WorkAxle is a workforce management platform built for frontline operations where the rules are the hard part: multiple collective agreements, labor laws that differ by province, state and country, and certifications that decide who can work a given shift. It covers the full cycle in one platform: demand forecasting, scheduling and rostering, time and attendance, leave and absence, and payroll export. A forecast becomes a roster, the roster becomes a verified timecard, and the timecard becomes a clean payroll export. Each step inherits the rules from the one before it. The capability customers name first is the rule engine. Labor laws, union agreements and certifications are checked while the schedule is being built, each conflict surfaces as a warning before the schedule goes out, and every override is logged. WorkAxle's no-code rules engine puts teams in control of complex labor rules: they build a rule, simulate it and publish it themselves. WorkAxle sits alongside your HR system rather than replacing it. It works with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM, and exports pre-classified hours to payroll. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certified. Implementations run 4 to 5 times faster than legacy systems.
