance of each person in the organization was, 15five can measure the team's effectiveness. It also manages various roles, giving transparency to each team's objectives without interrupting others' team goals. Overall it's a pretty good experience, and the interface is friendly and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Can´t say I dislike much about it much, maybe if there was some way to enhance reporting features and the status of the organizational goals it will improve user experience effectively.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking organizational goals, tracking personal goals, help align teams' objectives and make them transparent to all teams. Business performance has increased by using 15 five by solving the items mentioned.

 ### 5. 15Five: It's astonishing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela M. | Marketing Excellence Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

What I like best about 15Five is the survey's thoughtfulness and brevity, which contributed to its high response rate. By drilling down on information about managers, job types, etc., our managers are able to personalize their coaching sessions to complement the most important areas for their respective teams. By sending out surveys on a regular basis, we can monitor trends in a variety of areas and identify potential trouble spots as they emerge.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There are a few things I don't like about 15Five. One is that it doesn't integrate well with other services like Slack. Another is that it can be hard to keep track of your goals and stay motivated if you're not constantly reminded of why they matter to you. It would be helpful if there were some way for you to remind yourself (e.g., through a Slack bot) so that you wouldn't forget to check in on your goals each week

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five problem is that we have a system in place to monitor the weekly activities of our employees, but it is much simpler to overburden anyone. It is easy for me to see how they rank work on a scale of one to ten, so that I do not overload them.

 ### 6. 15Five: A company that produces superior goods.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke B. | Senior Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The company's ability to monitor employee output and morale is unrivaled, making it an invaluable tool for any business. 15Five's ability to set and track goals and survey employees' sentiments provides businesses with a wealth of information that would otherwise be unavailable. Additionally, the forum provided by 15Five gives employees a chance to support one another and offer support - something that is essential in any work environment. Finally, the unbiased perspective on how employees perceive their performance is precious for companies looking to improve their workplace culture.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There are a few key things that I think 15Five could improve upon. One is that the weekly requirement to fill out the form can be annoying for some employees. I suggest that managers be more responsible for getting the most benefit from this system. Additionally, it would be great if there was less of a focus on baseball metaphors and more on management techniques.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team and I are using 15Five to help us learn how to better communicate business goals. Our Managing Director is particularly interested in this area, so we hope that we can more effectively contribute to the company by improving our skills in this area.

 ### 7. Great product for employee engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like its intuitive interface, and types of solutions it includes.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Support is a little bit slow, I had a couple of questions during onboarding and spent some time to figure them out myself.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OKRs and employee engagement. Plus performance management.

**Official Response from Melina Glackin:**

> Hi there, thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback as we continue to grow our company and product. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our support team, but that's an area that we are constantly working to improve. I'll make sure your feedback is shared with the team!

 ### 8. Indeed astounding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terrance R. | Human Resources Manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like 15Five's ease of having regular conversations about employee performance. It's not just limited to that! My manager communicates with me frequently, which makes me feel valued as an employee. This allows my manager to provide consistent feedback and keep me focused on my objectives. I've been dissatisfied with previous employment situations because of constant negative feedback. These types of discussions are challenging for managers to navigate, so I truly value how simple 15Five makes them.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I wouldn't say I like that there is no formal training on using 15five to its total capacity. I also think that the 1to1 field should be updated so that employees can receive acknowledgment for their contributions and coaching from their managers.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that 15Five has performed exceptionally well in resolving business concerns is that my supervisor and I can have an open discussion about the issues, and I can receive immediate feedback and suggestions. This method facilitates the specification of actionable steps and desired outcomes.

 ### 9. Wonderful way to connect with staff and team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2023

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

We are able to better understand the needs and temperment of staff. Some people are better communicating their feelings by typing them out.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I wish there were a larger question base for the random/getting to know you questions.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needs/wants of staff. Staff feels heard and appreciated weekly now.

**Official Response from Melina Glackin:**

> Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback as we continue to grow our platform.

