I like that BambooHR works smoothly on phone, computer, and tablet, and it feels easy to clock in and out right after opening it. The UI is straightforward and performance is usually solid, and support has been helpful. The main issue is occasional downtime that prevents clocking in or out.

Is it possible to turn off vacation approvals in ADP Workforce Now so that once an employees submits a vacation request it is automatically approved and the manager just gets a notification? I say this because vacations are never turned down so approving this is a pointless exercise of control.
