It’s one place to manage all employee data, schedules, and HR tasks.

Some features feel a bit limited and a few workflows take extra clicks to finish.

Gecko HRM addresses the issue of scattered employee information by bringing employee data, schedules, and HR tasks together in one well-organized system. It helps save time, reduces manual errors, and makes day-to-day HR work faster, smoother, and easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Gecko HRM?**

It's very simple to use, with all your data—like vacation days, personal information, and more—stored in one place. You can create helpful checklists to ensure a consistent and valuable experience for all new employees, collect feedback for (bi)yearly performance reviews, compare it with previous years, and generate a variety of useful reports.

**What do you dislike about Gecko HRM?**

Occasionally slow when uploading content, which can interrupt workflow and affect efficiency.

**What problems is Gecko HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gecko HRM offers a user-friendly platform that centralizes all essential HR data, from vacation balances to personal information, making everyday HR tasks seamless. **What do you like best about Gecko HRM?**

The most helpful aspect of GECKO HRM is its fluidity. With this solution, it became easy to organize and manage many employees in our structure simultaneously, resulting in a great gain of time and optimization of the overall work.

**What do you dislike about Gecko HRM?**

Regarding GECKO HRM, we dislike the fact that the application hasn't been optimized for data flow. In fact, when you have a large quantity of data, it is not simple to detect the most helpful block to use.

**What problems is Gecko HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GECKO HRM helps us to plan our activities better. GECKO HRM helps us save a lot of time with routine tasks.

**What do you like best about Gecko HRM?**

From my perspective, the Agilcon team is the crucial point that makes that difference for the highest grades. They know all the necessary things that one HR system should have and work with them is the best experience in HR system migration. For all our requests they make it possible in the best light of user experience. I am glad that we work together and that I see that there are people willing to do beyond the boundaries and thinking out of the comfort zone.

**What do you dislike about Gecko HRM?**

Some minor system limitations that we couldn't override.

**Recommendations to others considering Gecko HRM:**

Great team, easy communication, deep understanding of the HR system.

**What problems is Gecko HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve issues that we have in the travel management module, we speed up administration regarding new employees and tracking him in our company, this implementation make us change and improve some of our procedures.

**What do you like best about Gecko HRM?**

System is very user-friendly and logical. From an admin point of view, it is supported with many "nice-to-have" things.

**What do you dislike about Gecko HRM?**

Making of the reports is sometimes tricky. There are a lot of templates which you can use and it is not so easy to pick up the correct one.

**What problems is Gecko HRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can do the medical examination referrals now in a couple of seconds, because all the information are linked in the system.