 ### 10. Monitoring goals and team engagement.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth P. L. | Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives, Civil Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five enables the monitoring of team goals, resulting in gradual improvements and adjustments. An excellent way to keep managers informed of your progress. The weekly review ensures that you continue to make progress toward your personal and professional goals. It's a fantastic way to make everyone in an organization feel valued and contribute to its future success. Our company makes it possible for feedback to be shared with management and even escalated so that everyone has a voice and can monitor the implementation of their suggestions. 15Five's capability to monitor system-wide objectives is also a plus. It can be challenging to keep up with annual advancements. The supervisor

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I want more flexibility in answering specific questions. There must be a more efficient method for monitoring one-on-one meetings between employees and supervisors. Establish specific, attainable objectives. Ensure that you create meeting templates as well.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With 15Five, we are maintaining team engagement and accountability in business development. Using HighFives to recognize and compliment the efforts of our colleagues on other teams has proven to be highly beneficial. It is also convenient that supervisors can monitor employees' progress.

 ### 11. 15Five a simple and innovative device

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** London E. | GPO Online Learning Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like that 15Five is a centralized place where I can record my weekly assignments, objectives, and mental states. It's convenient to have a single location for this information so that I can review my progress on a particular project or in my present position. Additionally, it's reassuring to know that I can talk to my employer about any problems I'm having with a project and receive suggestions for improvement and any support that may be required.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There is not one aspect of the 15Five service that I don't like. As the study's title implies, the strategies that it seeks to teach managers are fundamental management competencies. Managers would not require apps like 15Five if they were naturally better at showing these methods and putting their staff first.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five appears to be designed to help employees and managers identify patterns in self-evaluations and to help everyone involved see an employee's strengths and areas for improvement.

 ### 12. Extremely user-friendly and comprehensive reports

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie M. | Business Operations Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The best thing about 15Five is that it's swift and easy to use. You can rate and comment on your work experience for the week, which helps you save time and keep track of your progress. This tracking tool is great for ensuring that you're heading in the right direction. Furthermore, I think it allows others to recognize your accomplishments more easily.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

What I wouldn't say I like about 15Five is that it's difficult to create new objectives or connect to parent objectives in the objectives section. Also, even though some tasks are more critical than others, they're all treated equally when updating the status of a goal.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five is a tool that allows us to ask people about their health, concerns, upcoming plans, and needs. However, we often find ourselves using it for other purposes as well.

 ### 13. 15Five Collaboration and group work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer E. | Digital Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The best thing about using 15Five for continuous performance management is its clear and concise communication. I can track my progress, see where improvements need to be made, and report back to my supervisors in a way that is both meaningful and productive. We have open conversations about how I can improve as an employee, which leads to a greater sense of satisfaction on both sides.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about 15Five! Sometimes I find the interface to be a little challenging to use. The only potential improvement would be to make every question optional. I wasn't planning on writing anything for this assignment, but I felt compelled to at least give it a try.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five consistent goal-setting feature is causing problems for some users because it doesn't provide enough feedback or allow employees to see their progress quickly.

 ### 14. The most effective way to provide feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hazal O. | Digital Marketing & Media Jr. Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

In 15Five, I like the improved workflow the best. I think that both employees and supervisors will value it. The standard approach to performance evaluations is unrealistic for high-growth, fast-moving startups. They are often reduced to a mere formality because of the faster evolution caused by unique driving elements. However, with 15Fives' simple and collaborative approach, modern professionals are more likely to provide positive comments.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Employees have limited access to their comments when they select grades or criteria, which is not the best way to coerce honest feedback. Employees who wish to be terminated can input their requests into the system, counteracting the issues that 15Five was created to solve.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five exposes hidden challenges in the workplace, which is the single most significant improvement. While not all questions each week are actively investigated, they can all be illuminating if discussed.

