Easy to use with smooth onboarding, integration and implementation. Helps with performance management by creating a consistent, structured system for tracking goals, giving feedback, and supporting employee and team project management, contributing to overall increased performance.

OKR features are a bit basic and lack deeper customisation.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting clear goals for individuals, teams and the company in one place allows for overall tracking of performance and users get to see the overall picture. This visual goal tracking and data provided helps managers to identify individual issues early on, and therefore they can deal with it immediately allowing for better performance.

15 Five is easy to use and it's more simple to handle and learn. It also made our work easy for providing resources and help to each member in company.

It's was not a easy transition and not have robustness and also not able to add some external software linking.

I really like the high 5 service that you were able to give to other employees, made you feel good rewarding someone but also recieving the high 5s.

I feel like it could be too overwhelming for smaller companies where some of the features are a bit too much

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

We have built a company wide OKR tied to our company wide average Pulse score.  It is an easy check of how the company is "feeling" from week to week, and over the last 2 years, I have found it to be accurate, important and super easy for the team to adopt and stay consistent in use.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

There isn't much. When managing multiple people and their 1:1's it can get a bit confusing which one you are in, and what are the actions that are needed to follow up with, but this is a newer feature we are using and I might just not know how to fully work it yet.  I have also not dealt with a lot of the reporting  (which it probably has), but seeing aggregated charts and data on the whole company would be helpful.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our main destination for keeping track of OKR's and our pulse score.  The weeky check-in helps us TREMENDOUSLY in feeling connected, as we are a 100% virtual company.

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

Set up of the product was very simple and the training modules are very helpful if you're upgrading or adding on additional features as you go.

At least one member of our team is in 15Five daily making it one of our most used tools.

The cadance with check-ins and 1-on-1s all being in one tool and not having to track everything manually has really helped to keep us organized and on track. Utilization is at an all time high and the reporting has aided in identifying areas of improvement.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I wish there was a live chat feature for customer support instead of needing to send an email and then await a response. I will say though, responses are typically very quick.

While the Best Self Reviews are absolutely a game changer, our organization does reviews based on anniversary date of our employees; which doesn't work as well within 15Five. It would be really nice to be able to combine results from various review cycles to get a bigger picture of the organization overall without needing to do a lot of manual labor.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially began using 15Five to measure employee engagement and ensure meaningful conversations between managers and employees via check-ins and 1-on-1s. Being able to keep an eye on our pulse scores and identify trends and outliers quickly has been exceptionally beneficial as we continuously work to strengthen our team and ensure our employees are engaged and excited about their positions.

We are also big fans of the performance management peice of 15Five. The ease of cusotmizing the tool to measure what is important to us as an organization is fantastic, and it has allowed us to streamline our annual compensation review process as well.

We've just started tracking objectives and key results via 15Five, and so far the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

I wish there was more help articles with a lot more detail. There are different ways to do the same thing in 15Five and I wish the help articles covered all solutions/alternatives.

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I most appreciate the robustness of 15five as a whole and the many options it provides organizations to better engage with their people. I can see how the different functions like High Fives, the Best Self Review, or even how the individual user profile is set up all align with a lot of the best practices we've seen for helping employees leverage their strengths and other key learnings in the HR field. 15five seems to have a solution for almost every aspect of performance management. It's a pretty straightforward platform to use in many aspects with some opportunities here and there for making things smoother.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

The sheer number of features baked into 15five can make onboarding a little overwhelming at first. You can't get your workforce to embrace every single tool within 15five so it's really up to your internal implementation team to determine which features to focus on and how to stagger the announcements and changes. There are some guides to get you started, but a bit more active support or maybe more video guides would have helped with our initial onboarding.

We mainly switched to 15five for more robust performance reviews and the combination of the Best Self Review and the approach to OKRs definitely helped in this area. But the bonus were all employee engagement functions through Check-ins and High Fives that we feel have strongly contributed to helping with engagement overall and have given leaders new insights into how their teams are doing.

I am a professional who works on mobile applications and have had lots of personal contact with 15Five. One area where the software really excels is in making everything organized. We use it so we can keep tabs on ourselves, to communicate. Especially now with projects that are really complicated and which need outside help.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

But the other side of the coin is that some things about 15Five need to improve. Also, the setting and tracking of career goals seems a bit jumbled. Objective confusion There is sometimes overlap or confusion in terms of the objectives and peer review process.

As far as solving problems is concerned, 15Five has been a godsend. This makes it easier to keep tabs on the team and brings our day-to-day efforts into one or two simple principles.

The ability for employees to have a weekly digital check-in on goals can be useful.

