Simple, Effective and User friendly is the best thing about leavemonitor.com. It covers almost all the essentials of a robust leave monitoring system. It takes into account flexibility through administrator login. Multi language and multi-regional support is also helpful in managing large number of employees. Managers can bulk authorize or decline requests as well as deal with them on an individual basis if required.
Managers can also communicate with users through the “notes” portion, and reach any decisions prior to placing an authorized or cancelled status.
The administrators can fully customize the whole set up. This means that as the admin you can add or remove the types of leave. For example maternity leave, paternity, bonus holidays etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Incorrect Hindi language making it not useful in case of Hindi User.
2. No option to decide a limit on leaves on a day. For example if a manager wants that not more than 2 members should be on leave on any day – there should be an option/leaves go into special approval box and manager is notified of leave out of quota Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