 ### 15. Better engagement between team members and leaders.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The engagement between employees and managers that this software fosters is phenomenal. New employees can immediately begin using 15Five without extensive training or familiarity with the system. Administrators have a simple time setting up reviews, and our teams frequently use the "High Five" function to recognize a job well done. As a result of these weekly check-ins, our one-on-one meetings are now centered on human connection and problem-solving and are significantly more productive. The question pool provides invaluable insight into how the managers can better support our team using our resources.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Instead of using the 15Five templates, it would be ideal if the questions could be modified to reflect better our company's core values and methods of operation. If we were to create our templates, we might slightly deviate from OKRs.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using "High Five" features, which are a form of gamification, our teams increased engagement. Our employees highly value this feature, and it means a great deal to us that we can provide it. 15Five uses one-on-one meetings and pulse surveys to maintain communication between managers and employees.

 ### 16. Identifying issues and difficulties in teams.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carissa D. | HR Business Partner ll, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

If you cannot meet personally with your employees every week, 15Five is an excellent way to monitor their progress toward their goals and receive feedback on any issues they may be facing. The questions will assist you in identifying areas of concern that you can address on your own. If you manage a large team or work in a fast-paced office, 15Five is an indispensable tool. Weekly check-ins are beneficial because they document the dialogue between managers and their teams. As a human resources professional, it is beneficial to know that previous months' reviews and achievements are archived for easy access by managers and their teams. Also, it ensures that all parties are on the same page and communicate consistently.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It is easy for employees to become bored with repetitive questions or to view answering them as an additional administrative burden.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping abreast of the difficulties your employees face weekly or even daily is especially beneficial in a human resources setting. I appreciate that my colleagues and I can identify issues and concerns. It is in the company's best interest to address these issues immediately.

 ### 17. "High-fives" encourage employee engagement and positively impact our performance.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma Y. | Credit Sales & Trading, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five is appealing because it provides personal performance metrics and team-wide praise. We more easily combine healthy routines and milestones into our team culture. We use it in integration with Slack to publicly recognize the efforts of our coworkers. It's an excellent way to support one another in an informal setting.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It is costly to use 15Five to monitor employee performance when many businesses already use free or low-cost solutions.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team's culture and leadership have improved due to 15Five. Users are encouraged to high-five one another, which boosts morale and makes the workplace a more pleasant environment for everyone.

 ### 18. Great software tool that offers so many uses for employee engagement!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

There are so many uses for 15Five! Some of my favorite uses are the weekly check-in tool to view the pulse of the company and the career hub - where you can learn more about your employees. It also has a feature to give shout-outs to employees that are going above and beyond!

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The only thing I'm not too fond of about 15Five is on the Career Hub you have to upload career maps in a specific file format and cannot simply upload a PDF of the map.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving goals for performance reviews, weekly check-ins, reporting, and furthering career information for hires.

 ### 19. Excellent performance management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aanchal S. | Market Research Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five is a unique tool that allows me to have more productive team meetings. Rather than wasting time reviewing the status of deliverables, I can spend time praising accomplishments, coaching productivity, and addressing obstacles. 15Five is a common and cordial way for coworkers to express their gratitude for one another - which ultimately builds morale and creates a better work environment.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I cannot think of any disadvantages, although I would prefer that the calendar be more readable so that I can schedule my week.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five is benefiting me by allowing me to see my week laid out in front of me. 15Five will enable me to devote my full attention to the required activities. I am also aware of the topics my supervisor plans to discuss before our meeting, which makes meetings significantly more productive now.

 ### 20. Really like the platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

1:1 meeting templates and High Fives are cool

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There's a lot of text in the product to read through.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping managers and employees communicate on more high-value topics weekly, and tie those to company results.

**Official Response from Melina Glackin:**

> Thank you for your five star review! We really appreciate your feedback. I'll make sure our product team gets your note about the amount of text in the product. We're always looking for ways to improve!

 ### 21. Excellent Customer Experience & Excellent Results!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy G. | HR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

we implemented 15five about 6 months ago and have had the opportunity to use most features. Our biggest win in the first 6 months has been creating a continuous feedback loop with check-in's and 1:1's. The commitment from both employees and managers is minimal and buy-in has been great! If you are looking for a software to help visualize OKR's and create constant communication, look no further!