Poor customer service with devil-in-the-details fine print. If you so much as increase by one employee for one day, they'll shoot you an immediate bill. If you want to take a hiatus on services, they will issue absolutely no refund.

Overall, I really enjoy 15Five as a means to track OKRs, summarize my week and gain insight on my team's weeks, have a safe, open, but professional space to bring up issues and questions, and an intentional and organized management of one on ones. 15Five feels lighthearted and fun without being obnoxious or frivilous.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Sometimes the UX feels a bit clunky, and it can be slow to load on occation. I feel the OKR tracking mechanism could improve, as sometimes it feels complicated to submit them, edit them, and set them up.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five gathers most of our HR needs as a small business in once place. OKR tracking, one on one meetings, and team checkins are all managed here and have benefitted us as a growing team.

We simply couldn't do nearly as much for promoting employee engagement and developing our managers without 15Five as the core tool. Straight forward to use. Had all employees using it pretty much immediately.

May take a little bit to understand how to best use it if you are not familiar with basic HR development concepts - not a bad thing as the software teaches as you go.

Employee engagement, management, development and coaching can be very time-consuming. 15Five automates various aspects of these things so they can be performed in a much more efficient manner.

15Five offers an all-in-one product that is a dream for People Ops! The focus on continuous engagement, performance, and development and resources available to help build out your programs, are amazing!

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

When there is an urgent issue, it's difficult to get ahold of support because there is no phone number or way to indicate escalation when submitting an email ticket. I also wish there was a regular cadence that our account rep reached out to review strategy for the quarter, at least.

Offering employees and managers the tools to offer continuous feedback and performance management, in addition to having a way to measure engagement.

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love how easy and customizable the Checkin functionality is!  When we launched 15Five almost 6 years ago now, we started with Checkins and then expanded into 1-1s and then Performance Reviews.  It's been invaluable for our Leadership teams to understand where our people are at and have a platform that can scale with us as we grow!

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

They've added a lot of functinality and it doesn't always tie together or it's unclear if and when we get access.  I'd love to see more engagement between our team and 15Five to ensure we are using it the right way especially as they mature the product!

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

15Five provides regular pulse data on where our people are at and can quickly identify trends (good and bad) within the company so we can address.  It also makes it easier to stay on top of Performance Reviews and 1-1s.  Having one platform for everything is huge for us!

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

My entire company has fully adopted 15Five for weekly check-ins, 1:1's, pulse surveys, engagement surveys, quarterly reflections and talent assessments. It's very user friendly and relatively simple to configure. It's the only performance mgmt software I've implemented at an organization that I don't get complaints about, and that managers actually find helpful. The weekly check-ins are now an integral part of our company culture!

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

Only a few things come to mind: 
1) I wish 1:1's more closely resembled google docs (the current layout isn't the best/most intuitive, IMO. Although it works well enough..). There also isn't an easy way to see what was talked about in the last 1:1 unless you have two windows pulled up: one for the current 1:1 and one showing notes from the last one 
2) In some cases, I wish I could have spoken to a live person to get support. While their support team always responded to me, there were some instances I really could have used just a simple phone call. I never spoke to a single person live after I purchased the softare. There was no implementation process, just the help center and email support    
3) Last, while less important, I wish it was a little more customizable in some areas

It's a place for us to document and track performance, align on key priorities, share wins & ideas, appreciate each other, and work through challenges. Check-in's have been particulalry helpful in giving managers async updates into what their teams are working on each week and help coach them appropriately

Halfway decent capabilities around reporting although managing our annual performance review process through 15Five highlighted some of the lack of flexibilty around the software.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

On the renewal date we notified 15Five that our seat count was approx. 40% less than our prior plan due to recent layoffs. 15Five continued to try to charge us for the additional seats even though we tried to schedule a call with them prior to the renewal date to discuss. Clearly not a company that values long-term partnerships.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a platform that would allow increased communications between managers and employees and facilitated streamlined annual and semi-annual performance evaluations.

I think the best part of 15Five is the impact it has had on the openness and growth of our company. Honestly we don't use it that much, we usually just take notes on our own time because this is just another tool. I understand what you guys are trying to do with it but it is not required for the company to use this at all nor do many people use it for that reason. And until more people use this for a required reason it will probably stay that way

The pure fact that this is just another tool in the tech stack that I have to keep up with. There needs to be more engage throughout the whole team unfortunately, this just doesn't seem very genuine when you could just call someone and give them a verbal high five if that makes sense. Also the 1:1's are kind of useless on here, no one actually writes note or anything because what really needs to change is having nice charts with goals that we can complete every single day, at least from a pre-sale and post-sale perspective.

