**What do you like best about M&H OneSource?**

The customer service is outstanding.  They really care to help their customers.  

**What do you dislike about M&H OneSource?**

The platform can be difficult to navigate for new users.  Some processes are not completely user-friendly.  

**What problems is M&H OneSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting is great.  I have learned how to manipulate the platform to suit our needs without much assistance from M&H.  However, each piece seems independent of the others, so, for example, you cannot view a person's I-9 within their profile and have to go to another section to view their I-9.  I think this is more of a Kronos/developer issue than M&H themselves.  They are a quality group to work with.  They are very attentive and care about the needs of their customers.