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The survey tool, Emplify which lives in 15five is not as robust as I would like but I believe the tool will improve as 15five does a great job of listening to their clients needs!

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15five allows the entire company to track and report on progress while creating a continuous and documented feedback loop. We are solving problems with transparency, communication and expectation setting by using 15five. great engagement tool!

**Official Response from Melina Glackin:**

> Thank you for your review, Amy! We're happy to hear that 15Five has been helpful for your company. Your feedback on our survey tool is helpful and I'll be sure to pass your thoughts on to our product team who is continuously working to improve our features.

 ### 22. Amazing Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gemma M. | People & Culture Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love, how easy the platform is to use. Super simple to pull data from it and clear to understand.
Building your own templates (for reviews, engagement surveys, etc) are great for us to tailor to the language we use at Sonovate!
The support team are amazing, so quick to respond and also give you guides, clips or screen shots of what they are describing.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I only have a couple of things that I dislike, when you are creating a template for an engagement survey you can only have the Themes that are provided by 15five rather than getting to create your own.
The other is that the additional Manager for an individual can only see the Best Sefl Review, rather than having the same access as the primary Manager.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

I would highly recommend 15Five to anyone looking for a performance platform. You have to integrate the change with great communication and the purpose and take people on a journey. It's a simple tool but highly effective. Great for planning objectives and supporting managers to get the best from their teams.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel that 15five has really supported us to have open and honest conversations with employees. We are celebrating each other more with high fives. Probation reviews are easily tracked and reviewed.

 ### 23. Best System for Engaging Your Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Executive Assistant / Culture Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love how easy the system is to use. And you don't have to implement everything at once for it to be impactful. We started with just check-ins and 1:1. Then added reviews and will soon be implementing Goals.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Honestly, nothing. Lots of great features. There was a challenge with how our team does reviews and how it was set up in 15Five. When I reached out to discuss, it was already a part of their next update that was rolling out a week later.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using 15Five as a way to have more meaningful 1:1's. We also have many team members digging into the Career Hub portion as we are working to develop our team more and more.

 ### 24. Great tool to connect managers and team members

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Weekly check-in's: these weekly forms provide a good way to keep managers informed about their team's successes, challenges, and needs. I've been impressed as both a manager and a team member with how helpful this is for team cohesion and for manager connectedness!

Also really appreciate the options for privacy; any questions can be marked to share with only your manager, so you can have confidential discussions in the middle of otherwise-shared check-in's.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Ongoing discussions can be stilted due to the delay between when we enter items in 15Five and when email notifications are sent out. For anyone who is having an ongoing discussion related to 15Five tools, I would recommend moving to email, or keeping 15Five open.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Connectedness between team members and leaders
- Team cohesion for goals and commitments (OKR's)
- Ensuring efficiency during one-on-one meetings between managers and team members (established agendas via 15Five have been key for us in this area!)

 ### 25. Easy to setup and manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reema M. | People Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five is very intuitive and everyday employees can figure it out without prior 15Five experience can understand it easily. We love the engagement the software brings, between employees and managers. Review setup process is very easy from the admins side, and our teams love the High Five features.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I wish the question templated could be tailored more to address the culture and style of our company instead of following the 15Five templates. We would steer slightly away from OKR's while developing our own templates.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better engagement through High fives. Our employees love that feature and a little appreciation goes a long way.
Ensuring managers and employees stay in touch and connect through 1 on 1's and pulse checks.

 ### 26. Great for Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlie M. | Technical Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The ability to track products across teams to provide incremental improvements and changes over time. It is a great tool to update managers of your individual progress. It keeps you accountable throughout the week to make sure you are on track with your own goals and the goals of the company. I think it is also a great tool for making an organization more flat and feeling like an individual has a say in the progress and success of a company. In our company, feedback is made available to higher ups, and can even be pushed up the ranks to the highest levels, so that everyone in the organization can be heard and feel like they are making a difference. I also like that you can track wider goals within 15Five. Year long progress is sometimes difficult to keep track of. But with 15Five, it makes these goals attainable, trackable and reachable. The manager and employee are able to track the progress of these long term goals.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There isn't too much I dislike about 15Five. I think that some of the questions are a little ridged and would like a little more flexibility. I think there might be a better way to track 1:1 meetings between an employee and a manager.Maybe make specific goals. Create templates for these meetups as well.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

Use it early in your product development

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our team accountable and involved in the entire lifecycle of the products they work on.