Honestly not saying that I would not recommend your software. But this is something that is really only needed for people that are working from home. Once we are back in the office, this will all change because face to face appreciation is way more effective than a post on some website. This is also the same thing for 1:1

There is zero support. The implementation is a series of videos, you never actually get to speak to real person. I followed up with my "implementation" person one time and she blew me off with a link to a help article. 
Help support is useless. It will take two or more days to get a response. The one time I actually got to schedule a Zoom call with a support person it took almost three weeks. Then while on the call it was painfully apparent the support person couldn't answer even the base questions I had. He insisted he would get the answers for me that day and I never heard from him again. The engagement survey tool is absolute garbage. It cannot even do base survey tool things like carve out surveys for certain teams and you cannot even preview a survey before it sends out. This is not their software apparently but a third party. The user experience of the survey is so poor and the support team is so untrained that we have opted to find another tool for this piece.

What's more, I'm now more accountable for timely submissions thanks to remarkably fast response times, and the instant visibility of High5s encourages even greater collaboration across departments. Of course, let's not forget that employers can assess each individual's progress against set targets, effectively helping us to improve ourselves whilst giving management a better understanding of how to allocate tasks accordingly, making for an incredibly rewarding workflow experience overall!

I dislike that 15Five does not have certain features to streamline the monitoring of goals and performance targets. Without defined milestones, measuring progress can become more complex as it requires both project descriptions with assigned values or multiple key performance indicators. To make it easier to understand the status of a goal, I think adding a checklist of completed tasks would be incredibly useful in this situation.

If you habitually complete your 15Fives every week, you will notice what wasn't completed. This can give you insights into improving procedures at a higher level.15Fifes is also a place where people feel comfortable being honest with each other and sharing ideas and information they may not feel comfortable sharing elsewhere.

One of the things I like best about 15Five is that it provides a safe environment for me to raise concerns to higher-ups. If I need to figure out how to approach the matter, I can always recommend it to 15five, and they'll present it in our one-on-one meeting. This also gives senior management a way of tracking our progress. The same goes for high fives and other expressions of positive feedback. This number simplifies the art of modest boasting! And what I enjoy most is that it gives us a low-threat means of communicating with our CEO and president about changes we believe would benefit morale, efficiency, etc. Based on the suggestions, preferences, and dislikes provided through 15Five, higher management has implemented observable and practical changes in both the workplace and the broader organization.

The only significant issue is that some items are stored in challenging locations. A few controls should be rearranged to make the product more user-friendly. Additionally, the vacation option, which is distinct from the reporting duties, may be placed in a more handy location.

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

High fives are great in 15Five because they help to stimulate our group. I value the high fives more now that I am frequently separated from the rest of my team by distance. Directly addressing certain team members saves time and keeps everyone on the same page regarding who must be reached out to and when. Sharing my progress and understanding what my peers are doing with management and other team members is something else I appreciate about this tool. Finally, being able to defer duties until the following week is another excellent practical perspective that 15Five offers users.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

I was concerned that the evaluations needed more background information that could be supplied in an open-ended response. This issue has been resolved by Emplify, which now provides a platform for collecting additional information on each team using open-ended questions.

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company is interested in understanding what motivates employees so that they may provide more incentives for them to stay with the company. The hope is that by doing this, retention rates will improve. So far, the system has helped identify which areas need improvement, but it remains to be seen if any actual outcomes have resulted from using this tool.

**What do you like best about 15Five?**

I love that my team uses 15five every week. It allows each team member to see their own "pulse" as well as their workload, creates a list of top priorities, discusses any difficulties they have encountered, and shares personal and professional triumphs. 155 also requires me as an individual to evaluate how I am meeting my professional obligations. As a team player, it provides a place for open discussion about progress and emotions with teammates. Finally, from a management perspective, I can see what subordinates are focusing on so that I can adapt the questions asked to assess performance in crucial areas accurately.

**What do you dislike about 15Five?**

What I wouldn't say I like about 15Five is that some of the questions are challenging to answer. Additionally, the High Five option can feel unoriginal at times. Last but not least, we have yet to reach the Objectives section, and several staff members are having difficulty understanding this section's format and submission requirements. A real-world case study would be beneficial in these instances

**What problems is 15Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 15Five I am currently monitoring the progress made toward organizational objectives is feeling overwhelmed by my day-to-day commitments. Continuous Performance Management helps me recall and prioritize my long-term professional and personal goals.

Lack of customer support. You have to do all f it yourself they have few webinars but nothing on the individual front to get it sorted

To manage the performance review cycle and keep the data available till the next review. 15five manages both the things
