I find 15Five incredibly easy to use, which makes my tasks more straightforward and less time-consuming. Its interface is not only user-friendly but also aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the overall experience of managing OKRs and conducting performance reviews. This aspect of 15Five significantly contributes to keeping records of goals and reviews seamless, enabling us to maintain accountability and effective reporting within our team.