 ### 27. Incredible Product, Great feedback!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan F. | VP of People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2017

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Aside from the service we receive from the folks at 15Five, we receive such great feedback from the tool. It helps engage our teams and keeps the company informed of goals, recognition and team alignment

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

waiting for the performance management piece to complete the effectiveness of the whole tool

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having a hard time keeping all of our staff informed of what the goals and priorities were as an organization, additionally we wanted everyone to be able to have insight into what others were working on so they could collaborate, lastly we wanted a way for peer recognition to be out in the open.

 ### 28. Great Way to Keep Yourself On Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan F. | Content Writer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like that I can report, once a week, how well my week went and what I got done. This makes it easy to see what I need to do in the next week if I wasn't able to finish everything, and to make sure my supervisor knows where I am on various projects.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I don't like that certain redundant questions are required, like what other departments I'd like to work more with. This question doesn't always make sense for me and there are only so many departments in our company.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

I can't speak to this as an administrator, but as a user, the program works well. If you're a user, ask your supervisor to go over it with you when they first implement it.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15five makes it easy to keep track of my work and to make sure my supervisor knows I'm getting everything done. And, if I can't get everything done, I can make sure he understands why. Usually, this is because another task was more time consuming than we expected.

 ### 29. Global VP of People

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara D. | Global Vice President of People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The continual and quick ability to update both employees and managers on what is going on. Love the Check in's and the quick pulse. You can see so quickly if there is a problem to address.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The standard questions for check in's are repetitive. That said, it is easy to fix. You can customize and modify the questions asked.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure our employees are being heard and feedback both ways is easy to achieve. The pulse scores are a great indicator of issues that need addressing. We can quickly reach out to employees who may need assistance.

 ### 30. Better than just reflecting on my work in private

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin B. | Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2020

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I can easily share my reflections with my boss and am notified when he reviews them each week

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I cannot customize how I view my data. It would be great if I had more control over the dashboard experience, in order to make it more useful in my day-to-day planning. I find that action items from 1-on-1s can get lost too easily.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've become much more transparent with my manager about how I feel about my work and professional development. I was already in the habit of doing a weekly review, reflecting on my work and progress toward professional goals, however, those thoughts rarely became available to my manager unless I chose to raise them in a 1-on-1. With 15Five, there is a structure for me to think about my week, share my perspective, and know without a doubt that my manager will be in the loop. In fact, we are using these reflections as the basis for our weekly 1-on-1s, and 15Five supports that seamlessly. Finally, as a remote employee, it can sometimes be difficult to feel the sort of connection I had when I worked in an office and could sit across the table from my manager to talk. 15Five has greatly helped in this regard.

 ### 31. Team booster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kavya P. | Technical Solutions Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

A centralized place to track down all your progress, 1:1 notes, lets us set personal objectives and goals for self-development
It lets us communicate weekly surveys, and helps management keep a track of employee and team health
High-fives are the best and keep the overall team-spirit high.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Nothing as such, most of the features are cool

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five gives an overall view of employee performance, goals, and objectives in one place.
Weekly check-ins keep the management updated about the overall team health

 ### 32. 15Five - Fabulous tool to grow your Staff teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love many things about 15Five.
I like the HighFive feature in which we can validate and edify our team members. This creates a sense of community and unity.
I also like the 1 on 1 section. I use it all the time with my staff. I can add my talking points and they can also add theirs which makes it so easy for all of us.
I also like the fact that on my 15Five reports, I can attach pictures to my points.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I'm not sure if I dislike anything at this time. I'm very pleased and love 15Five.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

15Five is an amazing tool that helps our Staff team grow and achieve our Objectives together. We benefit from this tool as we can see each week our progressing. It also helps us keep "on track" and focus on our goals. LOVE this tool!

