They know all the necessary things that one HR system should have and work with them is the best experience in HR system migration. For all our requests they make it possible in the best light of user experience. I am glad that we work together and that I see that there are people willing to do beyond the boundaries and thinking out of the comfort zone. **What do you dislike about Gecko HRM?** Some minor system limitations that we couldn't over right. **Recommendations to others considering Gecko HRM:** Great team, easy communication, deep understanding of the HR system. **What problems is Gecko HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve issues that we have in the travel management module, we speed up administration regarding new employees and tracking him in our company, this implementation make us change and improve some of our procedures. ### 5. From admin point of view, it is supported with many "nicetohave" things. **What do you dislike about Gecko HRM?** Making of the reports is sometimes tricky. There are a lot of templates witch you can use and it is not so easy to pick up the correct one. **What problems is Gecko HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can do the medical examination referrals now in a couple of seconds, because all the information are linked in the system. ### 6.