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a team we set objectives/goals and keep each other accountable in meeting these objectives.

The benefits are tangible as we see the progress each week by marking "on track", etc.

 ### 33. Comprehensive, helpful, timely tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassie H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2020

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five allows me to track my priorities and weekly tasks in one place; to see how my weekly tasks feed into my longer-term objectives, all while keeping my manager in the loop. I love that I can create a 1:1 template from my 15Five, and that we can both add to it. So easy to stay on the same page, and for nothing to get lost!

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I wish more of our staff used the objectives.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HighFives have been a great way to thank & encourage coworkers on other teams, as well as see what they're working on. Also, again - the fact that my manager can check on my progress at any time is helpful.

 ### 34. Team Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela M. | Supervisor, E-Learning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2017

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I can express my feelings about my job and also acknowledge the work of my colleagues and stay connected with the company.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It's not part of my organization directly, I've only experienced it through our parent company.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

This is great if you want your global company to stay connected and have employees be acknowledged for their work.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team management, recognition and employee sentiment.

 ### 35. Great way to document progress and milestones!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love that I'm held accountable to documenting my accomplishments and areas for improvement. This is significant come time for performance reviews as I have all of that communication clearly documented to refer back to. It also integrates into Slack so I get friendly reminders if I hve anything due.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I wish it automatically synced to my holidays in Google calendar so that if I was off on a Friday it would know to skip that weeks check in. Right now I just add that vacation day manually.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation for performance review.
Keeping track of questions that come up throughout the week for a more meaningful one on one with my manager.
Staying connected with my peers on our hard work and celebrations of that work.

 ### 36. Used Every Week - Very Helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2019

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five allows me to do so much every week. First of all, it's a great way for me to stay connected with my supervisor (and even my peers!). Every week, I'm able to submit a report that lets my supervisor know how that week went (the good, the bad, and everything else). This then gets reviewed by my supervisor so she's in the loop of everything. Second, 15Five allows us to schedule 1-on-1 meetings and jot down any talking points we might have for each other. This is super helpful for me because it eliminates any unnecessary silences during meetings when you have talking points already waiting for you to discuss. Additionally, you can add notes for the particular meeting and share it with the participants afterwards. Finally, it's also a great way of recognizing your peers by giving them "High-Fives".

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

If I could think of anything that I dislike about 15Five is that sometimes it might not save the current weekly report that you are working on. It may be a glitch or perhaps even user error, but there are times (especially when I first started using it) when it doesn't save my current review. It's a bit of a hassle having to start over again, but this rarely happens though.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

I highly recommend using 15Five. It helps organize your thoughts for meetings and reviews. It also helps you stay connected with your management so that they are aware of how you're feeling and how you did in the past week/month/year.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five allows me to stay connected with my supervisor and the rest of the team. I see it as a tool to organize/jot down thoughts and even give/receive recognition when it's needed. It's also a great way to keep meetings and reviews organized and laid out.

 ### 37. 15Five has helped me stay connected to my supervisor.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2020

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

It's great to have a place where I can organize and document my weekly goals. It helps me define my focus and gives visibility to my supervisor so they know my plans and how I will execute on them. It's also a great resource for annual reviews as well as providing feedback on how to improve team output.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Nothing I dislike...I'd like to learn how to best use the tool more.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to provide more clarity regarding my operational output to my supervisor. I'm able to request assistance and give line of sight on where I need to have access to more resources.

 ### 38. It gets the job done

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2020

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Fairly easy to use.

Large variety of questions, with the possibility to escalade it.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Objective / Key results are a bit fuzzy and not that easy to use.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make manager / employee talks more fluids.

Make it possible for top level management to have some feedback from the ground.

 ### 39. Great System for Employees to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I find 15Five very helpful for employees (me) to keep track of assignments, follow-up, etc. I don't even realize all the things I've worked on every week until I do my check in. It allows me to look back and see what new skills and things I have learned.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I don't like the question "what went well this week." It shouldn't be mandatory. Each week honestly feels the same, so I feel forced to answer in a generic way.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps me on top of all my assignments, and all the things on the backburner are not forgotten. I feel accomplished, and it actually makes me think about my personal wellbeing (when answering the first question of how I felt overall this week).

 ### 40. The single best software platform to help us navigate remote team dynamics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cal A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The weekly check-ins have allowed us to transform our one on one meetings to be more meaningful and focused on human interaction / problem solving. The bank of rotating questions is giving us incredible insight into how we can help our team as leaders.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Some of the review features are a little clunky - for example the distribution of performance ratings graphics can look weird for smaller teams.
It would also be nice to integrate w/ common project management tools.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparent performance management process - we're able to do more with less.
Better accountability on weekly check-ins and less time spent on tracking status of to do's.

 ### 41. Open communication between managers and subordinates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel V. | Marketing & Business Development Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15five makes it easy for employes to communicate with their managers, set proper expectations, and provide feedback. It allows you to create goals for you, check in on your objectives, and provide feedback.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Because other employees can see your responses, there can be some hesitation to provide honest feedback with your weekly check-ins and update your goals appropriately.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool really helps management keep a pulse on their employees. Not only from a day-to-day standpoint but also knowing what each employee's goals correlate to their work at the company.

 ### 42. Great tool for busy managers to keep a good pulse on employee engagement and performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coty W. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2018

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

15Five gives you the ability to stay connected to employees goals and concerns on a weekly basis even if you are not able to connect with them personally. Through the questions, you are able to uncover issues that you can then address personally. Great tool for busy work environments and or managers managing large teams.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Questions can get repetitive or be treated as just another administrative chore for employees

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

It is worth it. use it

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to flag challenges and concerns. Especially in a consulting environment is good to be on top of the challenges your employees are facing on a weekly/daily basis. The sooner you address this challenges, the better for the business.

 ### 43. Robust Features, Clean Layout, Simple Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh S. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2020

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

It is a great place to check in weekly with your manager or people that you manage. Being able to add talking points for 1-on-1's has been great and the way that they handle OKR's is much smoother than previous software that I have used. The way that leaders are able to keep a pulse on each department has given us more insight into how everyone is feeling that week. These kinds of weekly spot checks can help management be more acutely aware of what is happening on the ground level.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

This may be something that is available but I don't know about it. When I am doing my 1-on-1 check-in I would like to keep the same priority from one week to the next without having to re-write it out. Other than this I do not have any dislikes.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

The weekly check-ins and ability for each party to add talking points for 1-on-1's will vastly improve your 1-on-1's. That is an area where a lot of frontline employees and midlevel managers know that they can improve and this is one way to bring marked improvement.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While working remotely, using 15five has been a great way to keep a pulse on teams and departments. The OKR solution has also helped to bring a much higher adoption rate and kept longterm goals at the forefront of everyone's mind. We started doing OKR's more than a year ago with a different platform but since moving to 15five I have utilized the feature much more frequently. The simplicity and the weekly reminder help me to stay on track and not fall behind. That was an issue that happened before, when you fall behind it is much easier to quit.

 ### 44. good tool for giving feedback

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2022

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Hi-five and having it visible to everyone however it was never integrated into MS teams so whenever someone would give positive feedback or encouragement we only saw it on the product and not mentioned in Teams

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Not much integration between it and teams. Reminders and who has given feedback weren't as visible as we would have liked. As we are very busy it would be good to get reminders to push giving feedback

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raising awareness of members who were upholding and acting the brand values. Positive feedback for teams is needed especially working in different countries and being remote

 ### 45. Fabulous software and even better team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bri A. | Manager, Customer Success (Key, Enterprise), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

The software is easy to use, and it enables me to be closer to my team (even those of us who are distributed and not seeing each other face to face), while staying on track and on agenda for our meetings. The 1-on-1 feature allows us to add items throughout the week up to the moment we're going to meet with our manager/team-member/employee, and it's become habit for us that anytime there's something we don't want to forget about - we add it to our 1-on-1 list. The check-in feature also allows us to cleanly and kindly ask our employees how they are doing, how we could improve as managers and as an organization and team, and allows us to get insights we never had before.

Second to the intelligent software, the customer success and customer service teams are really phenomenal. I would be lying if I said I hadn't thought about trying to recruit them for my own CS team... :) Shoutout to Jenna A, Ryan D, Kaelon, Courtney Y, Priscilla, Amanda I, and the COUNTLESS other wonderful people on their team.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Honestly, there is one TINY thing I don't love: When scheduling my 1-on-1's with my team, I can't bulk set my next 1:1 date across my team (I hold all my 1-on-1's on Mondays) and I have to do it individually. However, this is such an incredibly silly tiny thing, so it's probably clear to you there is VERY little I dislike. We have yet to truly take advantage of the Objectives and Key Results, but that's on our Q3/Q4 plan to dig in there more.

**Recommendations to others considering 15Five:**

Take advantage of their knowledge base!

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to keep our internal 1-on-1 meetings to a minimum while still providing the same (or more) value that we used to. We're also able to effectively check-in with our teams to make sure everyone is getting the support they need and deserve while identifying ways for our team and company to improve constantly. It's a game-changer.

 ### 46. A Review of 15Five

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love the weekly reminders to either update or complete tasks. I get so busy sometimes that I can sometimes forget the small things.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I don't dislike anything about 15five so far.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the big problems I'm solving, and this is a huge benefit, is that it's helping to keep me focused, especially when things get crazy.

 ### 47. 15Five Is A Company Must Have

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Having a place to monitor my team's feelings, accomplishments, feedback, and generating trends from those items on a weekly basis. It allows me to interact with my team in a supplemental way to our 1:1s and other correspondence.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

It's hard to find specific things from previous 15fives and you have to manually sift through the information

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee morale, feedback, challenges, wins -- all of those things are being communicated and allows me to quickly work through providing recommendations, insights and solutions to my team

 ### 48. Great tool to increase productivity for 1:1's

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2021

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I like that 15five has consistency with check-ins to continue scheduling and actionable deadlines from goals that were set. Our leadership team has found it especially effective to see how much our employees have actually accomplished since our last individual sync. A few of the features like shoutouts have been great for morale, sharing wins, and great accomplishments from our colleagues. It's an extremely intuitive tool with a simple onboarding process, if you are in need of a tool to track team satisfaction and manage individual meeting progress this will be a great tool for you.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I haven't seen a lot of visible downsides.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fast-growing team and a lot is changing in our workplace, we needed a way to keep track of how the team is feeling and a way to see what areas we still need to improve in terms of communication. It has been super helpful to keep our employees on top of goals set from our individual sessions.

 ### 49. Great experience! Easy and intuitive.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2019

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I had never used anything like 15Five before and it’s made my job more meaningful and had opened the door to many opportunities for honest and serious conversations with supervisors and peers alike. Keeps me in tune with the temperature of my team and helps me navigate conversations that wouldn't be had in other cases.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I feel like the platform has increased all that is possible to do. I used to have problems with not being able to see my admin's 15Five because she reported to two of us but that seems to have been worked out.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates space to have more face to face and relational conversations. It causes my team to dream and plan ahead more regularly

I love the weekly check-ins that document communication between leaders and their teams. As a people operations leader, I appreciate knowing that both managers and team members can reference back to feedback and milestones in prior months. It also ensures consistent communication, rather than relying solely on less frequent 1:1's and performance reviews.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The interface and navigation have been a little bit clunky in the past, but they seem to be improving in that area. The new version is much more intuitive and visually appealing.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are increasing communication and visibility between managers and teams, and we've seen leaders draw greater insights about their team members because of the questions asked each week. We've also seen employees use the "high-fives" feature to call out good work by their teammates.
